I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Jonathan Collier for the exceptional care and expertise he provided during my treatment for severe maxillofacial trauma involving two broken jaws, following a serious accident. From the very beginning, Mr. Collier gave me clear, honest, and professional advice about the best possible treatment options, which gave me great confidence and reassurance. The level of care I received before, during, and after the surgery was outstanding. The surgery itself was performed with great skill, and the post-operative care was excellent. I was contacted daily by Mr. Collier’s team to check on my recovery, offer guidance, and make sure I was doing well. Their constant support meant a great deal to me. After the surgery, all the necessary medications, painkillers, and mouth-care products were thoughtfully prepared and given to me in one bag. This was extremely helpful, as I was not in a condition to go out and buy supplies myself. It allowed me to go straight home and focus entirely on my recovery. Overall, I felt genuinely cared for and supported throughout the entire process. Kristy was exceptional. We came to her in deep confusion and worry about our child's burnout. She was immediately kind, clear-thinking, and deeply helpful and reassuring. She transformed a chaotic and stressful time by showing us a path to understanding the burnout and establishing the medical reasons behind it. Everything got better once Kristy came on board. We would recommend her AuDHD assessment very much. It was detailed, compassionate, interpretative, tailored to understanding a mix of characteristics, including PDA, and she is hands down outstanding. I have recommended Kristy to many people since. She engages very warmly with the child and establishes trust, and makes parents feel they are not alone in helping their struggling child. Her diagnostic reports (ours were ADHD and ASD with PDA) are detailed, all-rounded, supportive and compassionate, and help you understand your child's inner situation more than before. She is warm and funny and we feel very fortunate we found her. 10/10 recommendation from our family.

I recently saw Mr Shanmuganandan for investigation of bowel issues and couldn't be happier with the care I received. From the initial consultation through to follow-up, Arun was clear, thorough, and reassuring. He explained the endoscopy process in detail beforehand, so I knew exactly what to expect. The procedure itself at Shirley Oaks Hospital went smoothly. There was a slight delay to the start time—understandable given it was the first session after the Christmas break—but this was communicated and didn't affect the quality of care. The procedure was efficient and went as well as you could hope for something that's inherently not pleasant. What I particularly appreciated was Arun's approach to communication. He was keen to give me feedback immediately after the procedure, which I valued, and the follow-up has been thorough with clear next steps. Highly recommended for anyone needing colorectal investigation or treatment.

Dr Pavlidis saw me as I am in my late 50's and have high cholesterol levels and have done for many years, although my diet is good and I exercise regularly. He recommended that I started taking statins. I was sceptical of this at first, however, Dr Pavlidis made a logical and compelling case for doing so, which made absolute common sense. I have been on statins now for around 4 months, have had no adverse side effects, and my cholesterol levels have reduced significantly. It's one tiny pill a day but it could extend my life.

Hugest thanks to Dr Onur Gilleard for removing the cyst like lump on my face - he is an incredible highly skilled Plastic surgeon - the procedure was pain free, very quick and I couldn't believe how neat and small the incision and stitches were which are healing beautifully. It was only a week ago however I have absolutely no doubt that there will be minimal scarring due to his expertise. Dr Gilleard and the nurse were incredibly kind and caring and totally put me at ease. Would totally recommend to anyone.

Alex provided a detailed analysis of my gait and took a 3D scan of my foot to create orthoses customised to me. He also clearly explained what was going on with my ankle and how it can get better, having done a number of tests to pinpoint the issue. Highly recommend Alex for anyone struggling with a foot-related sports injury.

Pre and post surgery care was generally very good. I had an uncomfortable night post surgery but this was to be expected. The nursing staff were late to get me up in the morning but this was due to an emergency with another patient. The staff took great care to ensure that I was ready for discharge later that day.
