Dr. Sammy Bennett

Dr Sammy Bennett graduated from University College London in 2012. Following completion of her foundation training, she moved to New Zealand where she spent two years working in urgent care, gaining broad clinical experience in fast-paced and acute medical settings. She later returned to the UK, started a family, and completed her specialist training in General Practice.

After two years working as an NHS GP, Dr Bennett transitioned into the private sector and now continues her clinical practice with Nuffield Health, providing private GP consultations and comprehensive health assessments.

She has a strong interest in lifestyle and preventative medicine and is particularly passionate about delivering high-quality care. At Well Life GP Clinic, she values the opportunity to spend meaningful time with patients, focusing on prevention, long-term health, and personalised treatment plans.

Outside of clinical work, Dr Bennett enjoys spending time with her children and dog, and she relaxes by running and drawing.
