I recently visited London Gynaecology to have a coil fitted with Consultant Pradnya, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From the moment I arrived, the whole team was incredibly attentive and welcoming. The new facilities are brilliant — modern, calm, and thoughtfully designed to make patients feel at ease. Pradnya herself was exceptional. I was so impressed with her expertise and depth of knowledge. She took the time to understand my medical history, my concerns, and the worries I had going into the appointment. That level of care made such a difference. The procedure itself was virtually painless, far better than I expected, and she even carried out a smear test at the same time so seamlessly that I barely noticed. Her calm, reassuring manner and clear explanations throughout made me feel completely safe and supported. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Pradnya — she was absolutely brilliant. And as for London Gynaecology, I genuinely couldn’t speak highly enough about the service they provide. I left feeling well cared for, informed, and extremely grateful for the outstanding level of care I received.

I would like to provide some positive feedback following our recent experience, Mr Sobti's PA, whose name I unfortunately do not have, was extremely helpful and efficient. She arranged a virtual appointment with Mr Sobti on Friday 12th December at short notice and ensured my daughter was seen promptly so her care was not delayed over the Christmas period. She also made sure an MRI slot was available that same Friday evening if required, and organised a follow-up appointment for Monday 15th December. This meant we were able to receive a diagnosis and treatment plan very quickly, which we greatly appreciated. Mr Sobti was also excellent. He explained everything clearly and was calm and reassuring throughout the consultation. Overall, we received a very good level of service and felt well supported throughout the process.

I’ve been with Medical Prime for 4 years and I can’t recommend Dr Theodora Kalentzi highly enough. Menopause symptoms can creep up on you,. It’s easy to ignore if not extreme but over time you can lose your former self. It doesn’t have to be that way. Dr Kalentzi offers a highly personalised approach to finding the right type af HRT for each patient. Visits for me are a time to focus on me and my overall health and wellbeing. Dr Kalentzi makes her patients feel at ease and truly delivers life transformation results for women going through the menopause.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this pregnancy clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. The environment was clean, calm, and comforting, and I never felt rushed during my visit. I am so grateful for the compassion and respect shown to me throughout my appointment. Dr Nicholas was an incredibly calming presence during my first c-section. He explained everything before theatre, just as it was about to happen in theatre, and during administration. He's highly empathetic, whilst maintaining a reassuring level of medical gravitas. I absolutely trusted his medical knowledge but, additionally, I trusted in his kindness and patience. He's also a fabulous photographer in amongst the hubbub of c-section surgery!

From the initial consultation, to the talk before and after the operation and the phone call a week after the operation to see how I was progressing, Mr Skyrme could not be bettered, he did my first replacement and I was delighted he was also doing this one. I came to Barts for PFO closure with Dr Micheal Mullen and can not thank everyone at St Barts enough for their help, care and professionalism, from the moment I walked through the doors to the moment I left. A great experience for my ear wax removal, Dr Allamsetty & team explained throughout so I knew what was happening and what to expect. It can be strange when someone is rummaging about in your ears but when they are blocked getting them microsuctioned is one of the best things you can do, Professional throughout - would highly recommend.

The Westminster Maternity Suite

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in The Westminster Maternity Suite twice, after delivering my babies. The care, cleanliness, privacy, personal space and food are fantastic. I had really enjoyed staying there for the recovery after giving birth. The views of Big Ben both times were an amazing bonus for the night feeds of my newborn.

Recently attended HCA Harborne as an inpatient. Every member of staff from the nurses, the caterers and the cleaner was incredibly professional. Nice room which was, as you’d expect, spotless. Nobody wants to be in hospital but HCA make the whole experience a stress free as possible
