Miss Mooy was very professional and kind both during my two outpatient appointments and on the day of my procedure, which was fully explained. I felt very comfortable on the day of the treatment at the New Victoria Hospital which was excellent, having been very apprehensive beforehand.
Visit and procedure was great felt very comfortable and understood what was going to happen. I’m a bit confused on the next steps although I was offered to ask questions I wasn’t fast enough to get them out and because the appointments were running late I felt a bit rushed at the end.

Miss Mooy was kind, friendly, relaxed, knowledgeable, professional and made me feel at ease.
Felt very relaxed, consultant was very caring. Was also very clear on procedure steps.
