My elderly mother has had 2 consultations with Andraay Leung in the last fortnight, one in person and the second over Zoom, both of which I attended with her. Our experience of Mr Leung was excellent. He was punctual, sympathetic to my mother's condition and mobility constraints, and a very good communicator. Mr Leung was well prepared for the first consultation and quickly and clearly explained the relevant issues likely to be causative of my mother's current condition. He made recommendations for a further scan (which my mother was able to have straight away) and clearly outlined potential courses of treatment / action which would follow on from the scan results. Mr Leung was also very accommodating in making arrangements for the follow up consultation, offering a Zoom call which saved my mother having to make an uncomfortable journey to the Harborne Hospital during rush hour. Mr Leung's secretary has been easy to contact and very responsive to emails and calls. My mother has found it very reassuring to have Mr Leung's insight and advice about her current condition and now has a range of clearly explained options about how this can be treated.

Mr Challand always greeted me with a very pleasant and positive attitude at our face to face meetings. This was very encouraging and helped me to carry the positivity throughout my time under Mr Challand's care. When I came round out of the initial surgery, I saw my situation and for the next 2 days I allowed my internal voices to voice how they saw my future situation. However at the end of the 2nd day, I gave myself a good talking to, that tomorrow (the 3rd day) there would be no more "why me" complaining. This is how I carried on - Only Positivity, and it worked for me. Yes, there were a few situations but I dealt with each in a plus positive manner. I always made sure to greet every one with a positive outlook. My visits with Mr Challand have always been very pleasant and straight to the point. Thanks to all the staff who were involved with my case. I'm so fortunate to be here and can only express my sincere thanks to all. The best gift to me has been the reversal. I was treated by Dr Jenny Doyle who is welcoming, personable, informative and professional, she answered my questions with ease and is extremely knowledge in aesthetics. She is also an NHS eye surgeon as well as caring out private cosmetic eyelid surgery . Treatment - the numbing cream worked quickly, the treatment was almost painless, the face mask afterwards was lovely and soothing and my skin looked plump and fresh as I left, with no redness or swelling. I am looking forward to seeing the results over the next month. The Clinic has all the latest most advanced non surgical equipment available. I highly recommend.

I reached out to TCM after I was told that I had a very low AMH and AFC and that I would likely go through early menopause. This caused me a lot of stress as I had always had regular periods and had never considered that I may have fertility troubles. Prof Au talked me through my results and educated me on AMH as a poor predictor for menopause. He advised me that I would need further bloods to fully assess my fertility and I was able to request them from my GP. Following this he reviewed my bloods with me again, without charge, and advised me that everything was normal and I did not need to be seen at TCM. I am very grateful for all the help, support and education. Thank you!

Both Mr. Rajaratnam and the physiotherapist that visited me at home ( not the hospital physio's) strongly emphasized not to do any strengthening exercises for the first few weeks but restrict myself to just bending the knee aiming to get a 130 degree bend after 3 weeks. Heating the wound with a hot water bottle helped to loosen up the knee prior to doing this exercise. This was contrary to what the physiotherapists in the hospital were advocating , Anyway after 6 weeks I can bend the operated knee almost as much as I can the other one and I'm walking normally and I am now starting on strengthening exercises.

The team on the OCD ward incredibly kind caring and compassionate. It's like being part of a family, including the other 5 patients here. Although, it was challenging at times, I've learnt so much about my condition and I now realise that my beliefs does not necessarily mean it's true.
