Overall this was a good experience, I had a combined assessment via NHS right to choose. I liked that I was seen in person for this. The wait times were much longer than initially expected however I believe there was a huge influx of patients at the same time that I was referred. The assessments themselves were good with understanding and knowledgeable assessors. The report which I have received is in depth although I did think there may be a professionals insight into the early developmental questionnaire whereas it is just copied into the report. I had a few queries about the report which I am waiting on the answer to and also have asked for it to be sent to my GP which hasn't been done yet but again, this is the lacking wait times. Apart from the wait times, the service was great and I am thankful for their help. I think my referral was made in March 2025 and I am writing this review in December 2025.

Wonderful care from good staff but the bed was uncomfortable and the room was too small and felt airless and too hot. But the main thing is that hopefully this surgery will enable me to have a better quality of life. I already feel that my powers of concentration have improved and my brain is working better. It seems to me that once the soreness and itchy neck skin heals I will be back at the gym in January feeling thirty years younger. The hospital has done a good job and staff team are excellent. My only recommendation is that you knock the building down and build some more comfortable bedrooms with good ventilation with some comfortable beds for tall people.

The engagement with Kings ridge has been excellent to date. The entire team from contact on the phone, reception, nursing, catering, and the surgical all worked with Mr Moohan in a professional, consistent and kind way. I cannot be more thankful. I realize now that this was building up for possibly years and so lucky that it was not more serious. I am now at home recovering and even today, when I had a concern, the nursing came back to check in withe in a very caring and responsive manner. The facility is clean, calm and feels very up to date. Thank you all for a the world class service you are providing

At all stages - culminating in my having the PFO closed by him - he was kind, patient, reassuring and highly professional. It is clear that he is enormously skilled and knowledgeable in this field, and I feel very grateful to have been able to be treated by him. I would thoroughly recommend his services (underpinned too by his very efficient medical secretary, Rachel). Excellent experience in all respects. Thank you.

All staff, including the doctor we saw, we're very friendly, made us feel at ease, and the procedure appears to have been carried out smoothly. The only thing I'd fault is the communication before the appointment, particularly the emails. They include a misleading price, the suggestion that a follow-up would not be required (when we understand that is completely normal) and we'd understood that we could/should be in the room when the procedure was taking place, which was then quite strongly advised against.

Dr Mikhail prescribed a dose of levothyroxine for my subclinical hypothyroidism which resulted in my subsequent repeated blood tests demonstrating hyperthirodism. I have also developed severe muscle pain. When I contacted Dr.Mikhail he told me to continue with the higher dose of levothyroxine in spite of the blood tests results saying that my muscle pain had nothing to do with the levothyroxine overdose.

Parking is easy. Reception staff efficient. Dr Brasse is always welcoming, warm and professional. Whatever I have seen her for she has always been pro active with tests ie Dexa scan etc. Dr Brasse always makes you feel at ease whatever I see her for. More recently she has shown me her expertise in Aestetics and have to say I am very pleased. Highly recommended.

It's always a daunting experience for young children to go to the doctor, especially for repeat issues and it truly makes the world of difference when the doctor has a caring demeanor.
