I called to book a remote online consultation with Dr Asif Naseem to discuss the results of a health screening programme and am so glad I did. I was offered an appointment within 24hrs, during the consultation I was asked questions about my test results, symptoms and relevant medical history. I was then given a thorough explanation about the meaning and implications of the results, where I am now and a plan of action with regard to what to do next. I posted a review of "excellent" as in addition to the thorough medical advice received I also appreciate the manner in which the consultation was conducted, throughout it I was given the time and opportunity to raise any concerns and ask any questions I had, I was also assured that if after the consultation I had any other concerns, symptom changes and required help with further test results I could arrange a follow up appointment. In conclusion the consultation answered a lot of questions, cleared up a number of concerns and has put my mind at ease.

I have left it a while to leave a review of my experience with having my knee replacement in April 2024. Mainly because I wanted to make it the most honest review after using my new knee. Firstly, the care I have received from Mr Sethi can only be described as exceptional. He is one of the most caring, genuine surgeons that I have had the pleasure to deal with. From the moment I met Mr Sethi, he was understanding and showed such great empathy. Since having my operation, I feel like I have been given a new lease of life. I can go to the gym, dance and really enjoy life. However, I know my limitations and will not be running a marathon anytime soon! I have my spark back, my life back and that's all because I have a new knee that works and had an exceptional surgeon. My advice to anyone considering having any knee surgery and looking for the best person, look no further than Mr Sethi and his team. I regret nothing and can only say thank you for the amazing care I received.

The facility was very clean and tidy. The wait times for my consultation were not too long and I was kept informed throughout my visit. The equipment appeared to be relatively new and in good condition. Overall I was confident that the centre and its facilities were sufficient to support the medical staff in dealing with my problems. Mr Anandan was very professional and discussed each step he completed throughout my consultation visits. He went through the surgical procedures open to me and my options. When I visited for the surgical procedures I was quite nervous but he was reassuring and made me feel less nervous. Post procedure he discussed my aftercare and what medication I needed and for how long. The result of the procedure is spectacular! Throughout my life I have had poor eyesight in need of correction by spectacles or contact lenses. My vison now is 20/20 and it is life changing. Thank you very much Mr Anandan.

Mr Alexandru Budu performed my spinal surgery (Cervical corpectomy – myelopathy) at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. The procedure was very serious and complex, and from the beginning he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, skill and thoroughness. He ensured the right specialists and expertise were involved at every stage. His attention to detail and clinical judgement gave my family and me great confidence during a very difficult time. In busy hospital environments care can sometimes feel quite clinical, but Mr Budu was warm, kind and genuinely caring throughout. He always took the time to explain things clearly and answer questions, and his calm manner and natural sense of humour made a challenging situation much easier to face. Mr Budu combines outstanding surgical expertise with real compassion. I am extremely grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend him.

I cannot recommend James Charlish highly enough. After picking up a knee injury post-Ironman, I reached a point where I’d lost hope of getting back into training. James quickly identified the issue, educated me on what was going on, and built a tailored plan. His understanding of biomechanics, muscle imbalances and joint loading is outstanding, and every session has been a thoughtful adjustment of workload and exercise progression. Thanks to his professionalism, attention to detail and constant encouragement, I’m now back up and running and training hard again. If you’re dealing with muscle, knee or joint issues, James is THE MAN!!

I have found the service very useful in respect of obtaining a prescription while I was returning from Spain and rejoining the NHS. There was nothing untoward in my consultation notes unlike my previous experience in the NHS and the falsified records I discovered. Thankfully with freedom of information this is no longer an issue. But getting them removed by the NHS was another matter. At least with private practices there is an opportunity when you use the service of having the same doctor and not dealing with a complex unwieldy organisation that while doing the most excellent work can still cause people enormous harm and distress.

I was diagnosed with ADHD in my late 50s by Dr Cappai. The assessment went well even though I was very emotional. In the weeks after my first consultation, I had a break down and I felt very angry for all the years wasted without the right support. I also felt a lot of anger for all the missed opportunities and for the people who have labelled me without second thoughts. I am now working with Dr Cappai and my ADHD coach and am improving my self-love and forgiveness. I will always be grateful to Dr Cappai for her efforts to make me see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I was met by my carer very soon after going to reception and taking a seat. John was helpful and funny. He introduced me to surgeon and told him l was a "Cougher" . The surgeon was warned of my coughing and told me when to hold back the cough and when l could let go. The surgeon also told me of various stages we were at in operation.
