Dr Lam has been very attentive to my birthing plans from the start and answered all my questions throughout -even though I was undecided at the beginning. My c section recovery has been very fast which is obviously thanks to her great surgical skills. She has been caring and present from my admission day until discharge and I would recommend her to whoever wants a knowledgeable, warm and skilled obstetrician during this special time.

Dr Lam provided me with excellent care throughout my long labor and delivery. She was always kind, polite, and had a calming presence while clearly explaining everything in a balanced way. I ended up in an emergency C-section which she performed so well that when I had a follow-up with the NHS they remarked at how clean and precise the scar looked and said I must have had a very skilled surgeon. I would trust her to deliver another child for me.

Dr Lam is nothing short of incredible. I felt completely at ease in her presence, and no question felt too embarrassing to ask. She completely put my fears and worries at ease with regards to a potential second pregnancy and gave me honest and genuine advice, and even took the time to look back through my previous medical notes on the day. I would not hesitate in recommending her services - she is a credit to her medical field.

I booked Dr Lam for a planned c-section after having one prior c-section. I ended up going into labor about a week prior to the scheduled section, and Dr Lam was very reassuring and kind and was able to deliver my baby safely via c-section that same day. After reviewing many consultants I had chosen Dr Lam due to her patient reviews and I am very happy that I did. I always felt comfortable reaching out to her office with any questions or concerns prior to my child’s birth as well as after. This c-section recovery was also much easier than my first and I haven’t had any complications. Thank you for delivering my baby Dr Lam!

Sarah Jane Lam monitored my pregnancy from start to finish, and I felt completely safe and supported throughout. She explained everything clearly at every stage, always took the time to reassure me, and was incredibly responsive whenever I felt scared or concerned. We openly discussed my birth wishes, and she delivered my baby exactly the way I had hoped. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

The care that Miss Lam provided was second to none. She listened intently to all my concerns and questions at every visit, and even provided support outside of these visits to help me feel at ease with my ongoing health issues. I consider myself very lucky to have been under the care of Miss Lam and am grateful for everything she did for me.

Moving my care to Sarah-Jane was easily the best choice I made during my pregnancy. I had a few complications and a high risk pregnancy and moved my care to Sarah-Jane halfway through my pregnancy. From my first appointment with Sarah Jane I felt safe, reassured and in hugely capable hands. She was approachable, kind and compassionate and took a huge amount of time to listen and understand; I never felt silly for asking questions and always felt empowered and informed when making decisions. Even when my son needed to be delivered early and at short notice, I felt very safe and looked after throughout. Myself and my whole family are extremely grateful.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Miss Lam enough. From the very first appointment, she made me feel completely at ease — always kind, patient, and genuinely caring. Throughout my high risk pregnancy and delivery, she was a constant source of reassurance and calm, and I always felt safe in her hands. Thanks to Miss Lam, what could have been a stressful experience for me became a positive and special journey. I’m so grateful for her warmth, expertise, and support. I’ve already recommended her to friends and family.

Miss Lam is an incredible Obstetrician. She was very kind, informative and friendly. I really appreciated how approachable she is - she patiently listened to all my requests and made an effort to approve them for me. No request was too small or irrelevant, she truly listened to me. I also appreciated how well she conveyed information - she was both concise and direct and it showed that she is very knowledgeable in her field.
