I had to call in for the blood test but reporting the results was done over the phone. The visit for blood collection was a "drop in" and the collection was undertaken very rapidly. The whole process was organised to make it as easy as possible for the patient.
Everyone involved from beginning to end was very helpful which made the entire experience really smooth
The care and treatment I received from Mr Nair and his team was second to none. I was very poorly with my benign prostate enlargement and Mr Nair performed a HOLEP procedure on me. His surgical skill meant that I could go back to living a full and normal life and his kind and compassionate attention was very reasssuring. He changed my life for the better and I can’t thank him enough for his specialist care. I recommend him 100%. James S.

I saw Professor Payne following a diagnosis of localised prostate cancer. She clearly explained the treatment she recommends and patiently answered my questions. My wife and I also thought she was impressive and delightful. Her PA and CNS are also both very helpful and friendly.
