All the staff were polite and helpful particularly the nurse who I saw for an ecg etc, she helped me more than she probably realised to be calm.
One thing that was missed somewhere was the consultant was not aware of my symptoms, he thought I was only there for a screening which I did not realise until afterwards when he sent the letter. I informed bupa over the phone of this and the physician who did my tests but it never was discussed with the consultant. I assumed it would have been passed onto him. I probably should have asked about it also, but since we were focusing on the test results and what I need to do next then I did not think to raise it at the time as I was under the assumption he already knew.

Overall the appointment was productive with the only aspect confusion with lack of clarity regarding where and when I was to go for the blood tests. As a result I had to come back the same day for the sample to be taken

Inadequate parking. Poor reception skills. Overall, a confusing un co-ordinated experience. Too many companies operating bout of the same premises.

I saw Dr Petraco at Cromwell Hospital, all of the staff, both on the ward and in the angio suite were welcoming and helpful. I had confidence that I was in good hands through my stay
