Very professional and excellent care both pre and post surgery and explained procedures and precautions post op.

Pre-appointment administration was a little slow. After cystoscopy a paper towel would have been useful; the relevant area was very slippery in subsequent handling (ie flow test).

My Visit with Ben are always reassuring and i know that I am in the best of care . His support and professional guidance has been throughout the 8 years of my cancer journey. I consider him a friend and i will be forever grateful for his intervention and intuition that saved my life.

Mr Ben Challacombe is my father’s consultant. He has been incredibly clear and concise as to dad’s diagnosis. Initially dad was seen by an NHS consultant who delivered a diagnosis of kidney cancer with a boxing glove punch. There was no follow up of any kind. Subsequently I decided to take things into my own hands and made an appointment to see Mr Challacombe. The tests and scans were so much more thorough and provided so much more information. Contrary to the first findings, Mr Challacombe gave us a diagnosis that was far from the death sentence that had been brutally served by the first consultant. He advised for dad to have follow up scans every 6 months which has given dad a sense of security. We no longer feel like we are drifting on a raft at sea. The continuity of care has enabled us to get on with our lives thanks to Mr Ben Challacombe.
