Mr Oluseye Rasaq Balogun is a highly experienced consultant anaesthetist with over 15 years of expertise, specialising in obstetric and paediatric anaesthesia. He completed his medical degree in Nigeria in 2004 before moving to the United Kingdom to advance his training. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetists and a Diplomate of the European Society of Anaesthesiology.
Mr Balogun’s career has spanned leading hospitals in both Nigeria and the UK, including senior registrar roles at University College Hospital, Ibadan. His training and clinical practice have given him extensive experience in the full spectrum of anaesthetic management, with advanced expertise in obstetric and paediatric care.
In addition to his clinical work, Mr Balogun is passionate about education and training. I had two inguinal hernia repairs, the right hernia was repaired the second time, however after the first repair I vomited profusely, this time around Dr. Balogun gave me excellent advice on how to avoid vomiting after the surgery.
I arrived with my husband and was immediately taken to the appointment. The care was outstanding and first class.
