I have been under the care of Dr Alistair Ring since September 2024, and from my very first visit to The Royal Marsden, I knew I had made the right decision to begin chemotherapy there. During our initial consultation, Dr Ring immediately put me at ease, even though I had just received a difficult test result minutes before our meeting. He took the time to explain the Oncotype test for example and the treatment options available, making it clear that every step of my care would be centred around me. Dr Ring’s attention to detail and his encouragement to ask questions gave me great confidence and helped me feel empowered throughout my treatment. Following chemotherapy, I began medication that induced menopause, and thanks to his early guidance on potential side effects and how to manage them, I felt fully prepared. I also appreciate that he has been open to ongoing conversations about my treatment, including exploring HRT options, this openness means a great deal. The clinical staff at The Royal Marsden have been exceptional. They have consistently provided compassionate, professional care, and I genuinely look forward to seeing them at each follow-up. They remember small details and speak to me as a person, not just a patient, which makes every visit a positive experience. I cannot recommend Dr Ring and The Royal Marsden highly enough. I am deeply grateful for the outstanding care and support I have received and continue to receive from the entire team.

Mr.Webb operated on my left hip in 2018 which was very successful so when I knew that my right hip was troubling me I made an appointment to see him in October 2024 because I valued his expertise & wanted him to perform the operation. As soon as I arrived Mr.Webb referred to my notes & had checked my physio's report & between us we decided that surgery was necessary which was planned for early 2025. Mr.Webb in my opinion is an outstanding consultant. He is clear & concise in what he plans to do. He listens to any concerns & involves me in any decision making. He is personable & friendly with an appropriate touch of humour which certainly helped me overcome many of my fears. Post op he visited me every day & reassured me that all was well & sent post op notes to my physio advising her on the appropriate level of exercise which has resulted in my full recovery for which I am very grateful. One year on I feel I am now living a full life due to his excellent surgery & the ability to do different kinds of exercise which helps psychologically & in all sorts of other ways. For anyone contemplating hip surgery I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Webb.

Having been under Mr Justin’s care for 5 years, following a tubo ovarian abscess and pelvic inflammatory disease, stemming from my appendix (all successfully resolved), I decided to undergo a total laparoscopic hysterectomy as a result of ongoing symptoms caused by adenomyosis. Mr Justin’s care, expertise, knowledge and meticulous approach throughout has been invaluable to me, enabling me to make informed decisions, prepare for the surgery and recover well, to achieve the best outcome. The follow up consultation (7 weeks post surgery) provided me with further information and reassurance about the surgery, and certain answers that provided, and the confidence that I can now move on from the issues of the past 5 years. I would (and have) trusted Mr Justin with my life. He is a superb consultant and surgeon, a consummate professional and a caring, kind person.

From start to finish Daye is intuitive and easy to use. I’ve done many online health tests prior to this but nothing compares to the level of service Daye provides. For clarity I did the full screen and purchased the 30 min nurse call. The sample is beyond easy to take and post. The results came back fast and were clear to understand, on top I was sent a beautiful kind email and was also offered a free call to over my HPV results. I didn’t use this but my 30 min call with the nurse was invaluable. I would have been happy to pay triple the price for the service I received. I will be 100% using Daye again and have already recommended to friends.

My waiting time for tests and seeing my Consultant was minimal, especially considering the awful and treacherous snowy road conditions that day. Nursing staff were courteous, professional and friendly as was my Consultant, who even apologised for my waiting time, caused by the snowy/icy weather. My medical information/results were explained clearly to me and any questions were answered fully and satisfactorily. Everyone was respectful of me and my feelings . It was a courteous, friendly and extremely professional experience.

Ms Khandwala performed tear duct surgery on my eye and it has changed my life. No more constant eye watering and I can finally throw away the tissues I had to always be carrying. I can wear makeup again without it washing away! The recovery was quick and I have the tiniest scar which is hardly visible. Ma Khandwala was so reassuring and I was kept informed at every stage. Her secretaries were lovely too.
