Mr Tejas Yarashi

For approximately nine years, I suffered from compression of the ulnar nerve at my elbow. This caused significant discomfort, including waking during the night with pain and experiencing persistent numbness in my little finger. I met with Mr Yarashi for a consultation, during which he explained my condition, the cause of my symptoms, and the proposed procedure to release the nerve in a clear and understandable manner. He took the time to answer my questions and, importantly, gave me the opportunity to consider my options before making a decision about surgery. I ultimately decided to proceed with the operation, and I could not have been more pleased with the care I received throughout the process. In the lead-up to surgery, Mr Yarashi was reassuring and professional, which put my mind at ease. Following the operation, he provided a clear and transparent explanation of what had been done and how the procedure had gone. Having worked as a senior clinician myself for over 22 years, I have a high regard for professionalism, clinical skill, communication, and patient care. I can honestly say that I cannot fault Mr Yarashi in any of these areas. His expertise, professionalism, and approach to patient care were exceptional, and I am extremely grateful for the treatment I received. A top-class surgeon!

Mr Yarashi was absolutely spot on in all areas. I had a Distal bicep allograph reconstruction with an achilles tendon. The surgery was a great success I can nearly see the incisions top job, funcunaliy I'm 98% with a few more weeks physio to go. Mr Yarashi has been superb would recommend him and the procedure to anyone.

Mr Yarashi was excellent. I had an arthroscopic capsular release. He understood the issue and at each stage his description of problem and remedy were precise and accurate.

I am a 60 year old lady who had both left and right elbows operated on - I had a Cubital Tunnel Decompression of both elbows. Both elbows are now pain free and I don't suffer with the feeling that I am leaning on my "funny bone" even when I am not. Mr Yarashi performed a removal of loose bodies arthroscopically from my right elbow, as well as a capsule release on the same joint. I waited and waited for my surgery, not a lengthy one or a particularly urgent one, but urgent to me as I was in a decent amount of pain and my range of motion was suffering. I went in for surgery with full confidence and trusts in the man about to cut me open. Yes there were risks, but they were so minimal that they weren't really worth thinking about in my mind. Mr Yarashi was very clear on all aspects of the procedure. His clear experience, confidence and knowledge in what he was talking about told me everything I needed to know - this is the person I want to perform my surgery, no one else. On the day, a quick chat to go over everything, a visit from the anaesthetist to explain that side of things, I knew exactly what was going to happen, and they went to work. Surgery went as expected, and the result is better than expected. Clear follow ups, clear guidance on how to keep the joint in good standing. If I ever require any surgery in the future that falls under his expertise, I hope it is Mr Yarashi that performs it. If you are reading this in apprehension, speak to him. The risks as I mentioned above were so small, my mindset was very much that the risks are not worth thinking about unless something actually goes wrong, and then we deal with it. Focus on the 99.5% chance of success rather than the 0.5% chance of something going wrong.

I had a capsular release by Mr Yarashi and am extremely pleased with both the results and whole process. He was kind and considerate, adapting to my needs throughout. He explained things clearly and made me feel at ease.
