I have recently had a hysterectomy performed by Professor Bunkheila. The operation was a great success and I cannot thank the Professor enough for his compassion and care from my initial appointment through to the post op consultation. Professor Bunkheila was the nicest gentleman to deal with, listened to all my concerns and was reassuring and professional when discussing all the pros and cons to having such a procedure. His kind, caring manner made me feel so comfortable and after many years of extreme pain and debilitating medical conditions, I felt finally that someone was actually listening to me and could make a difference. I was very poorly at my initial consultation and now feel 100% recovered and it has been truly life changing. Professor Bunkheila and his medical team of anaesthetists were wonderful on the two occasions of my surgery as I was very nervous, but both times they were so reassuring. All the staff were very kind and efficient, my personal ward room was clean and the catering was very good. I would also like to thank a particular gentleman called Anil who performed my pre operative assessment blood tests, I am very needle phobic and was terrified but he ensured that it was done swiftly and with such kindness towards me, I was so grateful.

I have been seeing Dr. Dana for the past four years, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I’ve received. She looked after me throughout both of my pregnancies and was consistently professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive and kind. Dr. Dana was always very reassuring and readily available to answer any questions or worries I had, which made such a difference during pregnancy. I recently had a C-section earlier this year, and the entire experience was far more positive and calm than I could have hoped for. Everything was clearly explained, and I felt listened to, safe, and cared for every step of the way. Her bedside manner is warm and compassionate, and she genuinely cares about her patients. My recent visit was for a crown fitting and work on the gums. I saw Dr Balawal . I have had a number of appointments with him. He explains what he is doing and, he takes care to ensure the patient is not experiencing any discomfort. I have always understood, and been pleased with, his treatment. He presents as a very competent, conscientious dentist. The reception staff are all polite, helpful and friendly. I am so pleased that I contacted Quality Dental. I have taken out a dental plan and will continue to attend this surgery. I don't know what the other dentists in the practice are like, but I can certainly recommend Dr Balawal.

My recent follow up visit for my eye tests and consultation with Professor Viswanathan was excellent . I am very grateful to him for his professionalism and advice. My eye condition has stabilised and improved greatly and I genuinely feel extremely lucky to have been under his care . Alastair and Greeshma made me feel at ease during the eye tests and are so kind friendly and helpful and helped to make my experience very comfortable and enjoyable whereas previously I had always been very anxious . I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend to family and friends.

I didnt visit a practice, this was a blood test that was sent by post to me with an at home kit. So my rating is based on the blood test. I will visit a practice in early February to do a skin check. But everything was packed securely and sent quickly, and you appear to have received it very quickly and given me a result within a day of receiveing my blood, which I fully appreciate. The only thing I would mention about the process was the amount of blood I could get out of three fingers was less than what you asked for. Luckily it was enough for you to do the test.

I have had reason to see Dr Steadman over the last year firstly to deal with some heart issues which were diagnosed and resolved extremely quickly and latterly a number of tests which have proven to be reassuringly negative in their outcome. From dealing with Hannah to arrange things to being clinically looked after by Dr Steadman I have always felt I have been dealing with caring, efficient and positive people who excel at what they do. I would also say that has been my experience of those members of the medical team I have met at both Bournemouth and Poole Hospital.

I have not had a very positive experience at all and feel that the diagnosis is not accurate and the reasons given and report are not satisfactory - despite the report saying what i said word for word the analysis is simply not effective and does not align with my symptoms - there was no point having a consultation of the doctor only went off the forms and did not correlate information - also there was no understanding of why i thought i was adhd - i have done extensive research in this field and it would have been better to have an adhd checklist than the autism on

I recently underwent a laparoscopic appendicectomy with Mr Tomasi. Mr Tomasi and his staff were extremely professional and guided me through the process, step by step. Mr Tomasi took extensive time to explain his advice before the surgery, giving me the right confidence the make the choice. The procedure was smooth and I'm recovering nicely. Mr Tomasi and his staff are following up on a daily basis with me to ensure I recover as best as possible. Overall, I'm very happy with the care and professionalism of Mr Tomasi, and would surely recommend his services.

Today I visited Dr Devalia and his team, through recommendation. I went in slightly worried with symptoms I was experiencing but Dr Devalia and his team were so friendly and did everything in such a calming and respectful manor which really Put my mind at ease. I was sent straight across for an ultrasound which was thankfully all clear , Dr Devalia spent time with me after too just checking I was absolutely reassured and answered any further questions I had. I found the number of emails related to the appointments to be unnecessary and extreme. I was asked to complete a pre appointment questionnaire online. I did so and then received 3 further emails and a text message asking me to do the same. I have also received 4 emails asking me to give this feedback. Please look at your system. Filling your clients inboxes with multiple emails is not helpful for anyone.
