Every follow-up has been thorough, supportive, and personalised, and I always felt listened to and well cared for throughout the journey. When my cast came off, I could see immediately that he had achieved exactly what I asked for and genuinely even better than I imagined. My nose looks natural, refined, and balanced with my features. He is friendly and welcoming, and makes you feel completely relaxed. Having never had surgery before, I was extremely anxious and, at first, was unsure whether or not to go ahead. Mr V did not put me under any pressure, he took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, address my fears, and reassure me in a calm and compassionate manner. I am thrilled to share that my surgery was a complete success, and my recovery has been exceptionally fast and smooth. I have experienced zero complications, and all of the symptoms and issues I had prior to surgery are now fully resolved. Mr V’s surgical skills and level of precision is quite honestly outstanding. Everything was appreciated. the only thing noticed was the main front desk receptionist as you check-in and indeed who checked me in before my appointment, which was at 12:45pm. She seemed over-worked and was not very welcoming, yet it was before lunch. The reception staff are the first point of contact for anyone and need to maintain a happier face (regardless of their own issues) and use far more entertaining approach or greeting language. My contact with this lady was not even 1-minute and this was not even fulfilled. This is compared to many places I have came across including hospital staff e.g MIR or my local GP including anywhere where you deal with the general public. Her approach was out of the ordinary and it was more like she was facing issues, no thanks expressed. Only formal questions asked in a rush so I can be marked in quickly and that's it.

This was a follow-up appointment. It should have been after 2 weeks but because the practitioner works very part-time this wasn’t possible. She then said I should have been in sooner! Treatment not as successful as with past practitioners before we moved to this area (I had brought records to first appointment but she had suggested a different approach). Further treatment offered on the day of the follow-up but I felt the practitioner was getting very defensive and I was losing confidence, so I declined. When I was waiting to go in someone else was trying to book a follow-up appointment. When she couldn’t get one desk staff said it probably didn’t matter as most people don’t need it! This clinic suits me location wise but unfortunately this wasn’t a great experience so I won’t go back.

I had a really positive experience staying at Nuffield Hospital. From admission to discharge, the staff were friendly, welcoming and kind. Everyone I interacted with was attentive, reassuring and helpful, which made a big difference during surgery and early recovery. Even when things were not perfect, such as not having a post-surgery bra in my exact size and sending me home in one that was a bit too big in the cups, the care and effort from the team never wavered. They handled everything with warmth, professionalism and good humour! Overall, I felt well looked after, respected and supported and I am very grateful to the staff who made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and manageable. 💗

Alison is very professional and polite. She ensures you are comfortable with your treatment and is readily available to answer any queries you may have. She takes the time to explain the treatment and is very reassuring. She provided a very thorough explanation of my treament and ensured I was suitable for the course of treatments before proceeding. I have had two treatments so far and each visit has been undertaken without any issues. Alison has managed the treatments from start to finish swiftly with no delays or issues. The ease in obtaining and undertaking the treatment has been planned and well thought out. Alison has a very calming, reassuring and approachable manner. I am enjoying the treatments.

I was awake under spinal anaesthetic and felt completely safe from the start, as it was clear he was very much in control in the operating theatre. His calm confidence and steady manner put me at ease, especially as I was dealing with a huge personal loss and felt very vulnerable. I am now pain free after suffering from severe debilitating osteoarthritis for many years. He is a brilliant surgeon and I would not hesitate to see him again. I would also wholeheartedly recommend him to my family and friends if the need arises. I will always be grateful for his dedication and everything he has done for me. He has changed my life.

I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and when I booked in I was able to go straight through to the treatment room. The consultant and 2 nurses were so good with me. They could all see how nervous and anxious I was but made to feel at ease (even held my hand). The procedure was over very quickly without any discomfort. The part that took the longest was booking my next appointment as the computer system had gone down through no fault of anyone at the desk. After that I got myself a cup of coffee and sat and relaxed until it was time to get my bus. Altogether a much less harrowing appointment than I thought it would be!

Main reception lovely and consultant was great. Imaging receptionist was blunt and frankly dismissive. Now paying invoice for consultation the original price was quoted on phone I found it’s £20 more which isn’t much but when you are self funding every £20 counts! When I complained I was directed to the fees as outlined on my original appointment letter which state it would not exceed £150 which it obviously doesn't but it wasn’t explained that the figure quoted on phone was only an estimate. Pricing should be communicated more clearly for those who don’t have insurance. So far, apart from consultant, a disappointment.

Dont trust this doctor had Penis enlargement surgery with dr nenad on august i have lost almost 1 inch of erect lenght. I didnt get 1 inch soft guarented lenght plus lost almost 1 inch erect my surgery time was at 2pm i had the surgery at 7pm! And doctor nowhere to be seen. Its been 4 months now having erection problems i never had erection problem and still having pains. Doctor nenad is now telling me i can get my size back if i use traction device useless. If you really want to do it my advice is penis fillers. Dont let them damage your penis.

Mr Gowda has been very clear in his explanation of what the procedure entailed and the possible outcomes including level of pain possible although luckily I experienced only mild discomfort. His approach is friendly but extremely professional - an excellent bedside manner. He gave enough time for me to ask any questions I might have and was at all times reassuring. I felt confident about my treatment and that he was listening to me. Absolutely no complaints.

I first met Gus in 2022 when he was at Six and we worked together on some shoulder rehabilitation. When I injured my shoulder again last year, I sought him out at Kaizen Physiotherapy. Gus is thorough and methodical and explains which specific muscle each exercise is targeting. He is also a thoroughly nice man. The pain and stiffness are gone but Gus has given me with an ongoing exercise programme to maintain my shoulder health.

Insight saw Mr Stafford for left hip in 2015 and treatment support and ability to accurately donor was the very best for the unusual condition. 10 years later he was very thorough and thoughtful in my treatment - hip replacement right side. Did not leave anything to chance or take risks and was 100% thorough. He was comfortable with my desire to ask detailed questions and answered very satisfactorily.
