I am so so grateful to Mr Malde -he was very clear with his explanations and he really gave me 100 per cent at his consultations. . I have previously had amazing care from the consultant who carried two open heart surgeries and I would say that my feelings are that they really are the superheroes of life.because they have the skills to offer everyone a brilliant chance of recovery but for those of us who have very significant co-morbities and a real risk to our lives they are brave enough to take that risk to save us. Dr Goran Ahmed has been fantastic. I have been treated under his care from receipt of my cancer diagnosis almost a year ago, throughout my chemo and various treatments and then for my mastectomy and axilla removal twice when he operated on me. I am beyond grateful to him. He has been patient, understanding, empathetic and I have felt informed and safe with him from day 1. In clinic his explanations are clear and concise and nothing is ever any trouble. His manner is so professional, caring, genuine and kind. As a surgeon in theatre he has shown compassion, skill and is very clearly top of his game here. I am delighted with the outcome of my operations. As a HER2 positive DCIS survivor he has just told me I am cancer free. I have a long journey of preventative treatments ahead under oncology but it’s all downhill from here. Thank you!

The doctor was able to assess my daughter and provide a diagnosis on the same day, which brought us much-needed clarity and reassurance after a very difficult few weeks. They were incredibly supportive, gentle and sensitive with my daughter, taking the time to explain clearly what was happening in a way that she could understand without feeling frightened or overwhelmed. We felt listened to throughout. The offer to support us further, including attending a video call with her school to help plan her return, was above and beyond what we expected and made us feel we were not navigating this alone.

Pretty straightforward experience overall. The receptionist on the first floor (the Somali lady wearing a hijab) was extremely kind and helpful. My phone was about to die and I asked if there was any chance of a charger- she went out of her way to help me, which I really appreciated. It’s the small things like that which leave a lasting impression, and that’s exactly why I wanted to leave this review. The only small suggestion I’d make is having oat milk available at the coffee machine for those who don’t have dairy, it would be a thoughtful and considerate touch.

I swapped over to Physio Jack Studios and started working with Darragh who was truly excellent, going above and beyond with working around my schedule and doing further research to make sure we tried all possible exercises to get me back running as soon as possible.
