Amazing clinic with excellent communication throughout. They were very responsive via email, and whenever I spoke with them on the phone they were always helpful and supportive. The cost was also very reasonable at £940 compared to other places, which was greatly appreciated. Dr Omar was lovely and incredibly reassuring when speaking with both me and my daughter. He took the time to thoroughly assess her and recommended additional tests to ensure she was not misdiagnosed, especially when it was clear the school did not fully understand her needs. His support, and making sure she was able to complete an independent test, meant she received a diagnosis that will be invaluable as she moves into secondary school. B are very grateful for the care and professionalism shown throughout.

The process of getting assessments and the assessments themselves were great. The contact with reception was not as friendly a service as I'd have expected. Post assessment, the treatment and support is non existent (what's on offer for treatment isn't easily accessible to low income persons and there is no support offered.

I sought out an ADHD assessment. They were very quick to respond after my initial inquiry. They also found me an appointment very soon after that. The doctor that I spoke with during my consultation was very easy to talk to. They made me feel seen & understood. The report I received afterwards was very comprehensive.

The assessors took time to get to know me and asked relevant questions which i replied to the best of my ability. I did not feel rushed to answer and was spoken to respectfully. I was allowed to be supported by someone who knew me very well which also helped me to feel at ease. The observational lady was polite and did not pressure me to have to answer if i did not understand and allowed me to be able to move on to the next subject. Dr Turner touched on all the issues that i have been struggling with via my input. My assessment was carried out via a video link which made it a bit easier to address my issues as I was in my familiar surroundings. They both seemed to understand me which made the whole process a lot easier for me to be able to open up about things I have been struggling with for so long.

The assessment was very quick and the cost is good. However, once diagnosed and referred to the prescriber the quality of service I felt decreased. The prescriber wasn't personable and disinterested in the symptoms being treated. The assessment is good quality and price and would recommend. The prescribing wasn't a good experience and over priced for the service and would not recommend.

Assessment was fine but no follow up medication appointment was ever given in site of being told it would be and me following up 3 times.

I waited for years on the NHS and wasn't able to be seen. Here I was seen within a week. The diagnosis have been life changing and I am very grateful.

All consultations were done online. The process was clear and I knew what to expect. Some of the questions felt strange and I wasn’t sure how to answer but I understood that it was part of their evidence. I was able to have my Mom by me which gave me reassurance.
