He explained what was happening at each stage of my recovery, what the expected outcomes were, and made me feel genuinely supported throughout. His communication was outstanding, and I always felt listened to and cared for. The recovery itself has been the best I’ve ever experienced, and the improvement to my quality of life has been remarkable. I am incredibly grateful for his skill, expertise, and compassion. He is truly exceptional at what he does, and I feel so fortunate to have been under his care. ADOS 2 Assessment and Autism coaching. After trying to get my adult autism assessment on NHS, I approached London Trusted Therapy to speed my diagnosis. I was very impressed by the professionalism of their staff: from the first moment I contacted them and spoke to Sofi, who took care of onboarding and scheduling, to expert guidance and support through evaluation process and ADOS 2 conducted by Dr Olena. I would recommend London Trusted Therapy to anyone looking for adult autism assessment without a long wait. I have also just started my autism therapeutic coaching with London Trusted Therapy as I was so impressive by how they conducted the diagnostic process. I am very impressed with my coach Becky.

After suffering the effects of a prolapse for close to two years with no imminent signs of a resolution on the NHS, I opted to visit Mr. Revicky at Ross Hall Clinic, who offered an immediate solution for the medium/long term that was dealt with there and then, ending my pain and discomfort at very minimal cost. Since having the painless procedure carried out, I have suffered no further issues and am now pain-free and sleeping much better. Mr Revicky explained the options to me in a very clear and professional way and I am much indebted to him for his considerable help with my problem.

My appointment was arranged just the day before - rarely have to wait for long. Zachary the audiologist was new to me, but every bit as likeable, knowledgable and engaged as every other audiologist I've had the pleasure to consult with at Harley St Hearing. He really listened to, and answered clearly and thoroughly to every question. He found a less mainstream solution ("Frequency Lowering or compression "), to a nuanced hearing issue I have, which he suggested we tried, and delighted to say it worked extremely well in my case. I can't recommend this practice enough!

I’d definitely recommend your clinic but was a little disappointed today by the lack of sympathy from the sonographers when I went for my 6 week 4 day scan. I explained that the pregnancy wasn’t viable (I’d had a blood test at your clinic on Saturday and learn by HCG only increased 8% in 48 hrs) and this would be my third miscarriage in 12 months from my IVF pregnancies and I didn’t receive any shock or sympathy for this. It wasn’t a big deal but if the practice wants to be even better some additional warmth and sympathy would go a long way.

I had a part knee replacement and the staff were really caring and polite . I couldn’t fault them in fact I would trust them 100% and I don’t trust nobody but the staff were truly amazing . A big Thank you to Mr Patel truly amazing gentlemen and the aneasathetist wow I didn’t feel any needles top people. All I can say is I would highly recommend this hospital the service was amazing. The staff that looked after you couldn’t do enough for you . The place was spotless and the best part of it all you were respected as a person

I waited longer than usual for my appointment but Mr Sharma was very apologetic. He examined and more importantly listened to me about my concerns. The follow up letter arrived promptly so action could be taken. He gave me a referral for an appointment to have steroid injection which I obtained within 24 hrs. Sadly the referral letter had a couple of mistakes but these were rectified very quickly. Very impressed with the process and we are all individuals so mistakes can happen.

From being referred by someone who knows him well, I was predisposed to like him and respect his expertise, but hadn't expected to find such a a courteous, thoughtful, kind man who engaged with every aspect of me as a patient. The 2 and half hour waiting time for a 5-minute test was severely dissatisfying. The endoscope tube was much too thick, thicker than it is necessary perhaps. Nowadays the medical technology is much advanced and I truly believe a thinner tube can do the job sufficiently as well as improving patient comfort.
