Overall, the journey for this process was simple. An initial visit to see what my eye sight was like and what procedures were available to me. I believe due to job related issues that I had to have LASEK. An appointment date was set up to have the procedure done. On the day. I arrived at location in HRI and was kindly directed by staff members to a closed off area of the wing where the equipment was, I was met by Mr Goel and two nurses who went over the procedure with again and explained everything that was going to happen in a simple way. The procedure itself took about 15 minutes and most of that was waiting for numbing drops to work. I didn’t feel a think when the actual procedure took place. After the procedure I have had multiple check ups, some with some hiccups due to the medication that was prescribed after but that was due to how my eyes were reacting to them. Steroid drops caused pressure issues in my eyes. After stopping using them I had no problems at all. I was off work for about a month with LASEK, although again, given a different job role could have probably gone back to work sooner. I’m now 6 months post surgery and my last eye check and appointment revealed that I have better than 20/20 vision now. Which I am buzzing about. The only issue I have with is some glare In the evening from car lights, but before the procedure I was informed that this is a minor side effect of it and tbh, I can deal with it and it very minor. Overall, Mr Goel and his assistant have been friendly, kind and extremely knowledgeable in there field of work. I spent some time before the procedure mulling over different options but I can happily say that Mr Goel was the correct option. If you have any doubt about who to chose for this eye procedure / surgery. I would 100% recommend Mr Goel.

I am at Kingsbridge Hospital for partial knee replacement surgery. Surgical Ward 1 - 28/11/2025. I am writing to express my deepest and sincere thanks for the outstanding care I am receiving during my stay at Kingsbridge Hospital, Ballykelly. The professionalism and kindness I am receiving during my care is outstanding. Sarah, Kerry, Laura & Kim (night staff) from Ward 1 have all been wonderful, nothing was any trouble and I want to thank them for going above and beyond to ensure my well being. Unfortunately, I can’t remember all the names of the staff on ward 1 when I booked in, but again these staff were amazing (Keavsa/luke). I have felt very at ease during my stay and that has come across naturally from you all. You deserve recognition for all your hard work and care you have provided. I visited Chapter One with my 4 year old child, we both had an appointment with Ashley. The practice is immaculate, beautifully designed and feels more like a luxury spa than a dental practice. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we were made to feel welcome and relaxed. Ashley was charming, instantly putting us at ease, involving my daughter with everything she was doing and making it a fun experience. With regards to my appointment, Ashley was very informative, ensuring I had time to ask questions and I left assured I was in highly capable hands. All the equipment was state of the art and I now have ultimate confidence in my dental routine. Easily the most professional and positive dental visit I have had, I would thoroughly recommend Chapter One and will be signing up to one of their care plans for my family.

Arrived at diagnostics centre and was just expecting a consultation with a further appointment for procedure was feel anxious but was made to feel welcomed and reassured by all receptionist was really pleasant as was my nurse Eileen I believe her name to be. I then met Mr Muen who was very polite, reassuring and empathetic. To my surprise my procedure was carried out within this appointment saving me further anxieties, travel and time. I was absolutely taken back by the complete professionalism of all at Kingsbridge Thank you from an extremely happy patient.

Couldn't praise Mr Tang anymore. From the moment I met him, kind, knowledgeable, calm, and I felt at ease even though I ripped my bicep less than a day before meeting him and was in a serious amount of pain. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer, and the surgery was as painless as it could have been. He did say he has never seen a bicep recover so quickly, which I am very proud of; however, I think that was more him than me. Thank you again.

Dr Paviour was a good listener, was courteous and efficient. I was impressed by the speed with which he sent the post consultation report. The reception staff were welcoming. However the link to download the report as PDF downloaded a zip file, which when I opened it, did not give me the opportunity to access the report. I eventually worked out a way to save the text on my computer.

It was a visit regarding my breathing issues as my nose is bent dr owa explained the reason I have issues and the 2 courses of action that can be taken also explained how to correctly apply spray. Dr owa also explained he wants me to have a ct scan and a nasel scope to fully evaluate the issue and take the best course of action. he was clear and was happy to answer my questions

Dr. Devinder Bansi

Dr Bansi is excellent - he is obviously very knowledgeable but also thoughtful and good listener, and thinks about what one tells him, and uses it well. Time spent with him is time well spent, although he's clearly efficient, he never seems in a hurry to get on to the next thing. His team are excellent and very responsive, and communication is good throughout.
