Nursing staff are great. Polite, friendly, caring. Kate, Erica, Alesha and Cora. Every time I have visited for a pre op, op or post op, all staff I have come on to contact with have been extremely professional.

Receptionist and nurses where helpful and polite, the food they provided was very nice and several of the nurses where very efficient at monitoring me during the short time i was at the hospital (especially aftercare from surgery) The hospital room and bathroom was very clean but had a panel missing from the wall In the shower room which was concerning. I was moved around a lot and it took a while to confirm I was accepted for surgery that day, which left me feeling frustrated and having to repeat my name several times, before being told to wait in a room while nurses were discussing me outside the door as they could of asked me to confirmmy identity more clearly but didn't, I was then asked to move to another room and it took around 25mins to confirm I was booked for surgery that day. Another thing that had the worst impact for me was that I was misgendered right before surgery dispite having my pronouns on my file and presenting in a passing manner in line with my pronouns and gender im living as, which was disappointing and disheartening as I felt humiliated, shameful, self loathing, and misunderstood, which definitely triggered my internalised transphobia as I felt I should be greatful to get the surgery and shouldn't speak up or correct the person that did that, and was left feeling unsure about what the hospital thinks of trans patients and gender affirming procedures, despite passing and being on hormones for 5+years and it being my first trans procedure, (i also suffer anxiety and depression)so this left a very big negative impact on me and my mental health even ...

Murse Kate is amazing and makes sure all your needs are well met

I was very well taken care of by the staff. They were very helpful both before and after the surgery. Me and my partner got excellent and clear instructions on after-care when we were leaving. I felt I was in safe hands during the entire 2 day stay.

The hospital was clean and the staff were lovely and took care of their patients, I had a great visit, I highly recommend this hospital The 2 nurses I had (Kate and Elisa) we're both friendly and very helpful

First class. Eilish Roma and Uten were my Nurses. Warm greeting in reception. Everywhere that i saw was was very clean

I can't truly put into work the amazing job done today. I walk away with a smile in my face 100% satisfaction and wanting to come back ... thank you to my nurses Kate and Roma ... My anesthetist and Dr. Mistakos for such a professional ride

Excellent experience

Honestly incredible, staff are absolutely amazing, all of them wonderful, a special shout out to the nurse who did my pre assessment , and also Kate who looked after me post op and for my checkup. Such a lovely hospital
