I am extremely pleased with the care and treatment I received from Mr Young and all the clinic staff . In addition I am delighted with the results of my eyelid surgery. Reassurance was given during surgery and aftercare and the healing process was problem free . Surgery was very successful in that the hooding , particularly problematic on my right eye ( affecting my field of vision ) has been significantly reduced thereby removing the risk of damage to my eye .
The care I received was excellent - before, during and after surgery.
James was reassuring, kind and explained everything I wanted to know about my treatment. I am absolutely thrilled with my treatment at this clinic.
My overall experience, beginning with the initial appt with Mr Young along with the operation itself and two O/Patient appts, again with Mr Young were straight forward. Everything was explained in detail, as well as my understanding of what exactly the procedure entailed and answering any other concerns l had prior to commencement of same

Check up after eyelid operation on 30/1. For the operation and the check up the medical team were exceptional. Excellent surgery by James Young resulting in a very rapid healing process of the eyelid
Mr Young is very caring and supportive he is very polite and I didn't feel like I was just another number he made me feel relaxed safe and not rushed. He is a credit to his profession I feel very lucky to have had Mr Young do my surgery he did my after care too I highly recommend this doctor
