Mr Shafiq Chughtai maintains a professional, kind, and caring approach with patients, putting them at ease. He provides thorough explanations for diagnoses and procedures, along with careful follow-up and support after surgery. His expertise is trusted for gallbladder removal and various hernia repairs.
Mr Chughtai was very polite and professional. He put me at my ease straight away. Apparently he did come to see me after the surgery but I was still trying to come round from the anaesthetic. He made a point of ringing me later on in the afternoon to explain the op and to make sure I was ok.
I first met Mr Chughtai last March as I needed my gallbladder removed. At the consultation meeting I found Mr Chughtai to be friendly, gentle, calm and I felt instantly at ease. He thoroughly explained to me the whole procedure and the importance of following his instructions leading up to the surgery. I was given plenty of time to ask any questions or voice any concerns and was never rushed. I emailed Mr Chughtai on several occasions and I had a response within a good timeframe. I had my surgery in May and it all went well, a few hours after surgery he came to check on me and this was late in the evening. My follow up appointment several weeks after surgery went well and he completely put my mind at rest and assured me everything had all gone to plan. I am pleased that I chose Mr Chughtai and would have no hesitation or doubts putting myself in his care again. I thank him very much for his professionalism and for the great care he provided.
Six weeks ago Mr Chughtai performed my cholecystectomy. His care and attention to my well being was excellent. He was always available for any questions. I would recommend him highly
I am extremely grateful to Mr Chughtai who provided excellent support and advice throughout my treatment.
Recently I had to choose a surgeon to repair two hernias. After reading Mr Chughtais reviews I took a consultation. I wanted someone I could trust, who would take their time to explain and breakdown the process. At our 1st meeting I gained the trust I needed to proceed. The entire process was explained in clear language. I was also given the space and time to ask questions, at no time did I feel rushed. I also received video links and much information reiterating what had been discussed. My surgery went exceedingly well. Mr Chughtai is not only a highly skilled professional he is a deeply decent, caring human being. Thank you
His professionalism, understanding and deep humanity shone through the whole consultation and so impressed my wife and I We would have no hesitation in recommending his services to all
Mr Chughtai kept me well informed at all stages and tailored my post operative recovery to my personal circumstances.
Very pleased , treated very professionally and quick timescale for operation.
I recently underwent gallbladder surgery under Mr Chughtai which became more complex than expected. Throughout, he was professional and attentive. He took the time to explain everything clearly and showed genuine care for my wellbeing during both the procedure and recovery. I am very grateful for the excellent care I received.
Mr Chugtai explained everything clearly. He spent time ensuring we had no further questions or queries. He spoke with me before and after the operation and I felt totally at ease in his care.
