Mr Rajesh Nair

I was referred to Mr Raj Nair following the onset of urological illness. After thorough assessment and a Holmium laser enucleation of the prostate, Mr Nair identified multifocal bladder tumours affecting a significant portion of my bladder. Given my age of 87, he recommended and performed a combined removal of the bladder and prostate, followed by the formation of an ileal conduit. Throughout my treatment, including a subsequent urethrectomy which was carried out three months ago at HCA London Bridge Guy’s Hospital by Mr Nair, he again demonstrated exceptional surgical skill and expertise and compassionate care. He provided clear explanations, addressed all my concerns, and ensured I felt supported at every stage. My recovery has been swift and I have experienced minimal discomfort. I am deeply grateful to Mr Nair and his team for their professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking outstanding urological care.

We travelled from Dublin to get an Operation done for our little man thats just turned 3. It was an extremely draining travel experience and especially tough on our son. Their compassion and professionalism are deeply appreciated. We are truely grateful for the kindness and exceptional care you have shown our son and us too. Had appointment for ear wax removal. Arrived at wrong address as was unaware that location had moved, luckily spotted new location across the road. Receptionist was not welcoming and was more interested in arranging diary on computer with her colleague. Was informed during my ear examination that there was inflammation in one of my ears and that report would be emailed to me for my GP, never received report. Audiologist was very pushy on when my last hearing test was and had keep repeating that I just want ear wax removal. I have been coming to Ruislip ear care for many years but none of the staff that day were familiar to me and when booking there was no choice of practitioner. No sign of Jo Jolly or Paul so maybe under new ownership?

Cos is an incredible therapist with so much personal knowledge of recovery..helping me daily to understand all so that I leave with the tools I need. Polite, professional and kind staff. Clean environment. I felt safe and cared for throughout. I was seen before my appointment time. I saw an orthopaedic consultant about my shoulder. Thankfully, it turned out I did not need surgery at this stage. I was offered an MRI scan, but I declined as thought there was not much point! After my consultation, I changed my mind about having an MRI scan. Later that day, I phoned the receptionist of the consultant I had seen earlier and asked if I could have the scan. The lady said that could be arranged with no problem. (I had thought I would have to go through another referral, appointment etc...) My scan was within the week. Thank you!

My experience was very poor resulting in unnecessary angerplas procedure which could have been avoided if the diagnosis had been correct in the first place. It was found necessary to go privately to a specialist cardiologist consultant to enable a stress echcardiography to show that I did not have engina or any heart problem. This test should have been done within the Heart Clinic over a year ago when the problem was brought to your attention.
