Dr Anoop Shetty and his team at the London Bridge clinic and hospital can be highly recommended to deal expertly with the investigation, treatment and surgical management of abnormal heart rhythms. In his clinic there was plenty of time to discuss and ask questions about atrial fibrillation, the need for blood thinning medication and the potential benefits and risks associated with ablation surgery. You can expect to wear a heart monitor for a few days with a review of the findings. In my case an additional problem of heart block was identified requiring the surgical insertion of a pacemaker. Whilst in hospital in your own room every member of staff did their job in a very professional, reassuring and friendly manner. Follow-up was equally as thorough ensuring no questions remained unanswered.

This is the second operation I have had in less than a year under his care. .Both before and after my recent foot surgery my care has been excellent at every step. My daughter has had cataract surgery on both eyes on the 21st January 2026 everything went according to what we were told the whole surgery went well she was very pleased with the procedure. I would just like to say Marie who was her nurse was brilliant, she was very caring, put my daughter at ease all the time, she was there all the time and answered all the questions we had and was always available on the phone . I would just like to say that I am really grateful to have had Mr Mohan as my surgeon. I feel blessed as he has been so understanding, kind and never puts pressure on when having a discussion. Different time slots and sessions or more flexibility. Clearer communication between services and funders. Digital timetable, links and resources could benefit from being clearer/more easy to find. Mixed bag of staff, although the weaker ones did go quite quickly it still felt as though I was a bit of a guinea pig and didn't get as much from those sessions. Core team very caring, compassionate and supportive. Environment is an downside, a shared office building is not the best setting.

I took my 14 yr old, slightly awkward son to see Mr Buddhev recently and he was fantastic with him. Mr Buddhev put Jonathan at ease and spoke directly to him in language that he could understand. I had an appointment on Monday 12th January , however this had to be cancelled as Dr was sick, was able to get an appointment for the Tuesday 13th, suited perfect, also at the appointment was determined that I needed my bloods done, was able to come back in Wednesday morning at 9am to get done, was told the results would be a week to then call back and prescription could be issued, I don’t have to do this , within the week prescription was emailed to me.

Whilst all staff were friendly and professional from the reception staff to the dentist. My appointment was 10 o'clock but I was not seen until 10:25 without any courteous apology or advise of the delay until I was in with the dentist. I appreciate that delays can happens with the treatment of the customers before me but a courteous apology and advice of the estimated wait would have been appreciated as my car was parked in a pay and display area.

Always very friendly, attentive, a well-stocked childrens waiting room. On this latest visit we did have a slightly bizzare situation where we arrived, were checked in, weighed and measured, and put into the waiting room. We then received a phonecall - from the next room - explaining that we were late for our appointment. They were very embarrassed and there was no harm at all. Funny though!

Great treatment for my sudden Dupuytrens following surgery on each wrist. I had improvement on my left hand three years ago and now the same with my right hand which was quite a bit worse. Would definitely recommend this radiotherapy. Already my palm is less bumpy, my fingers less stiff and I expect further improvement as the weeks pass
