I really enjoyed working with Mr. Nakade and am extremely grateful for his support and care. As a woman, I’ve often felt anxious about working with a male gynecologist, but Mr. Nakade was exceptionally polite and thoughtful. He put a great deal of effort into creating a calm, respectful, and comfortable environment, and I honestly never felt awkward for even a moment. I trusted him completely and felt genuinely taken care of throughout the entire process. He explains everything very clearly, is extremely careful and attentive, and the quality of care was outstanding. I also heard excellent feedback about the surgery itself and the follow-up afterwards. I especially appreciated that he uses modern tools such as an AI notetaking system, which allows notes to be available instantly and accurately. This made the process feel very transparent and well-organized. Overall, I can only say positive things about Mr. Nakade and would highly recommend him.

I was in constant agony due to a fistula that had grown through my rib cage and into my chest wall. It was an extremely rare and complex condition, and because of other health issues, I was not an ideal candidate for major surgery. Mr Akbari took the time to fully understand my situation and came up with a solution that allowed him to operate with minimal risk and a much shorter recovery time. Mr Akbari and his exceptional team supported me throughout the process and provided outstanding care. The surgery was a success, and the removal of the fistula has given me a completely new lease of life. I will be forever grateful to Mr Akbari and his wonderful team for their skill, care, and compassion.

I was quoted a five month wait with NHS at the Countess of Chester for a standard Ecardiogram.At Venturi Cardiology I was seen in two days. In terms of Cost Venturi were again a top performer. Whilst I cannot rate the quality of the report sent to my GP and a Cardiologist and myself completely baffled me (as you would expect)the overall service was top notch, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Often, qualities lacking sadly, during some hospital visits. Jolly pleased he did my scope! Felt in good hands and fully informed. Fiona, was also, particularly kind… Thank you all very much… The drinking of the prep, was certainly much worse than the procedure itself! Credit to your establishment!

I had been experiencing problems with my thumb and knees, tried various things including thumb splint. Saw Dr James Thing and must say the experience start to finish was excellent, pinpointed problem areas and carried out scan and targeted areas that were problem and treated, now no longer need splin or pain relief. So much more movement in knees too. Would highly recommend.

Mr Hayes was wonderful. He was knowledgeable about an unusual condition, very kind and comforting during an uncomfortable procedure, and organised an MRI very quickly. Clean and comfortable hospital with really friendly staff. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Prefer it to Sarum Road, much nicer experience, above and beyond.

Overall my recent experience was excellent. I had recently had foot surgery and had a blue post surgery shoe on. A lovely, thoughtful and kind nurse called Theresa brought me a stool and pillow to elevated my foot without me even asking and generally looked after me and made sure all the other patients were ok.

It’s a stressful experience having surgery so all the fact that everyone is so pleasant, professional, kind and thoughtful, makes all the difference. The facility is extremely welcoming, spotlessly clean and the fish tanks are a nice touch. Unfortunately the only criticism is the lack of parking.

Prompt, on time. Comfortable waiting area, convenient parking. Filling out the details on paper seemed a bit inefficient, couldn’t this be done online before the appointment and have paper as a back up? The on site pharmacy did not stock the prescribed medication, which was a little disappointing.
