Dr Kai Man Alexander (Alex) Ho

I had a very positive experience with Dr Ho from my first consultation through to my gastroscopy and follow up. He was very thorough, took the time to listen carefully to all my concerns and explained everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed. He was also extremely helpful throughout the whole process, from arranging the procedure and providing all the information beforehand to explaining my results and treatment afterwards. I was quite nervous about the gastroscopy, but the whole experience was much easier and quicker than I expected, and I felt very well looked after. Dr Ho is friendly, patient, professional and genuinely committed to his patients. I really appreciate the care and support he has provided throughout the whole process and will continue my follow up with him. I would highly recommend him.

My experience with Dr Alex Ho was a mixture of delight and frustration. He has impeccable bedside manners, he listens attentively and his answers are clear and to the point. I felt I was talking to someone I could trust and allow to look inside my body. The venue, however -The Royal Free, was not a good experience. Far from pleasant. Chaotic, with delays, noise... I've already written a review with the lowest marks. Highest points to IDr Alex Ho. I would suggest him to practice in better settings. Go to 'private' private hospitals where he could shine even more. A lovely man with reassuring manners but sadly in the wrong settings.

Dr Ho has been so thoughtful and kind every time I have spoken to him. He has always explained with simple words and talked me through his thought process every time I needed his help or advice.

De Ho was very thorough, thoughtful and caring. He paid particular attention to all the things that are impacting my health and was kind and patient. He was also very helpful with advice and medications and a plan for going forward as well as efficient with his letter to my GP following the consultation

I visited Dr Ho at Hadley Wood hospital for a colonoscopy procedure. Dr Ho was very considerate and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Before the procedure, he carefully explained what would happen and answered all of my questions. In my follow up call with Dr Ho, he explained the results of my procedure in an easy to understand manner and explained next steps. Dr Ho was professional and considerate in all of my interactions with him and explained everything in simple terms which I really appreciated.
