I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Dalia Elfadl for the care and compassion she has shown throughout my mastectomy journey. From pre-op to post-op, she has always taken the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and happy with every decision. What meant the most was how she treated me as a person, not just a patient. Her professionalism and ongoing support have made a very difficult experience much easier, and I’m very grateful to still be under her care as I prepare for my implant exchange surgery.

I was very nervous to attend my appointment due to my past experiences but Dr Elfadl explained everything very clearly and constantly reassured me as well.

My consultations with Ms D Elfadl were full of clear information relating to my condition, I was offered a chaperone every time that I was examined. The findings and plan for surgery were explained clearly to me, my questions were answered and discussed without rush and I was offered some choices with clear explanations of potential risks involved. I felt reassured from the first consultation and thereafter that my health & welfare was paramount.

Ms Elfadl has given my mum incredible care throughout her breast cancer diagnosis. From the very beginning, her compassion, professionalism, and reassurance have made an incredibly difficult time so much more manageable for our family. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answer our questions patiently, and treat my mum with such dignity and kindness. We are especially grateful for how quickly she arranged her operation to remove the cancer. Her swift action gave us enormous comfort and hope at a time when we were feeling overwhelmed and frightened. Knowing she was being treated so promptly meant the world to us.
