I recently had a bilateral breast augmentation at 101 Harley Street and I cannot express enough how incredible my experience was — especially thanks to Dr. Agha Riaz. From the very first consultation, Dr. Riaz stood out as one of the most genuine, caring and skilled doctors I have ever met. He took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted, explained every step clearly, and made me feel completely safe and confident in my decision. His professionalism, precision and warm manner instantly put me at ease. The operation itself was a complete success, and the results are even better than I imagined. Dr. Riaz’s attention to detail and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome truly show in his work. His follow-up care was just as exceptional — he checked in, reassured me and made sure my recovery was smooth and comfortable. Excellent care - Cannot fault how Ms Adams and Mr Parker and their teams looked after my mother before, during and after her operation. We paid personally for the operation (~£40k) but our experience with the billing and payments and the wider admin team is in a complete mess. We had to pay up front for everything prior to admission, which was ok, but unexpected (could have been better communicated to us, rather than a sentence lost in some paperwork), and fairly sure the insurance companies which they usually deal with wouldn't do this. One of the payments/billing team then visited my mother in her hospital bed, 4 days after a major abdominal surgery and started demanding more money verbally (to be paid that evening/the next day) with no paperwork/invoice/backup). Some things weren't done as part of the operation and the Consultant messaged us to say that it should be discounted, but no adjustment has been made. I have requested detailed backup on numerous occasions, and nothing has come through. A real shame that the medical and care team have been let down by the Cleveland back office on this occasion.

I attended the hospital to have planned eye surgery consisting of cataract removal, lens replacement and full thickness corneal replacement under general anaesthetic. I arrived early and was allocated to a private ensuite room with secure storage. Nurses confirmed all the necessary checks that had been conducted the previois day in pre-assessment. A nurse applied gel to my hand to numb it ready for a cannula and provided surgical stockings. The anaesthetist visited to re-confirm details and provide reassurance. The surgeon visited to review procedure and risks. The nurse accompanied me to the anaesthesia room and looked after my clothes. After fitting the cannula painlessly, after the anaesthetic I knew nothing until awakening in recovery, with a pad over the affected eye. I was taken back to my room feeling fit and well. Nurses checked on me and provided the refreshments I had ordered. The surgeon visited again to confirm the follow up appointment. Medications were made ready, with post operative guidance. My chaperone arrived to take me home. The whole thing was completed on schedule.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Kaur. She has the kindest manor of any doctor I’ve seen. She listens to what you say and you’re never dismissed. You’re able to have honest conversations and you’re treated as an equal. She took so much time to explain my options and go through the surgery process in detail. She even phoned me on a Saturday when I had a question about my surgery. I felt so cared for before, during and after the surgery and I really feel like she has my best interests at heart. She clearly cares about the quality of her patients lives and did everything within her power to improve the quality of mine. I would recommend her wholeheartedly.

Consult over pain and lack of mobility - Mr Gordon performed an op for varicoceles recently at Spire hospital Leeds. Can't recommend him highly enough. Op was performed as a day case and we we were able to drive home (1.45 hours drive)without experiencing any pain. From being unable to walk 100 metres without experiencing severe pain before the op, I have my life back. It feels miraculous and I can enjoy a full social life, travel to work and a huge lift in my mental wellbeing. Can't praise enough and I will forever be grateful.

The doctor was excellent — very friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout my consultation. However, I’ve been waiting for over seven weeks for my report, and despite following up with the secretary several times, I still haven’t received any update. It’s quite disappointing, as this delay takes away from what was otherwise a very positive experience with the doctor. I truly hope the clinic can improve its communication and follow-up process, as it would make a big difference to patients’ overall experience.

The check up today went really well and I was given reassurance and advice toward looking after my eyes by the thourough Cathedral Eye knowledgeable and experienced staff. The different tests and mannerly handovers following scans etc. from start to finish of appointment are seamless. And the appointment starts so well being welcomed in at the front desk, through too being checked out so that nothing is forgotten from eye drops to appointment times leaving nothing to chance.

I had bilateral lens replacements last Thursday (27/11/2025) and the team could not have been more careful if they tried. The surgeon, Mr Puri, was excellent. My eyes are recovering really well with no problems., this was confirmed by my first post-op check-up today - a bit earlier than usual because of planned plane flights. Assess,et and post-op Sheffield, surgery in Newark. Staff in both locations are wonderful.

Fantastic service received by everyone one at the hospital. Including reception, nurses when attending pre op appointments. On day of surgery was attended by Lisa asking my requirements regarding food etc and clearly stated if I had any allergies etc and nothing was to much trouble. i had a letter confirming my appt yet when i arrived i was told i was not on the list and to contact my consultant's secretary. I did that but five mins later the receptionist called me for my appt. there was general lack of coordination and overall confusion and the waiting room was very full. the drinks machines were OOO so overall it was not a customer focussed experience.
