The communication from Skylignt is poor. My final report stated I did not complete 2 of the questionnaires, which I did, as I saved copies of my answers in case technology failed. Nobody chased these missing questionnaires and the response time when I did contact the admin team was 15 working days each time. All of the timescales I was told from start to finish were very inaccurate. Some of these timescales are still on the website. From referral to acknowledgement I was informed 6-8 weeks and it was 9 weeks. From acknowledgement/forms to initial appointment I was informed 8-12 weeks and waited 16 weeks. From assessment to report I was told 8-10 weeks and it was 14 weeks. I have been told 9 months from October until medication titration, but I can’t trust that this timescale is accurate. The staff are very friendly and helpful and brilliant when you do have an interaction with them, but the volume of work must be beyond current capacity to provide such inaccurate information to patients who are seeking support/diagnosis for a condition that requires accuracy and creates a high level of anxiety.

I cannot thank Ravi Ray enough. I had my shoulder issue for nearly 30 years, with GPs constantly failing me and not giving me the right investigations to see what's wrong and saw Ravi Ray once, had an MRI and he knew straight away what needed doing and got it done. I'm now almost 8 weeks post op and it's been a real game changer. Just the rehab of building an extremely weak shoulder up now after 30 years of neglect. Ravi is one of if not the nicest, friendliest consultants I've ever seen and the only one who really showed he cared and that he wanted to help. I honestly will never have the words to thank him

Unfortunately, having burnt my fingers and subsequently acquired an infection, I rang the Centre at 10.00. am and asked for an urgent appointment to see a general practitioner. The receptionist offered me two appointments, one at 11.40 am and one at 1.00 pm. I took the earlier appointment and was seen within 10 minutes by Dr Porter. She was very efficient, warm and understanding. I was prescribed medication, which was supplied by the clinic's pharmacy and back in my office by midday. Excellent service, and I thoroughly recommend Centennial

Dr Khan is a consumate professional with an extremely amiable approach that immediately put me at ease. He explained everything in great clarity, was very reassuring whilst being direct in my procedures pro's and possible cons and making sure I fully understood the potential outcomes. On the day of the procedure I could not have been more impressed by the efficiency of Dr Khan and his team. As a self funding patient I consider I have spent my money very well and made an excellent choice of Dr for my "life and wellbeing" investment.

Mr Prasad was recommended by a surgeon friend. When we met, he took the time to fully understand my issues and what I wanted out of the process. He has a very pleasant bedside manner and answered all of my questions in a way a layman could understand. I was confident I had made a good choice. The experience at the hospital was outstanding. Everyone at the Runnymede was professional, courteous and reassuring. The procedure had an excellent outcome and exceeded my expectations. Would I recommend Mr Prasad to a friend - YES!

Experienced staff, many with lived experience who are non judgemental, kind and compassionate throughout the stay. Genuinely friendly and supportive and go out of their way to make sure that guests are as comfortable as possible through the detox and throughout the programme. Staff are always approachable and will support or direct you to whoever can. My vegetarian needs were fully met and the food was plentiful with lots of healthy options. Plenty of options for between sessions with yoga, gym and creative activities.

Not a good experience as I imagined paying privately would give. Unable to get prescription due to Dr putting my name as prescriber ? Telephone answering machine usually and although tried to sort I was left without medication . Reacted to dressings again so not feeling good at moment 😩 Please remember conversation during the procedure makes it a lot more invasive. Hoping this time I will free from pain !

They have relationships with top specialists. . .Appointments for tests are organised efficiently and fast. The practices thinks beyond the present to future health . It’s still has the ethos of a traditional gp with families and generations as patience You are in safe hands

Mr Lee recommended spinal fusion for my back pain. This was done initially in 2016 and further fusions were done 2016. Consultations with Mr Lee were informative, he has always explained diagnosis and possible surgery clearly. I have always felt totally safe with his decisions. Throughout operations, hospital stays and consultations Mr Lee has been kind and caring.

Very impressed with Dr Dorgham's full understanding of my complex issues, balancing possible pain management options, whilst supporting my surgical referral. Helpfully he was also able to clarify that my main problem is now hip pain rather than long standing concerns over the severity of spinal narrowing. I left more positive about the help on offer in the future.

I attended for an abdomen scan, booked at 1.30am for the same day due to severe pains. It was discovered that I had gallstones. Price is excellent. And the scans were accepted by my gp and I’ve been refereed for surgery. Thank you so much for all your help. Have passed your details onto two others who are also looking for scans.

The experience was very good. However it would be very helpful if X-Ray, MRIs, were confirmed with a text., including date and time of appointment. Also Outpatient reminders do not include the actual time of the appointment and with whom which again would be extremely helpful and may well reduce number of missed appointments.
