Review for Podiatrist Consultant Liam Stapleton I have been a patient of Liam Stapleton for several years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Liam is consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely thorough. He always takes the time to listen carefully, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you fully understand both the problem and the treatment options. What really sets him apart is how deeply he thinks about each case rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. He looks at issues from multiple angles, not just the painful area itself. He considers overall functionality, gait, posture, and the geometry of movement, and how all of these interact and impact the body. This holistic and biomechanical approach has made a huge difference to my outcomes over the years. You never feel rushed, dismissed, or treated like a number. My most recent visit was a post-surgery appointment. The purpose was to assess my progress and to provide advice and , in my case, a lot of reassurance that I will make a full recovery. Everything went well. Mr. Ibrahim was very factual and reassuring. I left the appointment feeling less stressed, confident that I will return to my being very active. My overall experience under Mr.Ibrahim's care has been positively memorable. He is very professional, calm, friendly and knowledgable. His support team is excellent! Amira was my contact. She was friendly, professional and pretty much perfect. She moved heaven and earth to ensure everything was in place pre and post - surgery. Dealing with Mr. Ibrahim and Amira has been an absolute pleasure.

Having been to several medical professionals in my life, I can honestly say the care provided by Dr Katie Cowie is exceptional. She has a great bedside manner, there is no judgement and she is, very knowledgable and understanding. Personably speaking, I would now always consult her on my journey through peri-menopause and beyond. She is well worth the cost for such excellent one to one care. I also see her for weight loss and again, for anyone contemplating medical assisted weight loss, I would always recommend going through someone like Dr Cowie. The assistance she provides with her vast knowledge on the subject is invaluable. I’m so grateful to have met her. and I recommend her to everyone I know going through any women’s health issues.

I was treated extremely kindly and it made such a difference. Everyone who works there deserves a massive thank you. I didn’t feel judged, not once. Respectful, polite and friendly and very, very prepared. I felt that I was in safe hands and I really appreciated all the security protocols. My only suggestion to make things even better, would be to have an indoor waiting area available for clients who are asked to arrive at 7am. It was not much fun waiting in the dark, in the rain, in the cold to be let in for 20 odd minutes. But as soon as that hurdle was overcome, everything went so well and a lot of that was because of the efforts of the team. They’re great. I really loved my sandwich too!

Hugest thanks to Dr Onur Gilleard for removing the cyst like lump on my face - he is an incredible highly skilled Plastic surgeon - the procedure was pain free, very quick and I couldn't believe how neat and small the incision and stitches were which are healing beautifully. It was only a week ago however I have absolutely no doubt that there will be minimal scarring due to his expertise. Dr Gilleard and the nurse were incredibly kind and caring and totally put me at ease. Would totally recommend to anyone.

This was a follow up after an intial appointment 6 months ago which was a negative experience, I was however sent for an MRI without much hope of help in the future.just more pain! Attended MRI mistakenly procedure was for the wrong foot. Persuaded the Radiographer to do other one she did however take the affected foot, proving severe arthritis exists in my foot. Distressed to get result yesterday and would have liked a definite follow up appointment not just I think will be seeing you in the future

He carried out my balance testing explaining each one in detail which I really appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my queries . He was so thorough and guided me throughout the examinations. His manner is impeccable . By far one of the nicest professional I have come crossed in some time. Mr Saravelos and his team made us feel at such ease for our Frozen Embryo Transfer. He was so patient and helped talk through the procedure in a way I could understand. He kept me calm through the procedure, which previously have been a really painful experience for him. The Nurse Raj was also great and helpful and managed to get all our prescriptions done before the transfer so we didn’t have to wait around. Really great time and brilliant experience.

Everything was good but the house keeper was rude . when i came to the building i don’t know which button to press and there was board (if you have any issue you can contact house keeper . I press that button and i told him i have medical appointment he was like do you appointment with me ,he was so rude . He could simply say that press number 15 thats it . But my experience with doctors and other staff was excellent.
