When I entered the premises I couldn’t believe the transformation that had taken place as I was familiar with the building when it was a hairdressing salon. It was spacious, immaculate and tranquil. Having been quite anxious before my appointment, I quickly relaxed as all the staff were extremely friendly and kind. All the tests were performed swiftly and smoothly with every concern for my comfort and my understanding of the procedures involved. Mrs. Matthews explained my forthcoming cataract surgery clearly, comprehensively and reassuringly and I was very pleased to be offered the surgery I such a short space of time. All in all I couldn’t have wished for a better experience with North Wales Eye Specialist Centre.

Professional service received from both practitioners, which I am very pleased about. It however took longer than was communicated to me via email to receive my results. I have requested follow ups and to speak to someone. The administrator has added me to the waiting list for the follow up. My other request?? I have not heard anything for a long while, not even an update. I feel really disappointed because it has dampened such a great initial experience. I believe this aspect will be of disappointment to future clients. Such a shame. I recommend in future to keep clients informed when delays happen and or of any updates

The staff seemed very friendly and efficient in what seemed to be quite a busy little private out patient's department. I had to have quite a few test's and checks but didn't have to wait long in-between different department's. When I got to see the consultant he was very professional and explained to me exactly what my condition was, how it was affecting my vision . He then explained how he proposed to try to correct the problem, the likely time scale for the procedure, and the cost. I also felt that he was very clear to manage my expectations when the procedure does go ahead.

Very good ,only thing is after surgery and just before final appointment I was asked for my bank details I had paid everything last Nov a month before my surgery they agreed everything was paid but wanted to have a bank card on record ,Why ? I was asked again when I went to see mr smith for my final check up ,absolutely no need if front of other people when I didn't owe anything it made me feel like I owed something even though she said it was a token just to have it on record

If you are looking for a doctor who will treat your condition, but also explain everything in so much detail, to put you at ease, then Mr Elmiyeh is the right professional to go to! He takes his time to explain your condition, what you need to do about it, and reassures you completely. He won't be in a rush to get you out of the door! Also, he's very welcoming to anyone accompanying the patient, something I've not seen with other doctors!

Prof Leyva-Lyon took a clear new history and examined me arranged scans saw me after the scan explained all the finding clearly I was vey relieved and reassured I walked out feeling like a weight had been lifted from me at no time did I feel rushed or unsure he subsequently arranges outpatient tests and I had copies of letters to all above I can't thank him and his staff enough and count myself v fortunate to have had the care

Very pleased with my knee replacement by Mr Malik. Wonderful experience overall at Drotiwich. He said he will look after me and do the surgery with the same OCD as he always does and he has delivered on that. After the injection he then gave me time to ask all sorts of questions I had around the issue I have with my hip and how to heal it, along with he possible next steps. He also gave me advice about how much/little exercise to take in the next week.
