Before I met Glenda I was at a very low point in my life. I was experiencing an incredible amount of stress and anxiety following a breakdown in my relationship. I found it very hard to function at a level to which I was used to. I have always been high energy and needed to be for my work. Glenda instantly put me at ease, she was always very patient and explained in great detail why I was feeling why I was. Glenda is highly professional and never once did I feel patronised or judged. She spoke to me with respect and encouraged me to learn more about my situation through reading, podcasts, audiobooks etc which really helped me along the way. Some days I would arrive at our therapy session without knowing what I was going to discuss but Glenda creates a safe environment which allows you to open up and share your thoughts and feelings. Glenda is an incredible psychodynamic therapist and has been highly influential in my life and I will be forever grateful for her knowledge, her patience and her kindness. Thank you for everything.

I just want to put on record what an absolute gentleman Dr Gall is. His natural ability to be so genuinely empathetic to me on my initial consultation, made me feel comfortable instantly that I had chosen the right consultant to help me with my problem and subsequent surgery . There was nothing that I didn’t understand along the way as he took as much time as was needed to put my mind at ease with everything that was ahead. On the day of the procedure Dr Gall had had an exceptionally busy day and I was the last on his list but he still spent a lot of time reflecting on the surgery even after a busy clinic. He explained the findings fully with no rush to get away despite it being 9pm by then. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Gall and have already recommend him to anyone who asked as he is clearly the leading consultant for a reason.

Once Again Dr Chiraush Patel was outstandingly professional and kind. I was fortunate enough to get an appointment within an hour of calling. It cannot be overestimated how important it is to patients to have a well trained Doctor with exemplary bedside manner to help the patient to recovery. This is true of all the other GPs at One Stop, but I am lucky enough to see Dr Patel mostly. My standards are very high but Dr Patel exceeds them by miles every time I visit (I only visit sparingly). This is medicine at its very best and reminds me of when GPs were true family Dotors back before fundholding. I am fortunate indeed to have such excellent GPs. Thank you Dr Patel and OSD!

Dr Alex Hadley carried out implant procedures on me. He took the time to explain what was going to happen and reassured me when I had questions. I found him to be very caring and I am pleased to say the final result is absolutely amazing.. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anybody that needs dental work, he will clarify and calm your fears to give you confidence in having your dental work. I always find the receptionists at The Holly difficult to deal with. The booking in experience is poor as one often has to wait for ages whilst the receptionists are on the phone or chatting or apparently doing something on their computers. It is a pity as the doctors and nurses and other staff including the porters at The Holly are extremely good. The receptionists in both the outpatients area and the scan receptionists need better training and better management. I would say however that the GP area receptionists and the front desk receptionists are very nice and very helpful so I have no issues with them.

I had a thoracoplasty surgery with Mr Panagiotopoulos to fix an acquired slipping rib and my experience with him from our consultation to the surgery was amazing. He understood the nature of my issue immediately and took his time explaining the problem and my options thoroughly. During the preparatory period and my hospital stay I felt that I was in the right hands at every step. I struggled with chronic pain for a long time due to the slipping rib, and finding Mr Panagiotopoulos gave me the peace of mind regarding a path to recovery I needed. I highly recommend Mr Panagiotopoulos for this particular issue

Mr Mettias and his assistant were very polite,, professional and listened to everything I had to say. After taking notes of my symptoms and then asking about my diet and personal habits , smoking and drinking etc, he then proceeded to examine me.. After examination he was happy that there were no signs of any health issues and I should not be concerned. I was then advised what I can do to alleviate the symptoms that occur. The visit today was a pleasant one and both Mr Mettias and his assistant couldn't have been more helpful. 10/10 service, thank you.

I am so glad that I got Mr Sahemey as my Surgeon at both Solihull and Good Hope Hospital. He clearly explained the procedure, risks and the thought process behind the choice of prosthesis. Unfortunately, after the second joint replacement, I developed an infection. Mr Sahemey and his team had me seen within 2 days and constantly checked in and supported me until It had healed with the agreed antibiotics. I could not have had a better experience throughout these surgeries and it has renewed my trust in medical professionals.

The doctor was 8 mins late *(with no apology for the late running( and them seemed to have a different idea of why i was there to me - he thought he was just assessing skin tags rather than removing - and then said he didnt have time to remove them - yet he was the one running late. I will come for the follow up but after that will never use this practice again.

I have visited Centennial Medical practice a few times over the years and staff are always SO reassuring and very professional. From regular GP appointments, to having a small procedure they are always so kind and caring, and all the GPs make sure you feel comfortable and at ease.
