I can’t recommend Mr. Richard Scawn highly enough. Before meeting him, I had seen three other surgeons and even booked the operation twice but ended up cancelling because I didn’t feel fully confident. From my very first appointment with Richard, everything felt different. He was calm, kind, and incredibly reassuring — never pushy, never rushed — and both my husband and I instantly felt we were in safe hands. I trusted him completely, and I’m so glad I did. I’m now three weeks post–lower lid blepharoplasty and absolutely over the moon with the results. My bruising was minimal and disappeared quickly, and the scar line is genuinely impeccable. I’m 39, so my skin is still fairly young, but even with a magnifying mirror I cannot see the incision. The work Richard has done is truly amazing. I recently took my 3-year-old to Kidswell when he was feeling unwell, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. We were able to get a same-day appointment, which was excellent. The reception staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The facilities are clearly designed with kids and their parents in mind—bright, comfortable, and reassuring. The doctor who saw us was efficient, thorough, and great with my son, taking the time to make sure we understood everything. The rooms were spotless and well-organized, which added to the sense of calm during a stressful moment. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience. Every question I asked was met with a clear and understandable response. Miss Summerhayes presented extremely good listening skills and understanding of my familial line of cancer and the anxiety that this creates. Through my process of surgery I felt no stone was left unturned in ensuring I had a clear understanding of everything that would occur. The same can be said for my follow up appointment and referral to the next Consultant for my treatment. I cannot recommend Miss Summerhayes more highly.

Wonderful care from good staff but the bed was uncomfortable and the room was too small and felt airless and too hot. But the main thing is that hopefully this surgery will enable me to have a better quality of life. I already feel that my powers of concentration have improved and my brain is working better. It seems to me that once the soreness and itchy neck skin heals I will be back at the gym in January feeling thirty years younger. The hospital has done a good job and staff team are excellent. My only recommendation is that you knock the building down and build some more comfortable bedrooms with good ventilation with some comfortable beds for tall people.

The toilets were yet again filthy. For the second time I complained. I appreciate that nothing will change, but I discussed not only with the nurse, but also with front desk that the hygiene level was very low indeed. In a private facility this is a disgrace. Further, I found that any details given on a prior visit had not updated onto the current registration form. While I came in after 6.30 pm, i have seen the awful queues for registration at earlier times. Your reception person was on his own and was also on his own on the prior visit, and the paperwork took far too long. You need more than one person on the front desk. Overall, the clinic is poor.

Doctor Ramcharan saw him very quickly, he listen to my son and listen to us (Parents), he read all my notes and concerned, he gave him a thorough examination, ECG and Echocardiogram. He spent a lot of time checking everything, and taking pictures of the results. He discuss the results with us all and in layman's terms both for us and for our son. He put our minds at ease. I would highly recommend seeing Dr Ramcharan.

Dr Pradeep was very thorough with the investigation into my child’s allergies. We were seen promptly after arriving and a full family and child history was taken. The allergy testing was done in the same appointment, as were results and further referrals as needed. As a mum of a small baby, coming out of an appointment with answers and plans in regards to moving forward really puts your mind at ease and that exactly what Dr Pradeep achieved.

I underwent an ablation 3 months ago. I was nervous of course about having the operation but all the staff on the day were reassuring and the procedure was easy and painless under general anaesthetic and I was discharged later the same day. Recovery was quick and pain free and I was back to running after two weeks. If Dr Ibrahim recommends an ablation, do so sooner rather than later. It’s nothing to worry about!

The waiting areas were calm, clean, and very relaxing, and I had no difficulty finding a seat. My wait to see the consultant ran just a few minutes over my scheduled time, simply because the patient before me had slightly overrun.

I actually saw Mr Floyd at the Platinum Scene but had surgery at the Highgate Hospital. Couldn't fault either. The Highgate Hospital, whilst smaller than the Wellington is brilliantly run, the staff are friendly and attentive, my anaesthetist was a really nice man and the food was pretty good too!
