He performed my robotic myomectomy and endometriosis excision, and the entire experience — from admission to recovery — exceeded my expectations in every possible way. I felt genuinely listened to and respected throughout, and I was treated with great gentleness and professionalism at every stage. The surgery itself went extremely well: I lost minimal blood, my pain was very well controlled, and I was able to come off pain medication within the first 48 hours, which speaks volumes about his skill and precision. My recovery has been smooth and faster than I anticipated, and I have felt exceptionally well cared for throughout. During my two nights at The London Clinic, every member of staff — nurses, doctors, and support staff alike — was attentive, kind, and highly professional. I felt safe, supported, and never like “just another patient.” I truly couldn’t have asked for more. This was major surgery, yet the level of care, competence, and compassion made the entire experience feel calm and reassuring. I am incredibly grateful to Dr Pisal and the whole team at The London Clinic, and I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone considering complex gynaecological surgery.

I was very impressed with Mr Munasinghe. He took the time to explain everything to myself and my wife about the procedure and go through the various options. At no time did I feel under pressure to make a decision and I was told to have a think about everything before deciding. We decided to go ahead and it’s definitely made a huge difference to my life. I was thoroughly delighted by the experience. I was booked in very swiftly and efficiently by Ms Lisa Beckles, Prof Redwood's secretary, who went out of her way to get me a quick response to my initial email requesting a consultation, arranged my stress echo and squeezed in an appointment for me on the same. The stress echo team conducted a thorough test of my cardiovascular fitness and went out of their way to provide an urgent report so that I could discuss the results with Prof Redwood only an hour after the event. My thanks to Marlene and Chiara (apologies for spelling) and to another cardiologist whose name I have unfortunately forgotten. Professor Redwood was as ever charming and efficient and told me some very good news!

I would rate my overall experience 10 out of 10 From the moment I arrived I was treated courteously and professionally. Julia and her assistant treated me with great care and consideration, calmly advising each stage of my treatment and checking I was comfortable and happy to carry on. Dee in reception is a treasure, first appearances are so important to a business, she welcomes you with a cheery "putting one at ease" smile. The reception area and treatment rooms are absolutely spotless. As a mother of a young baby, it was also great to see the centre ideally set up for kids and babies with easy pram access everywhere and multiple baby change facilities. The centre also offered all allergy-related support services (blood tests, pharmacy, dermatology) under one roof, saving me from having to run around to get my child everything needed.
