I recently visited the Clinic for some treatment as I was experiencing vulvodynia and a lot of pain and muscle tightness that impacted my relationships and is very upsetting as I was not sure what the solutions/ treatments could be to help. I did some research and contacted Elite Aesthetics as well as a couple of other clinics to get some advice and treatment options. I was extremely impressed with the information, advice, discretion and kindness shown to be by Shiva when I initially called. Shiva spoke to the Dr and got all the relevant information for me from Dr Elgerta (Elle) Ismaili. I was made to feel at ease and had confidence in the solution that would be offered. I attended my first appointment and consultation and met with Dr Elle, who is extremely compassionate and understanding and made me feel comfortable to share my concerns and what I was experiencing. I had always felt there was something wrong with me and that I was not normal, even though am in my mid 40's it is something I had accepted would not get better and I would always experience extensive pain and tightness that was actually quite unbearing and very sore. Dr Elle explained everything clearly through the consultation and has such a warm and kind nature. I decided to go ahead with the treatment which is botox injections that help relax the muscle tightness, even though I was aware that it may not work or be effective as every individual is different. I returned for a top up after 2 weeks as during that time I was so surprised and positively shocked and happy how the muscles had relaxed and the issues I had experienced for many years had improved rapidly, I really couldn't believe it. It has now been a week since my top up and I have noticed even more improvements and relaxation of the muscles. I wanted to share a detailed overview incase it can help someone else experiencing similar concerns and pain. I am based in London but was happy to travel to the clinic for this treatment as Dr Elle is an experienced gynaecologists and the best person to offer this treatment as it is very specialised and you need to ensure you are in the best hands. I really cant recommend Dr Elle enough and if I ever needed further treatment or other treatments I would definitely go and see her. Also, the team at Elite are exceptional from everyone I met with Shiva, Sarah and Casey. They are all so friendly and welcoming and make you feel at ease even if you are discussing a sensitive topic or concern. Thank you so much to you all, it really has been life changing - and I never thought that would be possible for me. I have so much gratitude for you all x

My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. My initial contact was with Tracey Lomax (Manager), and from the very beginning she offered a level of care and attention that truly stood out. I had written a long list of questions—around eight—and she took the time to highlight and respond to every single one. When I later sent even more questions regarding my chosen procedure (a Coronary CT Angiogram), she continued to provide thorough, reassuring answers. My intention was simply to undergo a non-invasive heart assessment at the age of 53—much like purchasing travel insurance, you prepare for the worst but hope for the best. Tracey reassured me that this was absolutely the right place for such an assessment. I had already enquired with two other providers, including Alliance Medical, but their responses felt robotic and impersonal. The level of genuine care here made all the difference. I also want to highlight the professionalism of the radiologist, who carried out the scan with great precision and made me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure. In addition, the nurse who took my blood samples three days prior to the scan was equally kind and professional—and the fact that these pre-scan blood tests were fully included in the cost was a significant and appreciated gesture. Dr. Gavin Lewis was the consultant who saw me both before and after the scan, with the consultation arranged on the same day. His explanation of the results was clear, calm, and reassuring. Both my wife and I left feeling confident about the future and grateful for the guidance he provided—including helpful advice on maintaining a healthy heart and speaking with my GP about medication adjustments. The final report arrived at my home within seven days, and a copy was also sent directly to my GP. My medication was promptly reviewed, updated, and delivered straight to my home. I am taking the time to write such a detailed review because they genuinely deserve it. They put real effort into caring for me, and I want to acknowledge that level of dedication. I feel the signs to tell you where to go could be clearer my mobility is not good had quite a long walk to get inside the building. My ultrasound scan was carried out with such speed I felt it was rushed, I had to ask for white paper roll to protect my clothes from being wet from the gel ,while the scan was being carried out the nurse sat behind the consultant on his chair ! I feel she should have been at the bottom of the couch standing at my feet reassuring me & asking if I was comfortable.kingsbridge give “an excellent 1st class experience re procedures” I’m afraid in my appointment this was not the case , over the years i have had many experiences with ultrasound and this was the worst , i could not have been on the couch anymore than 4 or 5 minutes very disappointing.

I arrived at 8.50 for a 9 am appointment. Was taken for a urine test which was irrelevant to why I was there and I never saw any results of. At 9.01 I saw the Dr arriving in the clinic. I was told she had a telephone appointment. At 9.15 I saw a patient leave her consulting room and was eventually seen. Despite having filled out the pre questionaire with my medication Dr Carulli couldn't find it but instead wanted to go through them. But then in her covering letter to my GP missed out significant ones like statins. Dr Carulli listed herself as a specialist in Osteoporosis but didn't seem to know a lot - at one point asking why there were two scores in my DEXA scan (one is the T score one is the z score a WEB MD search can tell you that...).

I was thinking about having a breast reduction and tummy tuck for a few years following 3 caesarean births. I phoned river medical, on a friend’s recommendation, and never looked back. Mr Hodgins is highly professional but also very easy to talk to, I didn’t feel embarrassed asking any question. He left no query unanswered or worry unresolved. I am 8 weeks post op now and am absolutely thrilled with the results. They are so much better than I could’ve imagined! My only regret is that I waited so long! If you are thinking about getting this operation, my advice would be to make an appointment with the team

They were all so friendly, kind and patient with me, and put me at ease. I have actually booked an appointment to go back for a proper checkup which believe me I didn’t think I would ever do. Great experience in general. The whole thing from the emails you get, the appointment scheduling and of course visiting the doctor, all went really smoothly. I saw Dr Antbring who was really lovely and helped me through my journey including the initial scan, sending me for the MRI and helping me to decide and then actually doing the injection and of course a plan for my rehab exercises. Great experience overall. Now I need to wait a week and then start with the rehab and fingers crossed I make a full recovery. I appreciate everything. Thanks again!

I have recently undergone a long course of treatment which included several fillings, and one that ended up needing to a root canal treatment resulting in a crown thereafter. Being a fairly anxious dental patient i was a bit stressed but really didnt need to be as all went well. Staff were friendly and helpful and on the odd occasion that appointents ran late they would communicate this well. Levi my dentist was very calm and professional through all my appointments and put my ease.

I attended Dr Pavan's lecture, it was very informative, interactive, lots of learning points were provided, we were also provided with opportunities to participate in group sessions and covered lots of learning points. Dr Pavan also allowed participants to feel comfortable asking questions throughout the session and we also participated in a lengthy post question and answer session which left many people feeling more comfortable with having participated in the course.

Dr Sharma is the kindest most reassuring consultant she is confident careful meticulous and very very gentle No need to be embarrassed or worried with her she treats you with the utmost care. She follows up immediately with everything in writing and clear instruction. She is mindful of cost and time. I have seen her, my daughter has had treatment with her and my sister also had treatment with her and we all agree she is absolutely the best.

They always have world class doctors in all specialities at the hospital, the staff are amazing, the nurses experienced and empathetic. I hope never to visit a hospital again, but if I do need treatment, the London Independent Hospital is at the top of my list.

Easy booking and what I felt were good time slots available. Considering the time the doctor spent on me against the rushed atmosphere of NHS GP services, I felt I got good value for money and a more thorough service. I will use Private GP Extra again if this current issue continues or if I/one of my family have a complex issue that I don't believe the NHS have the time/skill to handle in a standard GP setting.

Kerri was very knowledgeable and really took time to listen and understand the issue(s) that I was experiencing. Over the series of 4/5 sessions that I had with Kerri, as well as keeping up with the exercises / stretches that she prescribed, I experienced a notable improvement. I'd highly recommend Kerri to others and will return to her in the future, should it be required.

David has a vast amount of knowledge and a very relaxed and friendly manner. He treated me over a number of months for several issues and I now only see him a couple of times a year for maintenance. The exercises he gave me were thoroughly explained to me and easy to follow. I can’t recommend David highly enough - I even travel from Edinburgh to see him!
