⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Well basically my experience felt like I went for a luxury spa day and instead of leaving with glowing skin I left with bigger, perkier boobies and a flatter tummy 😂 From the moment I walked into the clinic, everything felt calm, elegant, and truly high-end. The space is absolutely beautiful, but what really makes it special is the people. I had my breast uplift with larger implants, extended tummy tuck and liposuction, and I genuinely felt like I was in the safest, most skilled hands the entire time. Andrew and Jane are an absolute dream team, not only incredibly talented surgeons but also warm, honest, so reassuring and down to earth lovely people who make u feel nice just being in their presence. They really listened to what I wanted, explained everything in detail, and made sure my results would look natural, feminine, and perfectly suited to my body. I never felt rushed or pressured, just completely supported and understood. The anaesthetist was amazing and took so much time to make me feel calm and comfortable before surgery — I felt totally safe and relaxed going in. And the nursing team….honestly angels. So kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made me feel pampered, reassured, and completely looked after from start to finish. Andddd the tea and toast they made when I woke up hit different….like that tea and toast you get after giving birth….posh bread for the toast too 😂 I genuinely felt like I was having a girly sleep over at one point. The aftercare has been just as luxurious and professional as the rest of the experience. Any questions I had were answered quickly and kindly, and I always felt supported during recovery, which made such a difference. Andrew called me the day after surgery to check in and Jane emailed me every other day to check in and they were both only a phone call away if I needed them. I’m beyond grateful to have been in such skilled and compassionate hands. If you’re thinking about surgery and want a truly first-class, high-end experience with a team who combine elite skill with real warmth and care, I cannot recommend The Beverly, Andrew,Jane and the entire team enough. Where do I start - I had a failed hip resurface 8 years ago. Due to my previous experience it has taken me 8 years to build up my confidence to have revision surgery and a FULL hip replacement I was referred to Dr Hussain 3+ years ago on our 1st meeting I was told I needed both legs operated on - I was mortified & broke down in tears Fast forward to 4 weeks ago - I had my surgeries, I can honestly say it has been life changing for me. Today is exactly 4 weeks post surgery. I am completely pain free, I sleep through the night, I have equal leg length, I can weight bare equally on both legs, I can walk in the house unaided, outdoors I only need 1 crutch, I am back driving. I recently saw Dr Premetis after finding out very early that I was pregnant. At that stage, I had been advised that the pregnancy would need very close monitoring, as there were concerns that it was most likely not going to be viable. This was an extremely worrying and emotional time for me, and I needed clear guidance, reassurance and careful follow-up. Dr Premetis has been my gynaecologist for many years and he is the only doctor I truly trust with my care. From the very beginning, he took the time to clearly explain the situation, the possible outcomes and the plan for ongoing tests and monitoring, which helped me feel supported and informed during a very uncertain time. His wonderful assistant, Sebastian, was quick to return my call and organise my appointment promptly. Dr Premetis even took the time to call me out of hours to update me with my test results and reassure me, so I didn’t have to spend the entire weekend worrying and waiting. His bedside manner is exceptional, he is kind, personable, reassuring and incredibly approachable. I am very grateful for the care, compassion and support I received from both Dr Premetis and Sebastian during such a difficult and stressful time.

I had a Teams meeting today with Angela about my nutrition, as I’m looking for ways to gain weight. She was completely non judgemental, incredibly warm, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole conversation. She never made me feel bad about my eating habits and was very kind and understanding in the way she worked with me. She gave me really sound advice and clear, practical feedback on how I can improve things going forward, particularly around healthy weight gain. I wasn’t sure what to expect going into the meeting. I half expected to be told to cut out lots of foods and start eating things I didn’t like but instead, she took the time to understand what I like and don’t like to eat. Overall, she was extremely helpful, supportive, and approachable, and I genuinely appreciated the session. I thought she was great.

St Giles Physiotherapy provided excellent care for my painful wrist, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing physiotherapy in Northampton. From the outset Georgia understood my issue which meant we could maximize the appointment time for hands-on treatment. She used a variety of different techniques during the session, which made the treatment feel thorough and targeted rather than one‑dimensional. I was also given clear follow-up advice and tailored exercises to continue at home, which has really helped my recovery between appointments. Everyone I dealt with at the clinic was caring, friendly and genuinely interested in helping me, which made the whole experience feel very supportive as well as professional.

All staff, from reception to nurses and surgeons, I found to be friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. I was generally rather nervous about the whole process, this being the very first time I experienced any form of surgery or a stay in hospital. However, I was treated with the utmost respect and understanding and felt well advised at all times, allowing me to make informed decisions at my own pace, without being pressured. I had to wait a bit longer than I had anticipated for surgery but by comparison to the NHS, it was efficient and slick. It is early days to comment properly on my shoulder replacement but things are progressing well although slowly and I am hopeful for the future.
