Lovely staff very friendly and helpful Hospital looks very clean

The hospital was clean and the staff were lovely and took care of their patients, I had a great visit, I highly recommend this hospital The 2 nurses I had (Kate and Elisa) we're both friendly and very helpful

I had my breast preservation augmentation at Fitzrovia Hospital with Dr Paul Banwell, and I honestly could not be happier with my experience from start to finish. The hospital itself was spotless, modern, and welcoming. Every member of staff I met was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating, which made me feel completely at ease throughout my journey. A special thank you goes to Kate, who was my nurse on the day of my operation. She was absolutely amazing. She immediately settled my nerves with her warmth, kindness, and sense of humour. She always had me laughing and smiling, which made such a difference on what could have been a very nerve wracking day. I also saw Kate for my post operative appointment, and she continued to provide exceptional care. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. I would also like to thank the anaesthetist. This was my first time having a general anaesthetic, and I was so scared. He took the time to explain everything, reassured me, and made me feel completely comfortable. I quickly realised I had absolutely nothing to be worried about, in-fact it was probably the best bit, and I am so grateful for the kindness and reassurance he gave me. Dr Paul Banwell was fantastic and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He was professional, caring, and took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. I had an amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment I met Dr Mitsakos and Sherene, they made me feel completely at ease. My consultation was thorough, relaxed, and Dr. Mitsakos understood exactly what I was hoping to achieve. The results truly speak for themselves. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and on the day of my surgery everything ran so smoothly. The team welcomed me, got me settled quickly, and made sure I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. Dr. Mitsakos came to see me before the procedure to go through everything one last time, answer any final questions, and make me feel both reassured and excited for the surgery. The anaesthetist was also fantastic. He took the time to explain everything and immediately put me at ease, which made a huge difference. From the moment I went into theatre, every member of the team was incredibly kind, caring, and professional. After surgery, I felt so well looked after. The recovery staff regularly checked on me, made sure I was comfortable, and ensured I was feeling well before I was discharged home. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The level of care, professionalism, and compassion shown by everyone involved was exceptional, and I would highly recommend Dr. Mitsakos and the entire team to anyone considering surgery.

From the start to end I was assisted by a lovely team that all were so helpful and kind. I did a surgery arrived at 7am a few delays but nothing major, the whole team from nurses and healthcare assists to the doctors and theatre team were all amazing they comforted me when I was emotional stay by my side. I really appreciate all the help and couldn’t fault them in anything. A massive thank you to Kate, Elisha,Aleisha,Tina, venencia and youlanda. You were all so helpful and lovely extremely professional and polite in your work.

All the staff were great, I had my own room for privacy for me and my partner. They looked after my partner also which was kind. Great experience, I was really nervous to have surgery but from start to finish it was great.
