This whole experience has been rubbish. One of the questions asked if I had ever had polyps, which I had but 15 years ago, and because I clicked yes, recommended me as not suitable for screening...a lot can happen in 15 years, and it didn't ask me how long ago it was. The form was clunky to use and complete. In the results letter it said if I still wanted screening despite my results, to go to my results page. However when I went to that page it gave no options to select screening. It showed a Submit button on the results page, but would not let me proceed as I had not selected a service, however there were no services to select. The results letter gave me a link asking for feedback, either a quick survey or a detailed survey. When I clicked the detailed one it came up with an Error404 message. When I clicked the quick survey, it asked me questions about recent visits, were the staff friendly, was the practice clean etc, instead of asking any questions about my experience with the recent cancer screening survey...they were completely irrelevant.

Professor Plaha is an incredibly rare human being. Within 24 hours of my MRI scan being sent to him, he took responsibility for my care. The subsequent week, he met with me and guided me through my condition with a clear prognosis and a plan for treatment. He referred me onwards to other neurologists who were able to adapt my medication accordingly to ensure pre-operative stability. Along with his expert team, he operated to resect my tumour in a highly sensitive location with precision and success. He followed up after surgery with histology results and I have recently met with him at GenesisCare in Oxford, which promptly took place after my 3 month post operative MRI scan. In clinic, and as always - he exuded true warmth, humility, professionalism and integrity. He is a true specialist in his field and I am gracious to be under his care. Where anyone is looking for a true expert in his field in difficult and challenging circumstances, you must go no further.

I had LASIK surgery with Allon Barsam yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My vision feels unbelievably clear, almost like seeing through the eyes of a superhero. Allon guided me through every step of the procedure as it was happening, which made the entire experience feel calm, safe, and reassuring. The surgery was genuinely painless; there was one brief moment of discomfort that lasted no more than 10 seconds, and he calmly counted down the seconds so I knew exactly what to expect. My eyes stung a little afterwards, but after a short nap I woke up feeling completely fine. If you’re considering laser eye surgery, I can’t recommend it highly enough. Una is the best dentist you can find in London. She builds a truly personal relationship with her patients because she genuinely cares. From the moment you walk in, you feel safe in her hands. She is incredibly gentle and patient, and if you have any dental anxiety, she makes it completely disappear. She is also my 6-year-old son’s dentist, and she is the only one who has ever managed to get him comfortably into the dental chair with his mouth open. She is absolutely wonderful with children. Una is highly educated, very experienced, and trained to the latest standards. I did not have a great experience at my consultation with Dr Ramia Mokbel. The consultation was very rushed- 10 minutes, then I was passed on to talk with a nurse ( speak to the nurse for a £300 consultation!!!!) , as Dr Mokbrl was rushing between patients in various rooms. Dr Mokbel was not keen on history taking, I felt she was dismissive of whatever I was saying and she did not even have a close look at my skin ; but just from across her desk. Dr Mokbel only recommended a treatment costing over £2000, which I was later warned that it is CONTRAINDICATED for me as I have Aspitin ( salicylates) allergy!! I was never sent any cliic lettr or written plan after my consultation. Definetly would not recommend Dr Mokbel to others.

I have been a patient of Dr Rahman for over 20 years. He always takes time to see one and one never feels rushed. He explain's your condition and treatment. Although I have seen Dr Rahman due to a respiratory condition he takes a holistic approach and has saved my life when I had kidney failure and a rare auto immune illness. I have the utmost respect for Dr Rahman and have been so lucky to have him treat me. I would highly recommend Dr Rahman to anyone. I should also add his PA Emma is also exceptional and she has helped me dealing with hospitals and my medical insurers.

Treatment was prescribed promptly in anticipation of a potentially serious issue, with careful and attentive follow-up, and an appropriate referral arranged swiftly. The doctor listened closely, showed genuine empathy, and took time to understand how the symptoms were affecting overall wellbeing. There was no sense of being rushed, and everything was explained clearly and calmly. Overall, Deben delivered a supportive, patient-centred experience - calm, kind, and reassuring from start to finish.
