From the initial appointment to my treatment and discharge after surgery Mr Chughtai explained everything.
Mr Chughtai explained everything clearly and concisely. He has a very pleasant manner and I felt completely at ease with the decision he informed me was going to be the best for me.
Mr Chughtai was extremely professional and took great care to explain all of my options and how I could best protect my future health. I felt very safe and looked after in his care and would recommend him as a consultant surgeon for gall bladder problems. Thankyou for your help Mr Chughtai.
Mr Chughtai was a thoroughly lovely person to deal with from start to finish. He was kind, approachable and reassuring, and I never once felt rushed or that my concerns weren’t being listened to. Having health problems and needing surgery can be a frightening experience, but Mr Chughtai made me feel completely at ease and, most importantly, that I was in very safe hands. He took the time to explain everything clearly and treated me with genuine kindness and compassion throughout. I couldn’t have asked for better care and I’m extremely grateful to him. I would recommend Mr Chughtai without hesitation.
Required laparoscopic surgery for an inguinale hernia. I found Mr Chughtai very professional, easy to talk too, explanations and way forward were clear. Surgery seems to have gone well.
Although there were post op complications which where out of Mr Chughtai control he was a great support and provided follow up and reassurance which was outstanding thank you
Mr Chughtai was very polite and professional. He put me at my ease straight away. Apparently he did come to see me after the surgery but I was still trying to come round from the anaesthetic. He made a point of ringing me later on in the afternoon to explain the op and to make sure I was ok.
I first met Mr Chughtai last March as I needed my gallbladder removed. At the consultation meeting I found Mr Chughtai to be friendly, gentle, calm and I felt instantly at ease. He thoroughly explained to me the whole procedure and the importance of following his instructions leading up to the surgery. I was given plenty of time to ask any questions or voice any concerns and was never rushed. I emailed Mr Chughtai on several occasions and I had a response within a good timeframe. I had my surgery in May and it all went well, a few hours after surgery he came to check on me and this was late in the evening. My follow up appointment several weeks after surgery went well and he completely put my mind at rest and assured me everything had all gone to plan. I am pleased that I chose Mr Chughtai and would have no hesitation or doubts putting myself in his care again. I thank him very much for his professionalism and for the great care he provided.
Six weeks ago Mr Chughtai performed my cholecystectomy. His care and attention to my well being was excellent. He was always available for any questions. I would recommend him highly
