The doctor has been fantastic as always. Im fully satisfied with his consultation. The operation outside the consultation was the challenge for a patient. After the consultation I was instructed to go to the reception and wait. I was waiting in the reception from around 19:15. A few other patients there were all called and gone and I was alone in the reception area when the receptionist finally spotted on me around 19:50, asking me if I was waiting for a consultation. I reminded them that that I had already finished it and waiting for the next step. They found in the system that they needed to make an appointment for ultrasound and injection for me. On the ultrasound and injection date. The appointment was 11:00. I arrived at 10:45 as your hospital request to the patient and started waiting. At 10:55, staff told me that the entrance area of the ultrasound treatment room had an urgent repaired work in progress and asked me to wait for 15 mins. The staff came over again telling me that it would be pushed back to 11:30.. At 11:35, I was finally invited for the ultrasound. All the staff were friendly, very apologetic and sympathetic. I just wanted to share that there was room for the operational improvement. Thank you for your service.

He took the time to explain everything in great detail therefore I had no hesitation in proceeding with the suggested hysterectomy as I knew I was in safe hands. I started this journey with the NHS whose consultant couldn't have been more rude and dismissive if he had tried! Although I resent having to seek private treatment I had no option but to part with our hard earned savings otherwise I would still be living with excruciating pain and discomfort for years to come! ADOS 2 Assessment and Autism coaching. After trying to get my adult autism assessment on NHS, I approached London Trusted Therapy to speed my diagnosis. I was very impressed by the professionalism of their staff: from the first moment I contacted them and spoke to Sofi, who took care of onboarding and scheduling, to expert guidance and support through evaluation process and ADOS 2 conducted by Dr Olena. I would recommend London Trusted Therapy to anyone looking for adult autism assessment without a long wait. I have also just started my autism therapeutic coaching with London Trusted Therapy as I was so impressive by how they conducted the diagnostic process. I am very impressed with my coach Becky.

Professor Miranda made me feel at ease as soon as we met for the first time. He looked at the problem with my hand and explained that it was something called Dupuytrens Constriction and that it was possible to improve my hand shape by an operation. He explained in detail the procedure for an operation which I then agreed to. All went well a now 2 months after the operation and with the necessary physiotherapist, the finger that was bent is now straight and not giving me pain any more. I would recommend anyone to Professor Miranda for any surgery required on their hands. He was kind, understanding and had a sense of humour, my whole experience was made easy by his demeanour.

I contacted my NHS GP after developing an acute medical problem but was not offered an appointment or even the opportunity to speak with a GP. Loughvuew had be recommended to me by a friend and I had no trouble getting an appointment quickly. The reception staff were very welcoming and I was seen on time. The GP was very professional but also very open and friendly and I found it very easy to talk to him. He took a thorough history and did a full examination before explaining his diagnosis and proposed treatment plan. Overall I was very happy with the consultation and would thoroughly recommend Loughview to anyone seeking high quality, compassionate medical care.

Our 7-year-old daughter had to go through surgery to repair a hole in her eardrum, and from the first visit to the last (just had the all clear on her successful operation), Mr Manjaly was exceptional. He guided us through the various options ahead of the procedure, including the potential implications and challenges. Still, he was also clear and reassuring about what he would do and what he expected as an outcome. All in all, he and his team were fantastic with our daughter’s experience, which was so good that she was never fearful of the operation or recovery. We couldn’t thank him enough for what he has done for us and would highly recommend him.

The administrative processes are not always easy to naviagate but the staff at the hospital are professional and helpful. Staff on reception seem well briefed on what information is needed from patients. Clinical staff - both on the wards and in the CT scanning teams were professional and reassuring. It would be useful - for people accompanying a patient for a procedure - to have some information about facilities available to them. I was at the hospital for 12 hours and the only way to get something to eat was to go out of the hopsital to buy it. It would have been helpful to have some catering available on site - if only by machine.

Initial consultation with Ms Moon to hopefully diagnose and later treat the pain in my left hand. She examined me, read an existing X-ray report and identified two possible causes. She wants an Ultrasound scan to help with diagnosis. She was very clear and professional at explaining the mechanics of my problem and hopefully will give a diagnosis and possible treatment at my follow-up consultation.

I received shoulder surgery and was able to be discharged the same day. All of the nursing staff were friendly and informative, the physio treatment and advice was informative. All the staff I came across were very friendly. I especially enjoyed the roast dinner which was hot when served (a new experience).
