Dr Mendall was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and helped me get to the root cause of issues I've been dealing with for over 20 years but kept being dismissed by other doctors. I'm very grateful I chose him as my doctor and wish I'd found him sooner.

I felt I was only talking. I expected root cause analysis discussion and it was not satisfactory to my expectations.

I was referred to Dr Mendall by a work colleague as I had been struggling with some health issues. From my initial consultation, Dr Mendall was attentive and extremely helpful. Mr Mendall He is thorough in his investigations, very pleasant, professional and communicates and explains everything well. He truly wants the best outcome for his patients . He also has a wonderful PA , who provides you with copies of letters in a very timely way. I am still on my journey with him and am hopeful that my ongoing treatments work. I do have the assurance though that i am able to contact Mr Mendall in between appointments if i have to .

We discussed my symptoms and Dr Mendall checked me over. we then made a plan and the necessary investigations were organised.

Dr Mendall has been looking after me since 2022. What initially began as distal proctitis progressed into a severe flare of Ulcerative Colitis in 2023, which led to my hospital admission and the very real prospect of a colectomy. At the time, I was in an extremely difficult condition, experiencing severe symptoms and with a CRP level over 200, while understandably feeling very anxious about the possibility of having my colon removed. Throughout this period, Dr Mendall’s responsiveness, care, and attention were exceptional. Thanks to his expertise and decisive management, my condition was stabilised without the need for surgery, and under his care I was able to achieve full remission. I always felt genuinely cared for and reassured, and he consistently made the time to ensure I was receiving the best possible treatment. His knowledge and experience in his field are truly evident, and I will always be incredibly grateful for the care he has provided. To this day, Dr Mendall continues to look after me with the same level of responsiveness and dedication. On several occasions, when I have been concerned about my condition, he has gone out of his way to see me the very same day, which has been incredibly reassuring.

Dr Mendall is an extremely thorough, professional and approachable consultant. He was able to see me at short notice, reviewed my results quickly and thoroughly, and explained everything at each stage of my treatment. I had some worrying and unusual test results and at a difficult time, was put at ease. I am now recovering well post-surgery and so relieved. Thank you very much Dr Mendall for looking after me.
