What we never expected was just how extraordinary the result would be. Our son’s nose has been beautifully and expertly transformed - the scar is tiny and healing incredibly well, and the change has been life-changing for him and for us. We truly still can’t believe how amazing the outcome is, and we honestly can’t stop smiling. After such a challenging and emotional year, Dr. Glass gave us the most positive experience we could have hoped for. We cannot thank him enough and would recommend him without hesitation. To us, he will always be a hero.

I was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED that the misleading named "Disabled" toilet is still used as a storage centre. I have formally complained about this to the CEO after struggling on a number of occasions to assist my elderly disabled mother. It is too cramped to get a wheelchair and carer in there. Having moved items out into the corridor I then struggled to transfer her from her wheelchair. Naturally she was getting more & more anxious to get on the toilet, knowing that she was about to see a consultant. I suggested to the anxious person outside that he ask to use another toilet. This is a private hospital, built AFTER the Disability Discrimination Act. How did this even pass building regulations & considered acceptable? All the designer had to do was to go next door & copy the design of the disabled toilet in QEQM. We were under enough stress having to attend the hospital appointment.This just compounded the stress for my mother and me. PLEASE attend to this ongoing problem. Why is it taking so long? UTTER DISGRACE & INSULTING to all disabled people and their carers.

I am so grateful to Delamere for my 4-week stay. The facilities are truly incredible - comfortable, well-appointed and a palpable feeling of safety. The food is world-class, with a wide range of options and affordances for those with dietary restrictions. The suite of experiential options will introduce you to new therapeutic experiences, many of which you may take away with you. The curriculum is focussed and has real depth, and is taught by professionals with real experience of addiction. The clinical staff are wonderfully attentive and caring, and will move mountains to make you comfortable. I am so pleased to have made the decision to stay at Delamere and would recommend it whole heartedly to anyone who wants to make a change.

Dr. Jayaram was very kind, professional and attentive throughout the consultation and was very thorough when examining my eyes. He was reassuring as he explained the medical condition of my eyes in clear and simple terms and the options that may be available to me in the future. He was also very patient in having to repeat things to me. He made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Jayaram. If in the future I need the reassurance I am looking for, I would definitely arrange to see Dr. Jayaram again. I also received the report of my consultation a few hours after my visit. Very impressive and very efficient. Ms Maddie Kurri the practice manager was excellent throughout in communicating with me and arranging my appointment. Thank you both.

My first visit Already aware of my main concerns. Asked what my concerns were. Asked lots of questions to see if anything else was concerning. Listened to what I had to say. Measured my weight and blood pressure. Confirmed medication I am on Colchicine one tablet was correct for my weight. Blood Pressure measurement high which has not been mentioned or monitored before. Read 190/122. Given a prescription for Candesartan 4mg. Explained dose might be increased after next consultation. Given appointment for ECG and Echo scan for 9th December 2025. Following day received email confirming outcome of visit and next appointment. Told if I had any concerns not to hesitate to make contact. Felt well looked after.

Mr Okechukwu Okonkwo

I recently had a septoplasty and polyp removal carried out by Mr Okonkwo, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had suffered from recurring sinus blockages and infections for many years, but just four weeks after surgery the difference is incredible. I can smell again, breathe freely through my nose, and even my speech has improved as I’m no longer sounding nasal. The operation itself was straightforward and done as day surgery. I felt very well looked after throughout, woke up with minimal discomfort, and my recovery has been smooth. I’m truly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Mr Okonkwo to anyone experiencing similar sinus issues.

As per usual every part of my visit is very professional and all the communication is prompt and informative, it is good to receive a copy of the progress. My last visit was on Saturday 6th December and it was a review of the laser treatment on my left eye - I was delighted when the review confirmed that the pressure on my eye had fallen to normal - this was a 50% reduction. I only had to put one eye drop at night. This was very professional and I have a six monthly review in my diary for 2026. I would have no problems at all in recommending Cathedral Eye Clinic.

Parking is easy. Reception staff efficient. Dr Brasse is always welcoming, warm and professional. Whatever I have seen her for she has always been pro active with tests ie Dexa scan etc. Dr Brasse always makes you feel at ease whatever I see her for. More recently she has shown me her expertise in Aestetics and have to say I am very pleased. Highly recommended.

Mr Divani recommended a Laminectomy to remove damaged bone to reduce pressure on the nerves. The operation was 100% successfull. Whilst the initial administrative/communication aspects were less than convincing, that was certainly not the case whenever I was actually on the Spire premises. All the staff on my 2 day stay for the operation were fantastic, and likewise my subsequent post op attendances for wound check, clip removal and physio sessions were of the highest quality.

I highly recommend the clinic I had the O shot done about 12 weeks ago for my LS condition which at the time was a very sore and angry I now at present experiencing no symptoms of LS apart from a small patch of white skin.
