After six years of infertility, we finally found IVI London and Dr Tomasz — and I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how grateful we are. Dr. Tomasz Lukaszewski made my husband, and I feel an immediate sense of calm from the first appointment. Nothing ever felt too much trouble, and he always took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Our first round of IVF in 2022 was successful and we welcomed our beautiful miracle baby girl in 2023. The whole clinic - nurses, embryologists, and admin team were just as wonderful as Dr Tom — so supportive, approachable and genuinely caring. We always felt like we were in safe hands, surrounded by people who truly wanted the best for us. We were back in this month for - fingers crossed - baby no 2!! The experience was just as calm and special as the first time. To Dr. Lukaszewski and everyone else at IVI London — thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving us the greatest gift imaginable. I was struggling to get a face to face appoinment with my NHS GP. Filling out their triage forms where tick boxes didn’t cover half my symptoms and not enough room in the comments to describe my issues and concerns was getting me nowhere. So I decided to go private. Daleswood was recommended to me by a friend. I was happy to pay for a 30min consultation where I could go through the history and symptoms I was experiencing. It was well worth it, blood tests were recommended and a diagnosis made that explained all the symptoms not just one or two. I was so relieved to finally have been listened to and believed. Not just told ‘we only deal with one thing at a time’

The experience of having a hip replacement it was absolutely brilliant friendly place a friendly face brilliant doctor very happy with my new hip. I never expected it to be sore professionally done. I am so happy with the doctor that I had at the new hit replacement. nobody knows how happy I was the next day. I got referred to Mr Jafri while I was in terrible pain with my hip. After having xrays he said he would replace my hip. I honestly couldn't have been looked after any better, the nurses were wonderful. And yes after surgery it was painful but nothing like the pain I had been going through. MrJafri explained everything in layman's terms all the way through. I couldn't thank him enough, he gave me my life back. I went for physio and did my exercises, you only get out of it what you put in, but so worth it. I still do my excercises but I have full mobility and i honestly feel wonderful🥰. Avni is absolutely brilliant and I cannot recommend her enough. She started treated me during pregnancy but I have continued to see her after. Avni is really caring and intuitive and the only osteopath that I have been to who really manages to address any pain that I have been experiencing. She doesn't insist that you come back week after week, unless the treatment specifically requires a few sessions. She takes a holistic approach to wellness and provides really useful tips and recommendations that have helped me in all aspects of life.

All in all a fantastic experience dealing with the Forbury Clinic, I had a vasectomy procedure and dealt with surgeon Paul Hadway and his team who were great, from my first consultation to the actual procedure Paul put me at complete ease, from start to finish it’s been a pleasure dealing with him and the Forbury Clinic, I only wish now that I had the procedure carried out many years ago. If anyone is thinking about having a vasectomy I would 100% recommend Paul and his Team at The Forbury Clinic.

Better signage would help. We wandered around looking for the appropriate location. There are two car parking 4 areas which doesn't help. Luckily we found a helpful Doc who took us to where we needed to be. Once there we were welcomed. I couldn't eat anything after the op, the restaurant didn't have anything for gluten, dairy and egg free patient. I feel sure they could have products on standby for the future, most vegan products would suffice.

Nr Casula met me on a Tuesday. He was very clear how serious my condition had become and that prompt action was necessary. The following Monday I was admitted for the minimally invasive procedure to replace my aortic valve. I had so few complications. Everything seemed to progress as a textbook case. I cannot thank him more highly for an amazing recovery. I came home on day four after the operation and have felt better and better ever since.

I had a raised spot on my arm which was diagnosed as actinic keratosis- precancerous cells. GP recommend cream but didn’t want to use due to side effects. Dr Gupta was very professional and had a very caring and kind disposition. She used cryotherapy on the area which was only mildly uncomfortable for a few seconds and then checked the rest of my body for me. Thoroughly recommend and have booked my husband for a body check! Thank you ☺️

I attended the Edinburgh clinic for an initial phsio consultation due to a knee problem. Zoe was very professional and put me at ease immediately. Again, slight confusion for me in Filling in the registration form, which I then failed to hand to the consultant. I was again not sure where to wait as clinic D and E are on the same floor. This was all resolved by having an excellent interview with my chosen consultant
