Receptionist was absolutely lovely and really friendly and helpful. The building and facilities were all excellent and kept clean and tidy. The consultant I saw was extremely rude, arrogant and judgemental. There were several comments he made that shocked me and that made me feel very uncomfortable to the point I almost walked out mid appointment. There was very little sympathy or mindfulness of my injury and he came across extremely judgemental in the assumptions he made about the level of sport I played, what I could afford, and several other things. I actually play semi-professionally and have represented our country in World Championships in the sport I play, and I also have a law degree and accountancy qualification which I did not mention as quite frankly it is irrelevant. It was apparent he took a dislike to me for whatever reason from the start and the whole experience was very uncomfortable. His behaviour aside, he is clearly very knowledgeable and good at what he does. Reading between the lines I got the answer I needed. This hospital was recommended to me by one of your previous patients and I was lucky to get booked in through an NHS referral but after my experience I would never return for any issue and am relieved I didn't pay to go private.

We first saw Dr Tim around 18 months ago for a Fit for Fertility consultation and knew from that point that if we did need to have IVF, we wanted to do it under his care. After months of trying, appropriate investigations and lots of reassurance from Tim, we went ahead with IVF and couldn’t have felt more supported throughout - not just with in-person and video consultations when we needed, but also the quick emails in between for the inevitable, forgotten-to-ask questions. Tim has shown genuine kindness and empathy to us as patients, providing a high degree of personalised care which we are incredibly grateful for. Aside from working with Dr Tim we have had an amazing overall experience at The Lister in Chelsea. The whole team from reception, nursing, accounts, other consultants and sonographers (Kerry in particular) have made what is a stressful few months all the more manageable.

I received warm, well informed professional attention throughout my care at St Anthony's Hospital; from outpatients through to discharge. The room was clean, well heated and ventilated, equipment checked and the armchairs comfortable. The unit was quiet. Nursing staff answered call bells promptly and with kindness and a smile. No request was considered a problem. Their level of knowledge and professionalism was excellent along with the standard of care. Physiotherapy care was also excellent and given with respect to my individual needs. Recovery staff were informative and reassuring. Excellent care there too. I include catering staff who also took care in their work. A few glitches with the electronics on the bed and the new bathroom which received prompt attention - the unit has been recently renovated.

I had an excellent experience at Nuffield Hospital Guildford. The hospital was very easy to find, and the reception team were welcoming and efficient. Check-in was quick, and within a few minutes I was seen by the doctor, which was impressive. The facilities were modern and spotless, with a comfortable waiting area and both hot and cold drinks available. The building itself feels contemporary and well maintained, creating a calm and professional environment. The staff were courteous, organised, and clearly experienced, which gave me confidence throughout my visit. Overall, a very smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Nuffield Hospital Guildford.

Visit was in Luton and Dunstable hospital. I have arrived early for appointment and seen straight away by nurse on duty for first checks.( hight/weight). Then Doctors Gyampoh has seen me for a verbal consultation explained process regarding my concern regarding the condition and scan on the day. After that scan took place with another Doctor. After that Dr. Gyampoh thoroughly have explained my scan,outcome, options and process going forward. Great experience thank you very much. Keep up the good work and experience with patience.

Dr Good made himself available to discuss the forthcoming treatment, and to fully explain the treatment process, making sure I was completely aware of what was to come. I felt very safe in her hands, it was great to have her support during my pregnancy and have a consistency of care over this time. I chose an elective c-section and she was reassuring throughout the process, I have healed well so far and the scarring is as minimal as it could possibly be. I couldn’t be more grateful.

Dr Brincat has the ability to explain the situation in a clear and precise manner. And he backs his analysis and diagnosis with sensible arguments/Facts/Data. His style of consultation suits me well as I tend to read extensively on my medical situation and he is always happy to answer any queries. Dr Brincat does take his time without making you feel that you are running out of time. For me that's an important aspect which sets him apart from most.

Spire was brilliant. Clean, Friendly staff, fast process (MRI in just a few days for example). I had a nerve block injection at Murrayfield and I had my own room which was spotless, all the staff were great from the nurse in the ward to the surgeon via the person who brought me lunch (which I could pick off a menu). Would highly recommend (though don’t injure yourself in the first place if you can help it)

Excellent consultant. Explains exactly what will happen, with possibly issues & their likelihood. Loved that he had my history online so that he could zoom in for details.. He also checked his diary online so that we could book the procedure immediately. One issue with the hospital was the difficulty parking. Perhaps if the hospital marked the parking spaces, they could get more cars in.

As always the Cleveland Clinic makes all medical situations as pleasant as possible …every question I had was answered completely and fully in “layman’s” terms.. It is reassuring to be a patient at The Cleveland Clinic.

I rate my experience with Nuffield Leicester 5 out of 5. The staff are warm, welcoming and professional. Throughout my procedure they looked after me and made sure I was comfortable and pain free. The operation timing was quick and communication from all staff members was fantastic. It was my first experience with private healthcare and I will definitely use them again.
