I was entirely comfortable with Mr Ahmed from the initial consultation to the final consultation. Prior to the initial consultation I was anxious and unsure as to process, timing and recovery. Mr Ahmed explained all aspects of the process, he put me at ease whilst at the same time ensuring I was in possession of all the information I needed to make the right decision for me and enable me to manage my expectations completely. Within 2 weeks of the procedure I knew I had made absolutely the right decision with absolutely the right consultant. I had explantation of bilateral breast implants and capsulectomies and bilateral mastopexies under Mr Ahmed's care. I am so happy with the outcome of the surgery, the difference it has made to my outlook is phenomenal and I am more settled in this regard than I have been in 20 years!! Everything was perfect. I didn't have to wait, the staff were very friendly and caring, especially before the operation when I was nervous and the nurse who took me down to the operating room was very reassuring. When the operation ended and I was taken to the recovery area. I was feeling very cold and the nurse got me an extra blanket and put it around my shoulders. John the nurse who attended me in the room was very nice and explained everything. All the staff were very caring. Mr Perez was also very caring saying he didn't want me to feel any discomfort. It was all very smooth. The anesthetist was great, he had a sense of humour and made me relax. All in all, despite me being very nervous it couldn't have gone any better.

I went for a postpartum check up with Aisling Freir, who helped me obtain a better understanding of where I was at in my recovery and where I needed support. She gave me helpful guidance on c-section massage as well as easy floor exercises to remediate my ab separation. I also saw Camryn Roberts for reformer Pilates. She really helped me to engage my core again and to regain confidence and strength. Both were very kind and understanding of the mental and physical challenges that can arise following childbirth.

I was a little nervous as I had been experiencing a new noise that I was hearing in one ear, and she took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and ensure my understanding by showing me pictures/diagrams to help the explainations. The appointment gave me great knowledge and data for me to understand my hearing health.

Excellent on all fronts. Both eyes with new NHS lenses. Quick, efficient. Great results. I’m short sighted and was offered lenses that still gave good vision for reading and moderate distance . I opted for standard lenses which give good distance vision . This does mean reading glasses are needed. I’m getting used to that, but I’m glad I can now see distance.
