I am having treatment for macular and glaucoma problems at the Stanley Eye Hospital in Abergele but wanted to be reassured about the use of one treatment I was receiving at the hospital, in particular about the time period between injections which was causing my eyesight to deteriorate before the subsequent injection improved it again. I wanted to know if my eyesight would still return to the improved state although it had deteriorated in the meantime due to the time interval between injections. Mr. Mathews was able to reassure me that this would not be a problem and that a longer lasting drug would probably be offered to me at the Eye Hospital at my next appointment. Mr. Mathews is a genial and thorough gentleman who took the time to explain to me about my conditions, something that had not been explained fully to me in my previous consultations elsewhere. I was also reassured about my current situation and my prognosis. My consultation was relaxed and I never felt that I was being rushed. All Mr. Mathews's nursing and reception colleagues were extremely friendly, helpful and professional and I was put completely at ease before seeing Mr. Mathews. I was invited back by Mr. Mathews at any time in the future should I require more reassurance or an opinion on my current treatment at that time. I cannot overstate how satisfied I was with my experience at the NW Eye Specialist Centre. A huge "Thank you" to all the staff.

The Spire Wellesley is a quiet calm hospital. The facilities are always clean and well cared for, the staff attentive and pleasant. You can expect the path of your time with them to be fully and clearly explained and information of who will attend you, when and for what reason. You are prepared as soon as you arrive and surgery follows swiftly, which leaves you very little time to overthink or get anxious. I was never left worried, every member of staff introduced themselves and did whatever was necessary to reassure me and provide whatever was needed. It was all very quick and over before I knew it, for which I am grateful. You certainly will not be left hungry or thirsty, food is excellent, the selection is wide. My stay was relatively short, my surgery went well, my recovery and activity level after surgery good and whilst I could have stayed a 2nd night I was allowed to go home as there were no concerns. So I was on for a little over 24hrs altogether.

I was seen by Mr Pydisetty this morning in clinic for a post operation follow up. The operation went well and the follow up care was great. Full examination and images shown of my knee pre and post procedure. Mr Pydisetty had also carried out a unicompartmental knee replacement on my other knee over 22 months ago which also was successful. I would highly recommend him because he genuinely cares for you. He takes time to listen to your issues, fully explains scan results and gives informed choices on what options are available. Nothing is too much trouble ! I had a fall earlier this year and landed on my replacement knee causing some discomfort. I contacted Mr Pydisetty, and was seen within a few days. A CT and MRI scan was carried out to ensure no damage had occurred to the recent replacement. The after care I have received has been remarkable. Mr Pydisetty is great! I was seen at Renacres in Ormskirk as a NHS patient.

I was under the care of Dr Syed Ahsan for just over a year, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He provided exceptional care for my postviral autonomic dysfunction (a condition that is often difficult to get proper care for). He took the time to listen carefully, investigate properly, and tailor a retreatment plan that addressed the root of the problem rather than just the symptoms. Thanks to his expertise and genuinely holistic approach, I am now recovering well. I’m deeply grateful for his care and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking a doctor who is both knowledgeable and compassionate and who truly goes above and beyond for his patients.

I had to book a blood test after seeing a consultant and a follow up telephone appointment for the next week. I sat and waited 45 mins for my blood test and then had to go and ask at Reception how much longer I would have to wait. The original Receptionist who booked it had gone home. I was then seen within 10 minutes. Also follow up appointment had been booked as face to face when I specifically said “telephone appointment”. Luckily the consultant remembered he said to book telephone appointment and rang me at the specified time. Two mistakes by the same receptionist. Not good

We visited with Dr. Akhtar, and experienced an extremely professional and very empathic doctor with very high competences. We felt in very good hands with his in depth knowledge in the area of knees both in the aspect of the initial medical assessment of the knee injury and the best way to go forward with the subsequent treatment. The visit was everything and more that we hoped for. We gladly flew into London for this specialist, and would recommend others in Denmark to do the same.

My appointment was as pleasant and smooth as it could have been, the consultant i saw was extremely helpful, thorough and pleasant, i couldn’t have asked to see a nicer doctor. I was first seen by Dr Sharma on the 29th of September where he suggested what was most likely to be my diagnosis and within a month I had all the test done. He had ruled out every possibility and if the diagnosis he gave me when I first saw him was the confirmed diagnosis. Dr Sharma is kind and patient and very understanding. He does not rush the appointment and will make sure you have all the information you need before you leave your appointment.

Dr Lord is the absolute best. She is a world renowned Obgyn, she really looks after her patients and cares deeply for the mothers. She's highly competent and trustworthy, for example she will only recommend tests she thinks are necessary, and not adding unnecessary costs. She has a fantastic team of paediatricians, general practice and mental health professionals. A wonderful new facility in London and connected to the London Clinic.

Mr Hrsikesa (Rishi) Sharma

Mr Sharma was amazing and took the best care of my mum. He removed a suspected BCC (thankfully turned out to be a cyst) and a smaller cyst. He took the time making sure she was ok before, during and after her procedure. He always took time to make sure everything was explained, understood and was happy to answer any questions asked. Couldn’t recommend Mr Sharma enough, he is amazing.

My father had a very good experience today, with the Dad2 question he has had a very good experience. The doctor was very considerate of his pain and also always speaking loud so that my father can hear him as my father has hearing difficulty. In general, the procedure aftercare everything went well today we have been discharged. My father is happy and he is pain-free.

My initial visit was at Spire Bushey diagnostic centre on a weekend, which was faultless. Unfortunately, a subsequent blood test appointment was not booked correctly, requiring me to travel to another hospital. My only issue is that results do take some time and it would be helpful for patients to be able to access results directly, ahead of follow up appointments.

I cannot thank Mr Alnajjar enough. Having suffered with erectile disfunction and my relationship with my partner becoming strained, my partner found Mr Alnajjar. After three consultations over a period of 7 months, my relationship with my partner has been reignited. Everything is now working. At 66 I'm a very happy man.
