Delemere is a tranquil place incorporating physical and spiritual healing. Truly a place for reflection and healing, unique in itself.
I could not speak more highly of the team at Delamere. I am not one for overstating things, so to say they saved my life is a simple fact. The programme has been carefully formed so that it really does provide a journey through the early stages of recovery. I am clear in my understanding that this is the start of my recovery, but it is a start few are lucky to have. I do not plan to waste it. I chose to extend my stay to incorporate the ROOT programme and I am very pleased I did. It gave a more detailed look at the mechanics behind addiction and additional insight into recovery post Delamere. If I were to give constructive criticism I would say that the cold water swim in ROOT could be looked at, as I don’t think it is as rewarding as other options, however this should tell you that I really am clutching at straws to find fault. In the grips of alcoholism I finally made a good decision. I called Delamere and tomorrow I leave with genuine excitement for my future. Thank you.
My time here at Delamere has been absolutely life changing and I can’t express enough how wonderful my time here has been. The staff, the food and the care I have received is above and beyond and I will be eternally grateful.

Staff are fantastic. Clean and lovely rooms. Good facilities. Only thing would be better would be lighter lunches, they’re a tad heavy.
This is a very special place where it is harder to say goodbye than to arrive
