I am extremely grateful to consultant James Young who carried out the removal of the cyst from my eye. From the outset, I felt reassured by their professionalism, expertise and genuinely compassionate manner. He explained everything clearly, listened to my concerns and made me feel completely at ease. Mr Young was personable, informative and put my mind at rest before and during the upper birthday lateral blepharoplasty. I felt everything was explained in detail beforehand. I followed the post operation aftercare and am delighted at how much increased vision I have as well as looking better. Having the remainder of my stitches removed just under 9 weeks post surgery was pain free. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
