I have been a patient of Marc Laniado for more than 10 years now with a considerable number of sizable bladder and prostate related issues and can hand on heart say that Marc is undoubtedly the best doctor and surgeon I have ever met in my life. And due to a number of other health issues over the years I have met quite a few. His knowledge, skills and surgical expertise are second to none and he is always at the forefront of all of the latest proven new advanced in procedures and is an absolute expert in his entire field in my opinion. Additionally I can tell you that Marc is the most dedicated and committed man to his work and also more unbelievably supportive and committed to his patients that you could possibly imagine. He is unquestionably an extremely kind , patient, understanding and tolerant man and without him over the years I would have struggled very very much indeed, both physically and phychologically. He is so totally supportive at all times and puts his patients at the top of his priority list to an extent I have never ever witnessed before nor I believe am likely to ever see in anyone else again. Marc is also supported superbly by his P.A. Zoe who once again is very kind, patient helpful and understanding, quite apart from being absolutely superbly efficient . Which really compliments the entire superiority of a completely faultless service that Marc Laniado provides to his patients. My advice to anybody would be if you have any problems at all relative to Marc's wide range of expertise, Marc should be your one and only point of call. I promise you you will find none better and again in my opinion you will find none better... because there just isn't anyone better. An all-round wonderful doctor and surgeon and also a wonderfully kind and truly supportive man. I consider myself extremely lucky to have been recommended to Marc all those years ago and truly feel that Marc's many other patients would feel exactly the same way as I do. Speaking from a man's perspective ,urinary, bladder and prostate issues I feel can be very worrying indeed and also quite embarrassing and very stressful as they can bring considerable concern and disruption to normal life. So in summary I would say to anybody suffering with problems, Marc Laniado is your man ! You will need no other and I would stake my life you would never regret it. His undying support and understanding for his patients along with his superior knowledge, tremendous surgical expertise, and complete all round skill set is truly amazing I can honestly assure everyone who may read this. I had a mixed experience at my recent procedure. Staff were very friendly in general. However, I was shocked how inconsistent the experience was from one nurse to another. My scheduled procedure did not proceed as planned and as I came to around 6 pm on the evening of Monday First of December, I realised I was still attached to a cannula and I’m supposed to stay the night, which was not planned initially. I was told I should contact someone for my first visit to the toilet. As I did, a very irritable nurse came in and questioned me calling for I needing to use the bathroom. I had to explain to her the reason for calling is that it is my first visit to the bathroom. I then had a very painful antibiotic infusion via the cannula on my hand later that evening. The cannula was not stable. It was moving which was very painful and the nurse kept pushing it and kept asking me why I’m anxious. The same nurse came the following morning at 6 am, after I had not slept the whole night, to complete another equally painful infusion, and then proceeded to collapse a vein on my left hand When she attempted to take blood. I asked her to stop. She was not happy. I’m surprised that this is the quality of service received at a private care ward. I had both my hands with limited ability to move by the time I was to have breakfast. I was unable to use a fork and knife and was really getting upset at that stage as I was given jam containers which I was unable to open due to my hands being pin cushions . I felt helpless and burst our crying at that point: your caterer should really consider their clientele, as when a person does not have hands to use a fork and knife and is very weak then struggling to open a container is the last thing they are going to want to do. I had to call someone to open the jam for me when I eventually picked myself together. My main frustration at that point was not knowing why I am there and how long I was going to be kept for. A different nurse came in later that morning, she removed the cannula from my right hand which then enabled her to take blood from my right hand which as I explained to the other nurse as well is the only hand capable of giving blood. Simple as that, however communicating goals along way when also joined with common sense which I’m afraid to say the evening nurse did not display in spades. There was no need for all of the pain and uncertainty that I had to endure. I’m not usually a sensitive soul, I have had my fair share of hardship and I do not complain for no reason, however I feel this needs calling out, because it was completely unacceptable and could have easily been avoided.

Here is a polished, clearer version of your text: ⸻ Firstly, I would like to thank Dr. Jagwant Singh. I broke my collarbone four years ago and had a titanium plate fitted at Whipps Cross Hospital. Since that operation, my shoulder had been in constant pain. After numerous hospital visits and rounds of physiotherapy, I was repeatedly told there was nothing wrong and that I would simply have to live with it. I was then recommended to Dr. Jagwant Singh, and from my very first appointment he recognised that something wasn’t right. He immediately sent me for an MRI scan, which revealed a bicep tear and a labral tear. He arranged the necessary surgery and successfully repaired my shoulder. I cannot thank Dr. Jagwant Singh enough. I’m now eight weeks post-op, the pain has almost completely gone, and my movement has nearly returned. From the first visit, Dr. Singh explained everything clearly, never rushed, and always took the time to answer all my questions.

I've had 2 appointments with Miss Krishnan. On both occasions she was very thorough, explained what she was doing and why, and then explained her findings. She is very personable and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. I was very happy with both appointments. My initial appointment was following sudden floaters with the 2nd appointment for follow up. I'm not sure which category that comes under on the next page, so have clicked one so I can complete the feedback.

Dr Duncan is an excellent obstetrician. He guided me through my entire pregnancy and delivered my baby with the upmost care. He was always available to address any concerns and questions I had during my pregnancy and treated me with compassion and respect. He has professional bedside manner and a wealth of knowledge in his field. It was a pleasure being under Dr Duncan’s care. His team at the practice are friendly, kind and considerate. I highly recommend Dr Duncan.

Despite paying through the nose for a blood test, I'm still waiting weeks later for results (est. results timeline 3-5 days). Also received additional bills for tests that weren't pre-defined as separate costs - some costs are clearly noted upfront, some others arent and this is deceptive and unprofessional. Whilst staff are friendly, waiting times are awful (40mins for a private blood test? Will be recommending all people to avoid until these issues are addressed

I met Dr Siva in hospital in the 24-hours after my elective-surgery. Dr Siva clearly explained her concerns about my medical condition, set out a plan of action to address those concerns and addressed the outcomes from those actions. That included addressing a personal concern related to family history that was only incidental to my immediate medical condition, for which I was particularly grateful. Follow-up letter was also helpful and clear.

From when I first met Dr Tang he was always professional, spoke eloquently and made sure I understood what my injuries were and what options were available to me. His knowledge and his experience meant surgery was non evasive and meant a much quicker recovery. I'm thankful to say the surgery was a success and I owe it to Dr Tang and his team. They're are (especially Dr Tang) a credit to the NHS and I am thankful for everything they did.

She immediately recognised the urgency of my condition where others have failed and dismissed me.
