Overall this was a good experience, I had a combined assessment via NHS right to choose. I liked that I was seen in person for this. The wait times were much longer than initially expected however I believe there was a huge influx of patients at the same time that I was referred. The assessments themselves were good with understanding and knowledgeable assessors. The report which I have received is in depth although I did think there may be a professionals insight into the early developmental questionnaire whereas it is just copied into the report. I had a few queries about the report which I am waiting on the answer to and also have asked for it to be sent to my GP which hasn't been done yet but again, this is the lacking wait times. Apart from the wait times, the service was great and I am thankful for their help. I think my referral was made in March 2025 and I am writing this review in December 2025.

This was my first visit to this lovely private GP practice. Lots of parking and ground floor facility was the first tick. Lovely big bright windows another tick creating brightness in what is usually not available in most other medical establishments. No sooner on the door I was greeted with smiles and courtesy from the lovely, friendly receptionists who welcomed me and offered me refreshments. Plenty of books and magazines if I wanted but didn't need them as I was taken at my exact appointment time, another big tick. My GP, Dr Fiona Moore came out to greet me and as I'd completed an online form with my reason for attending she was on the ball with what was required. She was so relaxed and friendly I felt like I'd known her for a long time and I felt at ease answering any questions. Having examined me she knew what the issue was and reassured me. Overall a brilliant experience.

TCM Healthcare Fertility Clinic

I reached out to TCM after I was told that I had a very low AMH and AFC and that I would likely go through early menopause. This caused me a lot of stress as I had always had regular periods and had never considered that I may have fertility troubles. Prof Au talked me through my results and educated me on AMH as a poor predictor for menopause. He advised me that I would need further bloods to fully assess my fertility and I was able to request them from my GP. Following this he reviewed my bloods with me again, without charge, and advised me that everything was normal and I did not need to be seen at TCM. I am very grateful for all the help, support and education. Thank you!

The toilets were yet again filthy. For the second time I complained. I appreciate that nothing will change, but I discussed not only with the nurse, but also with front desk that the hygiene level was very low indeed. In a private facility this is a disgrace. Further, I found that any details given on a prior visit had not updated onto the current registration form. While I came in after 6.30 pm, i have seen the awful queues for registration at earlier times. Your reception person was on his own and was also on his own on the prior visit, and the paperwork took far too long. You need more than one person on the front desk. Overall, the clinic is poor.

I arrived 10 minutes early and found a parking space opposite the main entrance. I reported to reception who directed me the check in where I was booked in and directed to the waiting area. Only a couple of minutes later I was called for my scan, shown where to put my belongings and then directed to the MRI scanning room. Here I was explained thoroughly what would happen and then I went into the scanner for 15-20 minutes. When I came out I was told my results would be sent to my doctor in about 2 weeks and then advised I was free to go home. I have no complaints and don’t think you could improve on the service. Very well done to you all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bernie.

I have visited Dr. Gould on a number of occasions for high blood pressure and hypertension issues, and I could not recommend him more highly. Dr. Gould is not only extremely knowledgeable, as one would expect, but he also excels in providing clear explanations and pragmatic advice. What sets him apart is his ability to communicate complex medical information in a way that is easy to understand and, more importantly, apply in everyday life. As a VERY nervous dental patient, I was referred to Vermillion by my own dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction with sedation. No-one likes dental treatment, but I could not recommend Vermillion anymore than I can do, the patient experience was seamless and extremely gentle and caring. It really was! From entering the practice and the friendly receptionist, through to consultion and surgery with Dr Fiona, as well as a follow-up to assuage my anxiety of the recovery of extraction. A 5-star treatment all round.

I was referred for CT due to some shadowing in my gum. Dr Siddiq was very calming and explained the whole process thoroughly so i knew what to expect when i went for the CT as i am claustrophobic . When the results came through , Dr Siddiq went through this with me so i could easily understand everything and was happy for me to question anything i was unsure about . He also explained the next steps i should expect and was very reassuring , which made the whole process so much easier and less stressful.

From the very first meeting he was kind, reassuring, and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident. The results of my surgery have been incredible and I’ve managed to achieve a return to strength training that I honestly didn’t think were possible. His skill, attention to detail, and genuine care for his patients really shine through. Mr Abdelwahab is a credit to his profession.

Today I received a total hip replacement by Mr Gulati. How happy am I that I did my research first. Mr Gulati is a dream, talks to you , advises you and gives you courage, I was terrified !! I had my operation having the spinal anaesthetic as suggested and what a breeze it was. Looking forward to being free from pain and being able to walk again properly. Mr Gulati takes interest in his patients and visits regularly checking up on you. Thank you for everything Mr Gulati x

To help other people having the operation, I would encourage them to have it and explain its hard work at first but gets easier the more work you put in yourself , meaning physio work , sticking to the plan and not doing too much or definitely to little and being patient, success will come it might take time . I'm totally pain free which probably took a good 4 months to get there , now after nearly 10 months I have no problems whatsoever!

Very thorough, felt listened to and was asked exploratory questions about my daughters condition, age appropriate- my daughter is heading to her teens and the doctor put a lot of onus on her being more independent with her condition. We didn't feel rushed. The doctor referred for more thorough tests which im grateful for as my daughter is out and about on her own now and we would like to know the severity of her food allergies

The receptionists were incredibly kind getting me a drink when I walked in. I have been feeling very poorly and it was a relief to book in on the same day and be seen. The doctor was so thorough in my consultation. 20 minutes is a good amount of time to have a proper discussion. Antibiotics were needed - the dr sent me a code to give to the chemist to get my prescription. All very easy and straightforward.

Doctor was wonderful very thorough and given advice to sort the problem and I feel soo much better! However the thing that lets the consultant down is his PA. She never answers the phone or her emails. I have been trying to contact them for 3 days and goring hall themselves can’t help as it is all done through the PA. Shame as I wouldn’t be able to have any complaints, as service was great!
