I don’t think I’ve had a better doctor than Dr Tyson. He is professional, polite and always has a smile on his face when we meet. Considering he is one of the people involved in keeping me alive during a dark period regarding my health, I can happily rest assured that he has and always will strive to make sure I stay alive for many more years to come. Dr Tyson is incredibly knowledgeable on all aspects of the liver and digestive systems but talks in a way where one understands exactly what he is saying. A lot of people in his position talk a language that is totally alienated from the lay person but Dr Tyson explains in an understandable manner which is quite refreshing. He has the rare ability to make you feel that you are in very safe hands. I am grateful, and very lucky, that I have him as my doctor. I travel a long distance for my appointment with Dr Tyson but I would not have it any other way.

Dr Tyson has been looking after my husband since before he successfully performed the TIPS procedure on him. He is always super responsive, managing to fit him into full clinics at short notice when necessary. He is extremely knowledgeable, yet friendly and patient. My husband trusts him and we feel safe in his hands. He also remembers every small detail which is very reassuring.
