I’ve been a customer at Quality Dental for a while now and they’ve always been amazing. More recently, I’ve been seeing Dr. Ahmed for a filling, and he is fantastic. Coming from someone who is usually terrified of needles, I was naturally nervous, but he is incredibly gentle and patient. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and his work is top-tier. It’s been a total relief to find a dentist who actually listens and makes the experience stress-free. I can’t recommend him and the team enough!

The MRI scan was really quick, and the staff made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They were really kind, and explained every step of the process so I knew what to expect. As it was an abdominal/pelvic MRI scan, I was given gowns and socks to wear during the procedure, so I didn't need to worry about having metal in my clothing. I also received a CD of my scans on request.

Mr Hussain is clearly a highly skilled practitioner and I have nothing but respect for his performance. His manner is calm and reassuring but I found it offputting that he tends to avoid eye contact while talking and very often follows each remark with a question (eg: “…what do you think about that?”) - which is difficult for a medically unqualified person to react to sensibly.

My recent visit was a routine check up. Dr Konviser was, as always, attentive and thorough. I have every confidence in him. I have had quite complex restorative work carried out by him in the past and the results have been excellent. On a personal level he is an extremely nice man. Accommodated me with an appointment at short notice after my crown fell out. My dentist was on holiday but another dentist (apologies not sure if his name) saw me and secured the crown back in although I was told it may not last and would probably need further attention.

I used this practice at short notice when I had sudden severe back pain about a week before Christmas. I was surprised that I could get an appointment the same day and am delighted with the results. After three sessions my back is so much better. Thoroughly recommend.
