I am writing to share my experience with my MRI appointment last Friday. Unfortunately, it was not a smooth or positive experience. The day before my appointment, someone called to delay my scheduled time by 45 minutes. However, I was unwell and resting, so I missed the call. There was no text message or email notification, which meant I did not receive any confirmation of this change. On the day of the scan, I left home according to my original appointment time and was already on the train when I finally received a call informing me about the delay. To avoid wasting time, I arranged something else to do during that 45-minute gap. However, while I was in the middle of that task, I received another call saying that my original slot was now available and asking me to come immediately. This constant back-and-forth was very frustrating. I have my own schedule and time management, I cannot simply drop everything whenever the center calls. When I finally arrived at the center at the new delayed time, I found that the entrance was difficult to locate and once I reached reception, I still had to wait before being called in. During the scan itself, everything felt very rushed. The moment the scan ended, before I even had a chance to sit up, I was told to “hurry up” and leave because they were busy. This was especially difficult for me as I was having the MRI due to a concussion. After the scan, I felt dizzy and unsteady. Instead of being given a moment to recover, I felt pressured to move immediately. I had to retreat to the changing room to rest for a while before I could leave safely. Overall, the lack of clear communication, last-minute changes and rushed handling left me feeling very disappointed. I hope this feedback can help improve your scheduling system and patient care so others do not go through the same stressful experience.

My experience with Albion Dental has been brilliant from start to finish of my treatment. My dentist Dr Ghadimi is very kind, and is very skilled with the procedures he can perform. I have severe hypodontia and even after extensive work throughout my life I was not quite confident with my teeth, so after some discussion and planning, I decided to pursue new crowns for my top 4 teeth; a big decision for me but it has been well worth it and I have no regrets. The treatment was explained well, and my questions were answered fully and meticulously. The nature of the treatment was more cosmetic compared to previous work I've had done, and a big financial endeavour for me, but there are payment plans available to make it more affordable and accessible. The dental assistants are really lovely and look after you well, and the receptionists are always a ray of sunshine when entering the building; their client care skills are exemplary. Some advice for if you have a complex condition and have had a lot of dental work done before coming to the practice like myself, would be to make sure to let the clinic know as much information as possible, as there was some communication that needed to be had to get on level ground with the team. But this was to be expected for me with my long medical history and the clinic was very open and receptive to my concerns about my teeth, and devised a plan sensitively and effectively to help me feel more confident with my smile, something I've felt self-conscious about since I was little! So I would recommend this clinic to anyone for routine, or more involved treatment, and am grateful for everything they've done for me!

From start to finish, the level of care, professionalism, and compassion I received was truly exceptional. Very professional friendly and explained everything. Was not a 5 min extraction as he had to cut out my deep roots and my rear root was holding on. Afterwards he was scraping cleaning bone cavitations for a long time before cleaning and using ozone to sterilise the debrided socket. Applying PRF, membrane and bone graft was quick. Unfortunately I'm not sure it has got all the infection though as today Saturday it's been getting worse and I smell the fecal smell from gum.. I will be calling 111 to ask for dental antibiotics if it gets worse. Dr Pitamber and his team were great, but I fear my failed root canal has festered undiscovered far too long. Root canals are not a good idea. My root cracked and festered for years making me ill. At least I'm feeling better energy wise, if still in pain. Hopefully my body will overcome the residual infection.

The Loose stones in my bladder , seen in earlier scan (s) at C W S. His need to talk to Consultant Owen Warren , and others already in the C and W loop . The purpose is for absolote clarification . Similarly Mr Smith would discover any facts unclear in the abdominal area . I attempted to give Mr Smith to my best endeavour, my understanding of our discussion . Such a discussion had never taken place with me before ..at C ans W . I agreed the next steps .. the first one being for me to have relevant scans on Thusday 18 the Sept. followed by a second consultation with Mr Smith with me , one to one .

From the first consultation, everything was explained clearly, and his excellent reputation gave me full confidence. The procedure itself was quick, professional, and far less stressful than I expected. I had it done at 4:30 p.m., was having a few drinks and dinner in the pub an hour later, and the next morning I was back at my desk as normal. The results were remarkable—my finger, which had been bent at 90°, was completely straight immediately after the procedure. For anyone dealing with Dupuytren’s, I can honestly say this felt nothing short of miraculous. Highly recommended.

I went to Mr Elmiyeh as I was experiencing crustiness and discomfort in my nose. Mr Elmiyeh was thorough, descriptive and very informative. He also suggested I use a saline rinse instead of prescribing more antibiotics which I didn't want to keep using. He followed up with a detailed examination (which revealed that everything was normal) and gave me the knowledge I needed to monitor the situation going forward. Highly recommend Mr Elmiyeh as he is super friendly, professional and thorough.
