Under her care, I have completed two egg retrievals. During our second retrieval, we were incredibly grateful to have five blastocysts successfully created and frozen in total. Dr. Kat’s knowledge, precision, and thoughtful approach truly made a difference in our outcomes. She was also instrumental in uncovering an issue that could have easily gone unnoticed. Dr. Kat recommended further testing for my husband, which led to the discovery of a varicocele. She promptly referred us to a urologist, and following his procedure, our results improved significantly. Without her recommendation and thorough attention to every detail, we truly believe we would not be where we are today. Beyond her clinical expertise, Dr. Kat is exceptionally compassionate and supportive. She communicates promptly through the app, answers questions with clarity and care, and is present every step of the way. Her reassurance and dedication made an emotionally challenging process feel manageable and hopeful. We are so excited to continue forward and begin the next chapter of starting our family, and we look forward to updating this review when that day comes. Dr. Kat is truly a blessing, and we are endlessly grateful to have her as our fertility and IVF doctor. Nicola Hood has been a diamond in a coal mine for me personally. She opened my mind so gently that I never even felt it happen. Her manor is so calming and her abilities to shine light and logic onto what for me was the unexplained has taken me to a place where i can begin to regain control of a very important aspect of my life. Nicola seems to have a very natural talent of getting to the route of things without a feeling of invasion into your private feelings. I was embarrassed about the way i was feeling when i first spoke with Nicola and I am still amazed how easy she was to talk to and how quickly she understood and clarified things for me. Thanks to Nicola I am on a new path, with a different mind set going forward and with all the tools she presented to me I am now determined to honor her invested passion and emotional input by successfully conquering my fears and challenges. Finally Got Answers! I'm a student in my twenties and had been struggling for ages, suspecting I might have ADHD but not really knowing where to start. From the moment I contacted London Trusted Therapy, the onboarding process was smooth and reassuring - they made what felt like quite a daunting step much easier. Dr Mahen was brilliant throughout the assessment. I'd been worried it would feel clinical or judgemental, but he was so warm and genuinely interested in understanding my experiences. The interview itself felt more like a proper conversation than an interrogation, which helped me open up about things I'd found difficult to articulate before. The outcome has been really validating. Getting a proper assessment and understanding what's been going on has been such a relief. I really enjoyed working with Mr. Nakade and am extremely grateful for his support and care. As a woman, I’ve often felt anxious about working with a male gynecologist, but Mr. Nakade was exceptionally polite and thoughtful. He put a great deal of effort into creating a calm, respectful, and comfortable environment, and I honestly never felt awkward for even a moment. I trusted him completely and felt genuinely taken care of throughout the entire process. He explains everything very clearly, is extremely careful and attentive, and the quality of care was outstanding. I also heard excellent feedback about the surgery itself and the follow-up afterwards. I especially appreciated that he uses modern tools such as an AI notetaking system, which allows notes to be available instantly and accurately. This made the process feel very transparent and well-organized. Overall, I can only say positive things about Mr. Nakade and would highly recommend him.

From first consultation, coming as a patient from another consultant, through the colonoscopy and post procedure results follow up, Dr. Humphries was always extremely kind, taking all the time needed to hear my concerns and address all questions I had, and has always put me at ease, explaining things in a clear and calm manner, leaving no stone unturned regards treatment options and making me feel reassured after the procedures done. I have no words to express my gratitude to him, and all his team of assistants, nurses, and his exceptional PA, Kristina Cervenanska, who has been outstanding, on helping me arranging things in such short notice, from day one. We were lucky enough to get into the appointment before our allotted time. Mr Mohammad seemed like a very nice person, but I felt very rushed, I wasn’t shown the MRI scan, The situation was not explained to us in depth,just offered options of an injection or surgery involving “metal work” which scared me somewhat. So I chose the injection as seemed a less scary choice to start with. We were told this would be put forward, then we left , all taking about five minutes, not really very reassuring. Hopefully I may get another chance for someone to explain what the operation with the “ metal work” would involve. So I would feel more confident with what needs to be done

I had a video consultation with Dr Kallis. In the previous months I had a abdominal ultrasound scan and a CT abdomen and pelvis dual phase scan which appeared to show conflicting results. Dr Kallis explained the purpose and limitations of such scans as the reason for such conflicts, which I found understandable and reassuring. He also outlined the appropriate tests to take to clarify any remaining issues. Dr Kallis was patient and clear in responding to any questions I had. The organisation of the video consultation was very efficiently handled by his Medical Secretary. I would certainly recommend Dr Kallis

I was quoted a five month wait with NHS at the Countess of Chester for a standard Ecardiogram.At Venturi Cardiology I was seen in two days. In terms of Cost Venturi were again a top performer. Whilst I cannot rate the quality of the report sent to my GP and a Cardiologist and myself completely baffled me (as you would expect)the overall service was top notch, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. as ever, the administration has let your business down. i had an MRI scan at Cleveland Victoria at 1000hrs and the outcome should have been given to Neurologist Dr Richard Perry. Having had more than 35 minutes consultation, i asked about the MRI scan and it had not been sent to him. as a result, we had to have a lunch around the corner and had to return an hour later to continue the consultation. I have complained a number of times about the poor administartion. this is yet another.

Never rushing me whilst I went through my list. Dr Sunmboye was particularly concerned about my recent stroke, and listened showing care and concern. I left the surgery with a definite plan for the future, and may I add a much more happier person than when I went in.

Thank you to Mr Murphy for sorting out my foot. From first consultation to the final sign off Mr Murphy spent time explaining everything clearly and was very personable. On my final consultation he patiently answered all of my questions and queries. The actual operation on my foot has been a great success and I cannot believe how he has transformed my wonky foot and removed my bunion so cleanly, it now looks perfect!
