Mr Kumar was very welcoming on my initial visit and gave a full explanation of why I needed the various scans and MRI’s. After having had the various scans and MRI’s Mr Kumar went on to explain very clearly what the findings were and what needed to be done next. I was to go in to the main Cleveland Clinic, an early start, to be admitted for a gall bladder removal. The staff at Grosvenor Place were very welcoming and helpful and Mr Kumar came to my room to welcome me before I was prepped for the operation. As soon as he had finished operating Mr Kumar went to my room to let my husband know that all had gone well. Mr Kumar then visited me later, after he had finished operating, to check if all was well, which it was. Mr Kumar then visited me early the following morning to see how I was and to arrange for my discharge. My follow up visit to Mr Kumar, 2 weeks later, he showed my husband and I photos of the gall bladder before removal, it was very flamed. Although my operation was quite a simple one Mr Kumar made me feel that I was just as important to him as a patient with more life threatening needs. I think that I have never been treated so well by any previous doctors I have seen and would highly recommend Mr Kumar.

I was admitted to hospital for an emergency operation, and after various scans and tests, I needed urgent surgery. This was dealt with by Mr Kumar in a way that put me at ease. Everything was explained with scans showing me the current situation and what he was going to do. It wasn’t an easy process for me to endure, but at every stage I was guided extremely well. I now feel that my stomach has miraculously been restored

Mr Kumar was fabulous….he is a very eminent and skilled surgeon. He explained my options very clearly and concisely and answered every question I had with authority and clarity. Additionally, he was very approachable and extremely kind. I would highly recommend him.

I can highly recommend dr kumar. He explains everything in great detail and ask if you have any questions and takes his time to go through everything. When he done my surgery he rang my partner to tell her it all went well he dosent just speak to the patient he speaks to your partner and ask them if there is anything they want to ask dosent matter how stupid the question is . Dr kumar is a great surgeon and a great human being.
