I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Sethi for the incredible care and expertise they provided during my leg operation. From the very first consultation to the post-surgery follow-ups, Dr. Sethi displayed not only outstanding medical skill but also genuine kindness and compassion. Surgery can be a stressful experience, but Dr. Sethi took the time to explain everything thoroughly, putting our minds at ease. Their dedication and professionalism were evident every step of the way, and it was clear that they truly care about their patients’ well-being. Thanks to Dr. Sethi and their amazing team, I am on the road to a full recovery, and I couldn’t be more grateful. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such expertise with a warm and reassuring presence. We will always be thankful for the care and support we received. If you’re looking for a doctor who is not only highly skilled but also compassionate and attentive, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sethi. They have made an incredible difference in my life, and I will always be grateful!

A bad first impression: I arrived as requested at 7:30 to find no staff in Reception and the whole area in darkness! After about 10 , mins a nurse arrived to take us through to the ward. I had been told by the nurse on the phone doing the pre-op check that I was first on the list. However on the day I was told I was 6th, but suspect there were more than 5 people in front of me, as I was not taken downstairs for the procedure until 1about 11:30.. The problem for me was that I was very nervous and the unexpected delay made me very anxious. During my time in Room 19 the male nurse (?) looking after me did an excellent job, trying to reassure me as well as doing all the necessary preparation. Once I got to the operating theatre everyone was pleasant, efficient and friendly, The sedation was effective and the experience much less unpleasant that the retinal tear repair I had had at Moorfields about 10 years ago. I am now in a much better state to face the procedure on the 2nd eve in a few days time.

O 13 December I attended for a pre-med prior to spinal tap. Very good treatment until advised that the spinal tap cancelled due to my ECG. I was urged to immediately contact my GP or A&E. At Worthing A&E I was advised that due to current medication that I am taking for this issue it would have been OK to continue with the spinal tap and it was suggested that One Hospital refused to continue due to your lack of facility if the op went wrong. The journey to One Hospital, 90 miles each way, the time taken for that journey and the pre med followed by 2 hours in A&E was expensive. Before attending One Hospital I had completed a form at your request which listed the medication that I was taking and the reason. Why was I invited to that pre med? This is the second time that One Hospital have refused to go ahead with an operation that was subsequently completed by NHS without a problem. I now have no confidence in the One Hospital and will not seek further appointments.

I first saw Mr Arora in 2023, for help with my sinuses and nose. From the first appointment, Dr Arora was welcoming and keen to properly understand my situation. In particular, I never felt rushed. Opting to exhaust non-surgical options before committing to surgery, I saw Dr Arora a number of times over the following year. Each time, he would take time to assess progress and walk me through options and explain what was actually happening in my nose/sinuses. Ultimately, we opted for surgery and in November 2025 I had a septoplasty and some work on my sinuses. The surgery went very well, and the care before and after was really appreciated. I am now breathing a lot better and have a notable reduction in sinus pressure (which should hopefully continue to decrease over the following months) I would highly recommend Dr Arora and am very grateful for his treatment over the last few years. His office, notably Emma B, is also very helpful and responsive. Thank you!

The appointment itself was very positive. Dr. Robert Gordon was calm, validating, and genuinely listened. The room was quiet, warm, and set up like a cosy study, which made it feel safe rather than clinical. He explained the diagnostic impressions clearly at the end in a way that finally made sense, and it didn’t feel dismissive. I left feeling understood in a way I haven’t experienced with other services, although the level of positivity felt unexpected and left me a bit uncertain about how to interpret it. The only issue was the arrival process. My appointment was in the late evening, and reception was closed. It wasn’t clear where to check in, and I had no phone signal. I had to rely on Wi-Fi and the website photos to work out where to wait. Overall, despite the initial uncertainty about the building, the clinical experience was extremely positive. Everything went smoothly, and the assessment itself was very professional.

The team at Newmedica from the receptionists to the optometrists, nurses and Mr Anjari my consultant were so welcoming and made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. I was quite anxious about having cataract surgery, but the team made me feel relaxed each time I visited. Mr Anjari was very reassuring and spent time helping me decide which lenses were right for me. The surgery was quick, and painless - so efficient., I had no need to worry about going back for the second one. The aftercare was excellent too with a phone check up and another thorough appointment. Mr Anjari helped me choose Galaxy lenses … I can’t believe how clearly I can see near and far ! It is nothing short of miraculous after living in a blur for years! I am now able to read the smallest print yet look across a field and identify birds in the trees. I’ll be forever thankful to Mr Anjari and his team for the transformation of my sight.

I went to OSD Hemel Hempstead to get my cast removed following my rhinoplasty. When we got there, we were taken straight to the room & were left there for about 20mins for the nurse to find the equipment, upon her return the appointment was rushed and no information was provided for my aftercare. I was asking many questions however, she seemed reluctant to answer any (as simple as, how long do I need to tape for - she couldn’t answer). Following a conversation with my surgeons direct nurse, I found out that the nurse at OSD had not taped my nose correctly, nor removed the glue from my face. I felt rushed out of the appointment & not very well looked after. My surgeon came to review my nose post cast removal which was reassuring & he mentioned that the OSD nurse would provide me with all the information I’d need - she did not.

Measured my weight and blood pressure. Confirmed medication I am on Colchicine one tablet was correct for my weight. Blood Pressure measurement high which has not been mentioned or monitored before. Read 190/122. Given a prescription for Candesartan 4mg. Explained dose might be increased after next consultation. Given appointment for ECG and Echo scan for 9th December 2025. Following day received email confirming outcome of visit and next appointment. Told if I had any concerns not to hesitate to make contact. Felt well looked after.

There was a massive time delay in getting my discharge letter/documents After lots of emails to Binley and Coventry ( possibly some to “ differing addresses “ , I admit ) phone calls ( no call backs as promised) I eventually received an email from Binley with the discharge document attached IT WAS WRONG ! I have asked for another ACCURATE letter I feel “ a look into “ your ADMINISTRATIVE SYSTEMS should be immediately undertaken Angela said she would “ close my file “ , perhaps a shade early considering the happenings By the way your documentation quotes a 15 minute walk from Coventry Railway station to your Binley site …..,…… MORE LIKE AN HOUR ! Mr Moss is very clear in his diagnosis and options for treatment, surgery or not. He expertly identified problems with my knee that had plagued my life for four years since my first implant. He leaves nothing to chance and his thoroughness is very reassuring after my experience with another surgeon. His reputation is well deserved and he promises only what he can deliver, and deliver he does. Two months on from my revision surgery I can already do things I never thought possible and my pain has reduced remarkably from before surgery. His competence is truly life changing and I cannot recommend him highly enough

Mr Yamoah and all the Spire staff I encountered were professional and friendly in nature. I felt safe and cared for throughout my visits. Mr Yamoah was informative and communicated clearly about my surgery and recovery. Also, follow up visits were on time and meaningful. I’ve been discharged now and I know the surgery was worth the pain, discomfort and moving forward it will make a huge positive impact on my life. Thank you to all the Spire who assisted with my visits and a special thanks to Mr Yamoah who has been so supportive and caring throughout.

Dr Kapur was incredibly informative and really gave my daughter a full understanding of the products being prescribed, why they were being prescribed, how they worked, what to avoid and how she should manage her skin regime going forward. We left feeling far more educated on dermatology especially in relation to teenage hormonal skin. The products she advised were inexpensive and the routine she now has to follow far easier to manage. Thank you.

Firstly, 4 not 5 star for the last question only because there was a lot to take in and my hearing is not so good. Therefore I especially appreciated the follow-up letter. Ms Moon was pleasant, very easy to talk to, professional and extremely thorough, both in her questions and in her examination. At no time did she rush things. I am very much hoping that the subsequent investigations requested will lead to treatment to ease my problems.

This is GP services as they should be. I booked on Sunday afternoon and had a good selection of appointments for Monday morning. I was seen on my appointment time. The fact that the appointments are 20 minutes long allows the GP time to be very thorough and explain in detail your condition. Over four visits this year, I have always seen the same GP, which builds the connection that the excessively busy NHS service no longer provides.
