Based on our interactions from the first meeting I had confidence in Dr Sadek’s expertise, his assessment of my condition and the recommended actions and treatment plan. His communication was clear, professional and I all my questions and concerns were addressed. I needed additional test to be cleared for surgery. The response to unforeseen developments was also prompt and efficient. In addition to the overall positive experience, I would like to highlight Dr Sadek’s friendliness, genuine empathy and impressive memory, which was evident from reports following extended discussions about my condition.

My experience with Mr Goswami is outstanding. Mr Goswami is a true professional, emphatic and an amazing surgeon. This is now my second operation with Mr Goswami and as a very nervous patient- it was a relief knowing he was the surgeon. The aftercare is excellent with Mr Goswami and the nurses. The anesthetist and nurse who gave me my General Anesthetic were the best professionals at hand since they helped me get through the operation since I had a little melt down before the op. Sarah from my first visit made sure that any questions were answered and she put my mind at ease with any concerns I may of had, during my dental work when administering anaesthetic normally at other practices the pain was so bad but I didn’t feel a thing and the whole appointment was actually quite pleasant felt like I could openly talk she has such a warm and welcoming spirit to her which again before coming to this practice I’ve never really got so it really was amazing I could go on and on.

Treated over recent months by Lucas Attwood following a running injury and the programme of treatment was excellent. Very clear on what I could expect from the outset (including managing expectations about a return to running), effective combination of physio exercises and strength training and pragmatic about how often I needed to see him. Really friendly and it also helped that he’s a runner too! I’m now back to running three times a week, including one long run at weekends.

I saw Mr Brown yesterday for a lower back pain problem that I have had ongoing for some years. He went through the image scan with me and explained very clearly the issues I was having, what could or could not be done and things to hopefully help. Very professional, helpful and friendly so I felt I could ask any questions. Full marks also to Tracey, Mr Brown's PA, who was very efficient and helpful in all aspects of the booking and paperwork submitted afterwards.

I really value the support that I received from Maja - the use of an app to track my progress and receive regular feedback and prompts in between appointments was novel to me but proved to be a very valuable resource. Maja had a kind and sensible approach, gradually implementing new steps and challenges in a way that felt achievable and I have been able to relax around food and enjoy food again much quicker than I expected. However the link to download the report as PDF downloaded a zip file, which when I opened it, did not give me the opportunity to access the report. I eventually worked out a way to save the text on my computer.

At every stage, what he explained would happen was what I experienced and it was much more straightforward than I ever imagined. I had LASIK and the results are fabulous. Nightingale Hospital is exceptionally well run. The staff are consistently professional and attentive, the food is surprisingly good, and the facility itself is organised to a high standard. The programming is thoughtful and genuinely effective, and the level of clinical support is superb. Overall, it’s a high-quality environment for focused treatment and recovery.

Excellent team . Everyone is so welcoming, warm and professional. Timing is perfect, all doctors, nurses and staff are wonderful. I especially would like to thank Alex Olayo, the exceptional and wonderful nurse: she was with me every step of the way to recovery. Always keen to help, warm, supportive and caring. She made it all so much easier for me.

I attended for the first part of a dental implant , I was a bit apprehensive , but David and his team were great , and all went well .Also a mention to the most helpful receptionists , spending time to make my next appointments around my train times , so a big thank you to all.

This clinic is conveniently located on the outskirts of Kings Lynn, allowing for ease of parking and access. Reception staff were polite and welcoming and the waiting area comfortable, with adequate seating and refreshment facilities. A pleasant, stressless visit.
