Miss Louise Olson

I elected to have Optilume treatment as it was the best treatment for my condition but not available via our NHS. My first consultation with Miss Olsen allowed me to ask the many questions that I needed answers to. Miss Olsen explained all that was involved in an easy to understand manner that instilled confidence into what the treatment could and couldn't do. Dealing with Miss Olsen's office team was again easy and straight forward. Always friendly and courteous. They dealt with my bookings and queeries very promptly. The operation was carried out successfully on the agreed date. Every one in the surgical team went above and beyond my expectations. I elected for local anaesthetic only and experienced no problems. Post operation, the aftercare was again of a very high standard and all staff fully explained what and why the checks they needed to do to ensure my full recovery. Overall, the whole experience was totally professional and to the highest standards. Miss Louise Olsen is an exceptional lady and has built a team that is just excellent. I cannot praise them enough. Before the Optilume treatment my life was on hold. Always on the lookout for toilets and not being able to go out much. Miss Olsen and her team gave me my life back as I was able to go out again and join my friends socially. FIVE STARS rating is just not enough. I think they are FABULOUS.

I feel the spire need to be clearer when advising patients, I came for a CT scan nearly a month ago nobody mentioned it was upto me to make a follow up appointment so finally had my appointment today I came to reception area where I have been before only to be sent back to main reception to check in! After all that though Louise is lovely very easy to talk to and explains everything very clearly would absolutely recommend her.

Dr Olson was able to diagnose and treat effectively a problem I had been dealing with for several years. It had been dismissed by my gp as being of minor significance but was affecting my life and health in an extreme way. I felt treated like a human being by her and not a number. It was a huge relief to me to find someone who listened and understood the issues I had been dealing with. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone dealing with with urinary and bladder problems
