Review for Podiatrist Consultant Liam Stapleton I have been a patient of Liam Stapleton for several years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Liam is consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely thorough. I had my Pre-assessment on 14/91/26 at 09.30. I arrived early because of the inadequate parking at the hospital but was pleasantly surprised to be able to park straight away so, I arrived at 09.00 for my appt. I registered with reception then the nurse, Sharon, called me. Sharon talked me through my Pre-assessment and explained in detail what would happen when I'm admitted for my op. She gave me an ECG, took MRSA swabs and I had my bloods taken. Sharon explained several forms to me and provided Octensian wash and nasal gel for me to use prior to admission and after. The whole experience was positive. Sharon was very professional with an easy, friendly manner and kindly answered my questions that she had not already covered.

From start to finish Daye is intuitive and easy to use. I’ve done many online health tests prior to this but nothing compares to the level of service Daye provides. For clarity I did the full screen and purchased the 30 min nurse call. The sample is beyond easy to take and post. The results came back fast and were clear to understand, on top I was sent a beautiful kind email and was also offered a free call to over my HPV results. I didn’t use this but my 30 min call with the nurse was invaluable. I would have been happy to pay triple the price for the service I received. I will be 100% using Daye again and have already recommended to friends.

My follow-up consultation went perfectly. I described some of the symptoms I had experienced following my operation, and how pleased I was with progress so far. Mr McFarlane explained clearly what might happen during the next 6 months, and also that the tests on my tissue eliminated any doubts I might have had about cancer. He made it very clear that I could contact him (or my GP) if there were any changes to my progress. I left the Bath Clinic feeling very reassured that I had been in safe hands throughout.

Mr Brown is a very pleasant surgeon and extremely competent. He managed to repair tendons in my shoulder which previously were told were irreparable. His secretary is excellent and responding to my queries to Mr. Brown and both have been very patient with me. His matter is very pleasant and was good at sharing details of my operation and answering questions. He has a good sense of humour which often is lacking in surgeons! I am happy for Mr. Brown to view my comments.

I was seen by Nurse Emma and I honestly had the best experience I could have ever asked for, she was patient, kind and explained everything clearly to me, after such a negative experience previously with my GP I was very nervous and scared to have my implant out, I spoke to Emma about this and she took everything very slow, constantly asking me if I was ok, everything about my visit with Emma was perfect, she is amazing and I would recommend her to everyone!

Mr Saravelos and his team made us feel at such ease for our Frozen Embryo Transfer. He was so patient and helped talk through the procedure in a way I could understand. He kept me calm through the procedure, which previously have been a really painful experience for him. The Nurse Raj was also great and helpful and managed to get all our prescriptions done before the transfer so we didn’t have to wait around. Really great time and brilliant experience.

Under the care of Mr Sunildath Cazabon on the 13th January 2026 I underwent laser vision corrective procedure for posterior capsule opacification following prior cataract surgery. A full series of tests was preformed before procedure. The procedure was completed successfully without any complications in under 15 minutes and a positive experience from start to finish with immediate improvement to my vision.
