I attended for spinal MRI. Unfortunately the technician was running late for which I was happy to wait but because of timing his communication to me was very poor. I was shown a room to change and left there without any guidance, I was then taken to the MRI machine and not spoken to really to ask if I was okay or to provide any reassurance. I don’t like MRI scans because can feel anxious within the machine. All it takes is a little bit of reassurance and acknowledgement for which I had none. Throughout the test the technician did not speak to me at all to ask if I was okay. I am not sure if this is normal but I found during the MRI it became quite hot which I have not experienced before. When the test was over he hurried me away from the machine without acknowledging my back could be hurting when getting up, which it was a little. He didn’t show me to the door so I had to ask if I was allowed to go and then left the room to change and go home. My review would be it is the smallest common curtesies that makes all the difference to a patient and this time I did not experience this at all. So much so I won’t be choosing to go to this venue for another investigation

I've only seen Dr Lobo once, so my experience is still limited, but he seemed very knowledgeable about my obscure problems. Time will tell whether his hypotheses are correct, but so far he seemed to have a very practical approach and a concrete plan moving forward. When it came to my appointment, he was timely and polite. The wait time for his appointment was very reasonable (2-3 weeks), and he produced the letter for my appointment very quickly (<24h). My only criticism is that the default pharmacy used by London Bridge Hospital clinicians is Pharmacierge, and it seems to be very expensive. The Low Dose Naltrexone I was prescribed was £239, but only £66 when shopping around. Dr Lobo kindly rerouted the prescription to another pharmacy, but I would suggest to at least inform the patients about certain costs and letting them know about more sensible options.

The hospital is run like a well oiled ship. No need to be too early, as you have an appointment time and they will take you at that time. I went 30mins early, which was an extra 30mins of nervousness I brought on myself I could have done without! The staff are friendly and efficient. There are processes in place that give assurance that the hand over from nurse to surgeon and team are strict and everyone is on the same page as to who you are and what you are there for. The recovery was peaceful and friendly. And who doesn’t like toast and a hot cuppa after fasting for hours. My next appointment was delivered by email the very next day. I know I will be nervous going back, but it won’t be because I don’t feel I am in safe hands. Thanks to everyone who looked after me, from reception to consultant and everyone in between.

Hearing aids... NOT FOR ME??? It took a while for me to adjust to having a slight hearing loss and eventually made an appt with Harley Hearing. Call it vanity, but the thought of wearing a hearing aid seemed horrific! | wasnt ready just yet. I eventually made the appointment and met Matt. What a lovely man. I just wanted to say how wonderful and supportive he has been. Nothing is too much trouble. He is extremely knowledgeable and has guided me all the way. We started with the Lyric but sadly it wasnt working for me. Matt knowing my concerns, has worked with me to try different IIC aids suitable and i am currently trying another. He is professional, is beyond amazing and i couldn't have asked to be in better hands. I believe Harley Hearing have a true asset in him.

I had a really positive experience at the hospital during my recent surgery. From the moment I arrived, everything was organised, calm, and reassuring. The staff at every stage — reception, nursing, surgical, and aftercare — were friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. The hospital itself was clean, comfortable, and well-run. I felt safe and well looked after throughout my stay. Any questions I had were answered clearly, and the team always made sure I understood what was happening and what to expect next. Overall, my experience couldn’t have been better. The care, communication, and compassion shown by everyone truly stood out. The overall experience was excellent. As an NHS patient I felt I waited too long which affected my mental health and mobility, this wait has impacted on my recovery. I would have waited even longer if I hadn’t gone to my GP and asked for my operation to be escalated. The whole process took six months of physio initial NHS xray took a further 5 months to see the consultant then a further 4 and a half months for op. This has been a nightmare. I am however extremely appreciative of my operation and the treatment I have received during my stay at Hoarders. Also on the discharge sheet I was given a number to call for worries and questions once I got home this number was however not answered and my answer phone message was not called back.

Everything to do with Dr Guttman was terrific. My issue is with the radiology experience. I was asked to have a cardio angiogram CT scan. I had no idea what that involved. I was not provided with any information prior to my scheduled appointment. I was quite taken back and even shocked by the procedures complexity in terms of catheters medications and the entire protocol. I highly recommend that you always provide a patient with a full understanding of a procedure like this before the event. I would not have drunk coffee for example which I found out on the morning I should not have had. Surely there is a brochure or a link to information Prior to the procedure. Thank you.

Andrew was incredibly patient, understanding and clearly addressed my questions and concerns. He made me feel comfortable to be open and honest and the experience has reinstalled a greater sense of faith in healthcare services in general. I suspect I have ADHD and am diagnosed with generalised anxiety and engaging with healthcare services can be very difficult for me but Andrew was genuinely the nicest Dr I have ever been seen by. If all drs where like him I would have no issue engaging with services and being open and honest. His attitude was professional, attentive and understanding and I felt I was able to be myself without stigma or judgement.

I first saw Dr Seth two years ago and recently returned in October/November 2025. He’s exceptional at what he does, and absolutely worth waiting for. As always, he took the time to explain everything properly and map out a sensible plan and next steps. What I really value is how comfortable he makes you feel—he’s generous with his knowledge and never rushed. He’s also incredibly considerate in the way he coordinates directly with my physio, which removes any risk of miscommunication on my side. Dr Ajai Seth is consistently outstanding, and I feel very well looked after under his care.

My appointment with Dr Andrew Kelly was absolutely brilliant, this was only my second visit with him and he was able to tell me that my ear infections in both ears was gone. I am absolutely delighted that after my first visit he was able to prescribe a medication that cured me after23 months. I was anxious about my first visit following some negative experiences with nhs gp appointments. But on meeting Dr Shori I was instantly very comfortable and felt heard. With my brain fog, especially at the end of the day, I cannot always find ways to explain things so when asked how something made me feel I couldn’t find the words so said I do not know. If I had some of the questions before hand, I would be able to process and explain it all better. I feel I failed to tell him about how it impacts my daily to day life with fatigue, feeling dizzy, nausea, digestive issues etc.
