I also had a chest infection a couple months before and it left me with a lot of tightness in my chest/lungs and I wasn’t able to breathe at full capacity. Just needed a referral for an overseas routine scan and I achieved what I needed. NHS in their wisdom won't provide scans for those with a strong family history indicator which is fine but utterly absurd not to provide a referral just because a CT machine (superior to most in the UK) is located overseas. These scans can be life savers and it's useful that this provider can fulfil the common sense role that the NHS abdicates responsibility on.

The Receptionists were very welcoming and friendly ( after having had a nightmare journey) and a lovely cup of tea was appreciated! My appointment with Miriam Green ( Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist) was excellent. Miriam has a lovely way of putting you at ease and so knowledgeable. I had online consultation . The practitioner i wanted to see wasn't available and the timing changed a few times. This wasn't good given my acute state of distress. The practitioner was not particularly empathetic. He seemed a bit disconnected and almost had a fake smile. Toward rhe end od the call he tried a kind of "tough love " approach which i perceived as patronising. The prescription and advice was given clearly.

I had bilateral lens replacements last Thursday (27/11/2025) and the team could not have been more careful if they tried. The surgeon, Mr Puri, was excellent. My eyes are recovering really well with no problems., this was confirmed by my first post-op check-up today - a bit earlier than usual because of planned plane flights. Assess,et and post-op Sheffield, surgery in Newark. Staff in both locations are wonderful.

Mr Eid is very professional and amazing at helping his patients get the right care, I went in with excruciating pain in my shoulder, Mr Eid gave me quick treatment and followed up with xray and scan to find out the reason for pain enduting full disgnosis. I would be still in pain if I were waiting for NHS GP to sort the pain. Thank you Mr Eid..
