Well Life Clinic Cobham

Everything was excellent and hugely efficient. If I was being highly critical, then a very slightly warmer welcome and smile from the reception staff would have been nice, but not mandatory.

I went for my ADHD assessment today with Dr Elizabeth Brown. Beautiful and peaceful clinic with very friendly staff! Dr Brown made sure I was comfortable and that I understood everything about the assessment process. I have no idea if it will be ADHD or something else yet but I felt supported and cared for regardless of the outcome.

This was my second time seeing Dr Egan, and once again she was fantastic. She explained everything so clearly and was incredibly kind and reassuring, especially as I was feeling very anxious about my visit. I’m so grateful for her care and would highly recommend her. I wouldn’t hesitate to see her again if I ever need to, and I know I’ll be in very good hands.

The doctor was great, very matter of fact but also gentle with the personal questioning. Receptionist staff were great, accommodated me being 15 minutes late due to an accident nearby and then ensured my follow up appointment wasn’t the 5 week wait, and allowed for a virtual Saturday appointment.

I was delighted with the service offered at Well Life Cobham. I can't usually afford private health care but the benefit of getting an immediate appointment at a time of my choosing was worth it. My doctor was excellent, did the required tests and was clear and reassuring in his explanation. The clinic is calm and spotless. Highly recommended

I was very fortunate to get a same day GP appointment. TThe clinic is immaculate, the reception staff were friendly, professional and efficient. I was offered a glass of water while I waited which wasn't very long. The doctor was lovely very clear in her explanation of my condition and wrote me a prescription for medication which has really helped. I would recommend this clinic.

A very pleasant welcome . Dr Amali Lokuge came out of her treatment room within seconds of my arrival and welcomed me to sit down and start my consultation. She is a very nice lady and very professional and spent time finding what was wrong with me. I was very impressed with the whole setup.

Booked at 15:30, seen at 16:30. Prescription to sort my issue 16:40. Friendly but thorough service. This is what a GP service should be like.

I had seen Dr Bennett before and was impressed then. She has the ability, which SO many doctors lack, of really sympathetically listening to the patient, whilst taking meaningful notes and proposing in depth and intelligent courses of action. I thoroughly recommend.
