Prior to my procedure in September Mr Lewis clearly explained the operation and possible findings which might impact my recovery. The surgery went smoothly and I was pleased with the speed of my recovery. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mr Lewis again if my lipoma returns.

From outset, Mr Lewis imparts confidence with a clear diagnosis, plan of action and range of outcomes. It is so important for the patient to understand the process and it goes a long way to easing the worry and concern when undergoing major surgery. Mr Lewis offers clear communication every step of the way both in person at appointments as well as the clinic letters, which are clear and easy to understand.

Mr Trystan Lewis was extremely responsive and very helpful in guiding me through the entire pre/post-surgery process. He was very attentive to all the minor details which gave me a lot of comfort that everything was under control. I am immensely grateful to Mr Trystan Lewis for all the support provided and the ultimate professionalism in every interaction I had with him.

It has now been six weeks since my keyhole surgery for the removal of my gall bladder, performed by Mr Trystan Lewis. At all stages Mr Trystan Lewis explained what the procedure would be like and any possible complications that could occur. It gave me confidence to go ahead. The day of the operation went extremely well. My room was very comfortable. All members of staff were friendly, helpful and reassuring. Mr Lewis gave me a comprehensive briefing before the procedure. After the operation, my recovery proceeded well and in accordance with the advice I had been given. My post-op check with Mr Lewis confirmed that the bilateral hernia repair had been a complete success.
