Explained what the procedure was and that's what happened
From the moment i arrived at Spire on 7 October, from the reception team, kitchen staff, cleaners, nurses, Anaesthetist, Consultant, theatre staff , pharmacy team( hope i haven't missed anyone), i was put at ease and made comfortable. The care i received has been outstanding with very clear explanations at every step. The whole experience has been positive and after 2 long years of tremendous pain and discomfort, i feel i now have my life back to start living again!!! You are all superstars
