Mr Chilcott was my surgeon for a hysterectomy. He made the process clear, the surgery went smoothly and I have recovered well.

Mr Chilcott has been our consultant through two risky pregnancies and has safely delivered both our children. He provided considerate, kind and thorough care on both occasions, and we could not have asked for a safer, calmer or more experienced and gifted pair of hands.

Mr Chilcott is calm, gentle and an excellent surgeon. I am 2 weeks post op (full abdominal hysterectomy, removal of fibroids and oophorectomy). He explained the surgery in full in the initial consultation and worked together with the hospital to ensure i had all the necessary information needed in the lead up to the operation and discussed what would be needed post operation (HRT, blood thinners for an existing blood condition) to ensure i got back to full health. Operation day was a success and I'm left with a very neat scar. He came to visit me daily as I recovered in hospital and was accessible for any question (via the nurses or his wonderful PA, Paula) at any time. He's kind, flexible and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
