Short wait, clear explanations

I recently visited One Heart Clinic and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, every member of the team was professional, reassuring and genuinely caring. The clinic itself is modern, calm and exceptionally well run, but what really stood out was the level of attention and care given to patients. The consultants and staff took the time to explain everything clearly, never made me feel rushed, and created an environment where you genuinely feel looked after and in safe hands. A special mention as well to the wonderful lady who carried out my ECG and echo with real kindness and professionalism during what was quite a stressful time for me. Outstanding service, outstanding people and a clinic I would highly recommend to anyone needing cardiology care. Thank you again to everyone at One Heart Clinic reading

Staff at One Heart clinic can not be faulted. Skilled clinicians , supportive and knowledgeable. Ease of access. Super quick appointment and ongoing tests and results. BUT … one heart clinic is situated within a BUPZ health clinic and the reception staff are disinterested obstructive and unhelpful. They openly say they are nothing to do with One Heart clinic and refuse ( yes refuse!) to let One Heart staff know when you arrive for your appointment. My intial consultation I waited over 30 monutes to be seem due to reception staff saying there was nothing they could do . In the end I called One Heart in London who then liaised with staff on site. This is appalling by anyone’s standards and reflects badly on BUPA , NOT One Heart staff. Whatever the internal politics are - they need to be addressed. This was not a one off experience- it happened on follow up appointment too

On time appointment, described everything very clearly

Very good everybody was very helpful , the waiting area was clean bright & cheerful. My appointment was on time. Dr Ricardo Petraco was excellent.

The only small downside was that there was a 50 minute wait between my first part of the appointment where tests were taken, and then to see the doctor. However, I do appreciate that the doctor had to see other patients and wait/look at the results and also that I was able to have the tests and see the doctor in one appointment on the same day.. but I think a 30 minute wait would’ve been better as it is start to feel like a ling wait(!)

The Clinic itself is clean, not too busy and helpful personnel. The only small downside is that there is often no parking space at the clinic

All good and easy.

The help that I have been given for my condition is faultless. Everybody that I have had interaction with have been wonderful.
