It was quick to get an appointment with Mr Chilcott. He explained clearly what would happen during my appointment. Despite a wait in the scanning department, I was able to have one on the day to prevent me from coming back again. Mr Chilcott's bedside manner was calm and clear and he dealt with questions and queries. Overall, the appointment was a good experience for me as a new patient with Mr Chilcott.

I found Mr Chilcott online as he was one of the most highly rated surgeons in the UK for my particular issue (Ovarian Cyst removal) This was a procedure I needed urgently as I was working away for the rest of the year. From my initial consultation to post surgery, Mr Chilcott was extremely professional, caring and put me at ease instantly /throughout. I felt in incredibly safe hands and he was honestly excellent. The booking process was really easy and Mr Chilcott’s secretary was so attentive and brilliant. The entire process was a complete breeze considering I was really nervous about the surgery itself, and managing the pain after. No question was off limits and Mr Chilcott explained everything really well. If you’re considering private surgery - I couldn't recommend Mr Chilcott enough. There is no one else I would trust to do such an intricate surgery, and will be using him again for any further surgeries relating to my PCOS.

Much praise for Mr. Chilcott. Skillset plus his absolutely pleasant demeanor, willingness to consider questions and thoughtful, science-focused explanations. The abdominal full hysterectomy became manageable and less painful than envisaged. A big plus is his PA, Paula. She offers comfort and a much needed personal touch right through every appointment. Between the two, I felt like a person not just another patient.

We had Mr Chilcott’s support throughout the pregnancy, ultimately concluding in an elective c-section that he performed. We couldn’t have asked to have been better looked after. He was always highly responsive to any concerns and available quickly with guidance. The c-section itself went smoothly. Despite it being major surgery, Mr Chilcott and his team were very reassuring with their approach and now we have a beautiful baby boy who is healthy and happy.

Dr Chilcott looked after me exceptionally well and made me feel comfortable, reassured, and fully informed about the procedure. HIs professionalism, kindness, and calm manner helped ease any anxiety I had. I felt confident that I was in excellent hands and received outstanding care at every stage. I am very grateful to Dr Chilcott and his team and would highly recommend him.
