I don't know how to even begin writing this because Dr. Tsepov changed my life. I had stage 4 endometriosis and large fibroids. I lived with constant pain and my periods were heavy and extremely painful. I cant begin to say how much the robotic surgery has changed my life. For 7 hours he operated on me and my entire body now feels different. He's an angel - funny, relatable, honest and takes such a depth of care. I know he loves what he does for a living and he is absolutely the best at it. I trust him, Nadia and Vicky completely. They respond quickly, assuage concerns, make themselves available for every silly question / panic / tears. I'm glad I found you and so happy you are passionate about endo so that many women can get the help they deserve.

Overall a good experience except the wait time for the report. The clinicians were professional and friendly. The administration staff were also professional and helpful. The reports are very thorough, clear and professional. The report was over 4 weeks past the date it was expected / had been told. This proved to be extremely stressful. For me it would have been better to advertise a longer wait time and deliver it sooner rather than the other way around. Of course I accept that delays can occur. Overall a good experience and would recommend. Thank you.

I understand went a procedure at Kingsbridge hospital Ballykelly. From my first appointment I was treated with care and respect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My appointment prompt and quick. All question and queries I had where answered in a matter I could understand. On the morning of my procedure the room I was given was clean and bright. Staff were very attentive and made me feel at ease. After the op try he staff where always near taking vitals and super attentive. The staff and doctors made my stay comfortable and mostly pain free.

I attended the Priory Hospital in Edgbaston for an ablation procedure carried out by Dr Mauro Lencioni in October 2025. The diagnosis was carried out 6 months prior but I waited to see if symptoms would settle. When I decided to go ahead with the ablation I was so pleased that I went through with the procedure at the Priory Hospital, the staff were excellent and I felt really taken care of. Dr Lencioni was very supportive and explained everything to me from the start to the finish. He really took care of me. I couldn't be happier of the outcome.

Communal areas nice and welcoming with interesting art on the walls. Not quite as chilled as my last visit, as there were more people around, and some mildly distracting muzak in the background.
