Exceptional Pediatric ENT Care - Highly Recommended My 3-year-old son had been suffering from multiple ear infections, and we suspected he was experiencing hearing difficulties. After contacting numerous doctors who ultimately didn't accept pediatric patients, someone recommended Dr. Alison Carter. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly with Dr. Ali for both a hearing test and consultation. Her staff members are genuinely caring and helpful. Dr. Ali was incredibly kind and patient with both my son and me. For the first time, my child actually enjoys going to the doctor! When Dr. Ali initially explained that my son needed surgery, I wasn't prepared for the news. However, she patiently answered all my questions a few days later when I had recovered from the initial shock, even though she had already explained the process thoroughly during our first visit. On the day of surgery, we were pleasantly surprised by how wonderfully the entire team interacted with children. Dr. Ali's expertise we already knew, but her entire team—including the anesthesiologist and nurses—was equally impressive. They explained everything to us and, more importantly, to my son using age-appropriate language and visual aids in a playful manner that kept him calm and unafraid. As a result, we felt at ease too. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ali to any parent seeking an ENT specialist for their children.

I had LASIK surgery with Allon Barsam yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My vision feels unbelievably clear, almost like seeing through the eyes of a superhero. Allon guided me through every step of the procedure as it was happening, which made the entire experience feel calm, safe, and reassuring. The surgery was genuinely painless; there was one brief moment of discomfort that lasted no more than 10 seconds, and he calmly counted down the seconds so I knew exactly what to expect. My eyes stung a little afterwards, but after a short nap I woke up feeling completely fine. If you’re considering laser eye surgery, I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. They were constantly checking on me to ensure I was comfortable, and they never made me feel rushed; they absolutely made sure I was feeling good and stable before they let me go home. The facility itself was impressively clean, which made me feel much more at ease, and I was pleasantly surprised that the food was actually great! I came off my bicycle in London and after visiting West Middx A&E i was referred to Mr Quen Tang. I had fractured my shoulder ball joint in 3 places. I met with Mr Quen Tang a few days later and his explanation of my injuries and what they would try to do to fix it was very clear and concise. I was operated on the next day. He was going to try to screw it but he felt the bone was to thin and so would probably end up replacing the ball joint (this is what they did in the end). From start to finish i was very impressed with Mr Quen Tang and his team. Made me feel very at ease and now I'm on the road to recovery. Thank You !! I would certainly recommend him for shoulder injuries.

Welcoming and helpful. Only one lift was working and the remaining one was noisy and slow but there was a notice advising of this. The coffee machine in wait area was out of order Reception staff were kind and helpful but sometimes difficult to understand accent. One set of chairs in a sub waiting area was under a shelf which meant I knocked my head. Appeared clean and efficient and was quiet on day of my visit. Preoperative bloods were done straight after consultation which is very good and in fact results appeared next day. That's good service. Overall allowing for things that happen a positive experience.

I went at 11 weeks for a scan and for a NIPT test. The booking process was excellent, the members on the phone were so helpful and considerate. My appointment with Dr Desi was on time and extremely thorough. She was so compassionate, caring and kind throughout the appointment, explaining everything each step of the way and being extremely thorough through the scan and explaining our NIPT options. It’s the best consulting experience I’ve had throughout my pregnancy. Reception staff were extremely helpful too. I would really recommend LPC to any expecting couples. Mr Minas carried out a full hysterectomy for me. The operation went very well; the only pain I experienced was immediately after waking in recovery, and this was promptly managed with additional pain relief. I had no further pain and felt fantastic throughout my recovery, which is a testament to the excellent procedure carried out by Mr Minas. He was always professional in his approach, and both he and his team were extremely easy to contact and always very quick to respond. Went in for a endometrial ablation, was signed in quickly and was kept informed about what was going on and what to expect, during the procedure the nurses and the patient advocate Suki did a great job at distracting me and reminding me to breathe and relax my muscles, Mr Biswas kept me informed of what he was doing throughout the procedure and kept asking me where my pain level was, which was reassuring as I was quite anxious, had some time after to make sure I was fine, had a hot chocolate and some biscuits, then went home.
