Dr Arnold is amazing, she truly cares for her patients and wants the best outcome for them. I have suffered with eczema/skin reactions/scalp sensitivity consistently for a year now and Dr Arnold has made such a difference to my skin by giving me detailed information about the treatments which I need to use and what I can do to help my skin recover or keep it at bay. I recently had my second consultation with Dr Arnold about an ongoing new skin issue, again, Dr Arnold left me feeling relieved in the sense of I know one day my skin will be better! She gave me thorough explanations about my next steps, what to do, for how long and wrote it all down for me to take away with. We booked in a follow up and have discussed what further treatment would look like for myself and my skin if necessary after the follow up. This is the first knee operation I have had and in the future my right knee will need a full or partial knee replacement and 100 per cent I would hope that Mr Shah will be the consultant. The experience was absolutely fantastic . The operation was on the 23 October 2025 and the results are wholly positive . I am back to hilly walking, gym classes and leading an active lifestyle. I have also seen an independent physiotherapist who has loads more experience in these matters than me…..he could not be more positive either re the operation all regards in terms of functionality and cosmetically and highly rates it, saying I have had a great job . He also said that my knee is in the top 1% of knee outcomes he has seen. In addition to the above my knee also bends many more degrees than pre operation and I can kneel on it .

I have recently had cosmetic surgery at Sancta Maria and i genuinely would not want to go anywhere else…. I may be biased as I work at the hospital but for me regardless of who I was the staff were very professional and gave outstanding care. I always watch how every staff members provide this incredible service to other members of the public but honestly they showed me so much care and compassion throughout my surgery. The staff in all departments - especially recovery and ward as that’s where I spent my time mostly. Also Ashley in outpatients for providing me with an appointment for dressing clinic to put my mind at ease when I accidentally got my dressings wet. Honestly I would not want to have had my surgery anywhere else. Thank you all so much. I am very proud to work within such an incredible team.

We got a private referal to see Dr Khan after being treated very badly by the NHS system. They had failed to identify after many tests my condition. Dr Khan immediately set about finding the root cause of the problem and thereby decide on treatment. Thanks to him installing the latest hi-tech diagnostic monitor It was quickly established that I needed a pacemaker, which was subsequently fitted successfully. Through all my consultations and treatments Dr Khan has been reassuring,, knowledgable, gentle and very kind. He has given me peace when I was in a state of extreme anxiety not knowing what was wrong. I owe a great deal to Dr Khan and regard myself as very lucky to have been under his care throughout my experience.

I had a great experience at Cyprus ivf hospital. Aman was our coordinator and she was immediately responding to all our worries and questions. It is a clean and well equipped clinic. The prices were fixed and no extra expenses were placed. They let you now about the price from the beginning and you now as the procedure goes on, when and how much you have to pay. Transfer of the embryos took place only when the doctor was sure everything was ready. No rushing. They followed the correct protocol for my case and were always there for us any day any time! From my initial enquiry about Refractive Lens Replacement surgery, through my surgery and aftercare I have had excellent care from Vision Scotland. Everything was clearly explained and the surgery has left me with the desired result, 20/20 vision with no glasses needed. The only (slight) negative difference here is a greater need for good light when reading at night or close work. The procedure was pain free and I have had no complications. I am looking forward to enjoying the results for (I hope) many years to come. Thank you to all staff involved with my care.

Dr Shalabi was calm and caring. He listened to my symptoms, looked into them further than anyone had ever done, and suggested some treatment options based on the test results. After years of being told my symptoms were "just IBS and all the results were within normal range", he suggested some additional tests and a subsequent treatment plan which has genuinely changed my quality of life. Dr Shalabi seemed to look at the symptoms and the data in conjunction, which seems to be a novel idea. I can not thank him enough.

The doctor was 8 mins late *(with no apology for the late running( and them seemed to have a different idea of why i was there to me - he thought he was just assessing skin tags rather than removing - and then said he didnt have time to remove them - yet he was the one running late. I will come for the follow up but after that will never use this practice again.
