I am confident to place my trust in Dr McArthur for his professional judgement and care as he place patient’s interest at heart. I was reflecting upon the conversation we had about the best option for me and I felt dignified and at peace to make the right decision to seek private care without delay. Thank you.
Really easy to deal with and very clear in his communication
Visited as I had been told I had hemorrhoids by NHs but treatment hadn’t worked. Went through the history and my symptoms. Dr McArthur made me feel at ease ans not embarrassed. He gave me a new diagnosis and treatment plan.
The whole process was very professional from start to finish, would definitely recommend Mr McArthur and Spire
I attended an initial assessment appointment and found David McArthur to be friendly and professional. After the appointment I felt I had a clear understanding of the procedure required.
I had a rectal examination which was done with a nurse present and much empathy - it being an embarrassing procedure generally. Thereafter Mr McArthur explained, in detail, his findings, followed by clear suggestions as to how I might manage my problem. Very reassuring all round.
He was very patient and understanding. Thank you for all of your support
I was really happy (and relieved) with Mr McArthurs speedy diagnosis after being in pain for 4 weeks and various GP's mis-diagnosing. After receiving the consultation letter I did have a few questions regarding it so sent an email and was impressed to have a depthy reply. If I do have to revisit i feel will have confidence in Mr McArthur if a procedure is required.
I was very impressed with my treatment with Mr McCarthur. He was very approachable and provided a detailed explanation of my health problem. I would definietly recommend him to other patients.
