I wanted to leave a review because my experience with this psychiatric doctor mr singh has genuinely made a difference in my life. Being assessed and diagnosed with ADHD as an adult wasn’t easy emotionally, but they handled everything with real professionalism, patience, and understanding. I never felt rushed or judged, and they took the time to explain things clearly so I actually understood what was going on rather than feeling labelled. Since the diagnosis, I’ve felt more clarity about myself and my wellbeing, and that alone has been hugely valuable. I cannot rate the hospital highly enough following my recent operation. From the moment I arrived I was looked after by a number of staff members, all of who could not do enough to ensure I was comfortable, informed and had everything I needed. In particular nurses Damian, Sonia, Cindy and Salmon were wonderful, also the catering lady who's name i didn't catch, Steve the pharmacist, Mr Murray the anesthetist, and Mr Lewis the surgeon. All the staff were very friendly and relaxed which helped me settle in a situation I could have felt very uncomfortable and nervous in. Even though this procedure was covered by insurance I would not hesitate to self pay in the future if needed to have this level of care again.

Lucy Clarke was recommended to me after a failed diagnosis and plastic surgery to my accident related damaged left eye lid. Lucy diagnosed the damage was to a muscle in the eyelid and her and her team carried out the surgery to correct this. Lucy and her team were so understanding and caring throughout the whole procedure and I was returning home within 2 hours of my appointment. My experiences at the Lister hospital were generally positive. The facilities are clean and modern. The wait time was variable but generally ok. There wasn't much continuity in the nursing and sonography staff I saw which is a shame, and the quality was variable, but in general most of my experiences were with skilled and knowledgeable staff. On a few occasions I wasn't entirely confident in the nurse or sonographer treating me.

I came to see Mr Monib as an NHS referral. I had previously been seen at St Albans hospital breast clinic and it was unclear to me how the two are linked. This was not explained, and previous scans taken in St Albans were not available for comparison. I now have a follow up appointment at St Albans breast clinic. I hope that I will be seeing Mr Monib although this has not been stated.
