With my recent treatment with Mr Ud-Din I.e a full hip replacement from initial consultation through to being discharged the treatment I received from the Meriden hospital to especially to Mr Farid Ud-Din was absolutely first class.Alll the staff that I was involved with were first class right down to the lady who brought me a cup of tea.,nobody likes being in hospital and all the staff went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable everything from when I arrived to when I left was excellent Mr Ud-din came to see me explained everything to me also I saw him after the operation. He is a very nice pleasant gentleman with lovely beside manners.came to see him yesterday showed me my x ray explained it all had a good conversation about it all ,I felt with him that he had all the time in the world to listen to you and explain everything I would highly recommend him and the hospital to anyone

I cannot recommend Mr John Pereira highly enough. From the initial consultation through to post-operative care, I felt completely listened to, reassured, and in expert hands. I had bilateral upper blepharoplasty and lower facelift with platysmaplasty and the results are outstanding—natural, refreshed, and exactly what I had hoped for. After my atrial fibrillation (AFib) diagnosis, I booked an appointment with Dr Davies at the Park Hospital. He explained the treatment options: medication, a cardioversion (an electrical reset of the heart), or an ablation. His manner and experience are second to none. He helped me understand the options and I decided upon the RF ablation using the new state of the art facility at the Park. Dr Davies and his brilliant team carried out the procedure and the ITU aftercare team were equally impressive. I’m very pleased to say it went well and heart is now back in normal sinus rhythm, and I’m expected to make a full recovery. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Dr Davies and everyone at the Park Hospital.

The experience overall was good once seen by clinical staff. Had to wait 15 minutes after planned appointment time, 30 minutes in total after being told to be there 15 minutes before appointment. I understand than clinically time may run over, but there was no communication which would have been useful. I wonder if specific reception staff for the vein clinic would be helpful. Waiting area would also benefit from coffee machine for relatives waiting.
