Mr. Wai Gin (Don) Lee is a skilled Consultant Urological Surgeon and Andrologist based in London, United Kingdom. He completed his urological training in Australia and further pursued sub-specialty training in Andrology and Penile Reconstruction at the Institute of Urology, University College London Hospital. During this period, he was the recipient of an Australasian Urological Foundation Travelling Fellowship.

Upon completing his Fellowship, Mr. Lee was invited to join the department as a Consultant Urological Surgeon and Andrologist at the Institute of Urology. His practice covers a wide range of aspects related to male sexual health, including the management of erectile dysfunction, male infertility, and Peyronie’s disease. He has developed a specialist interest in penile prosthetic surgery and penile reconstruction (phalloplasty) for gender affirmation surgery and individuals assigned male at birth.

Mr. Lee holds important leadership roles within the field of sexual medicine. He serves on the Executive Committee (Board) of both the European Society for Sexual Medicine (ESSM) and the British Society for Sexual Medicine (BSSM). He also acts as the Co-Chair for the International Society for Sexual Medicine Scientific Review Committee and is a member of the Editorial Board of the Video Journal of Sexual Medicine. Teaching is one of his passions, and he regularly shares his expertise as faculty at the European School of Urology and as an invited faculty member at national and international conferences. Additionally, he co-chairs the North Central London Andrology Working Group.

Mr. Lee has a strong research background and has published multiple peer-reviewed research articles and book chapters in the field of sexual medicine. He is an invited reviewer for esteemed medical journals, including European Urology, Journal of Urology, BJU International, Journal of Sexual Medicine, and the International Journal of Impotence Research, among others.
