Mr Christian Brown was amazing and really appreciated the second opinion advice he provided us at a difficult time of uncertainty.
From start to finish my experience has been first class with absolutely no negative issues. I have to single out Senior nurse Vicky for special mention. From the very first phone call to catheter removal to follow up checks this lady is an absolute credit to your practice. Her manner is just amazing she can discuss difficult subjects and you feel you are talking to a long term best friend who anbsolutely cares about you, everything is done with a smile and you feel totally relaxed in her presence. If there was a score out of 10 higher than a 10 I would give it.
Lorraine's frank and honest approach was refreshing. She made me feel very comfortable discussing the difficult topic of sex post Prostate Cancer treatment. I now have hope of a pathway ahead. Leave your inhibitions outside the consultation room to get the most out of this.
The Prostate Centre itself deserves special recognition. I originally attended for a routine prostate check, but thanks to their thoroughness and attention to detail, they identified an unexpected issue with my kidney that could easily have been missed elsewhere. Their diligence quite literally changed the course of my health. Every member of the team , from reception to nursing staff to the clinical specialists, treated me with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. The environment is calm, efficient, and reassuring, and you always feel like you are being looked after as an individual, not just another appointment. Their commitment to comprehensive, patient‑centred care is exceptional, and I am incredibly grateful that my journey started with them.
