There was a massive time delay in getting my discharge letter/documents After lots of emails to Binley and Coventry ( possibly some to “ differing addresses “ , I admit ) phone calls ( no call backs as promised) I eventually received an email from Binley with the discharge document attached IT WAS WRONG ! I have asked for another ACCURATE letter I feel “ a look into “ your ADMINISTRATIVE SYSTEMS should be immediately undertaken Angela said she would “ close my file “ , perhaps a shade early considering the happenings By the way your documentation quotes a 15 minute walk from Coventry Railway station to your Binley site …..,…… MORE LIKE AN HOUR ! Dr Kapur was incredibly informative and really gave my daughter a full understanding of the products being prescribed, why they were being prescribed, how they worked, what to avoid and how she should manage her skin regime going forward. We left feeling far more educated on dermatology especially in relation to teenage hormonal skin. The products she advised were inexpensive and the routine she now has to follow far easier to manage. It was a scary decision for her (first time having surgery which was not without its risks) but Mr Van Wyk was amazing all round..patient, kind, explained everything very clearly and reassured us at the same time. Post surgery we could even call him at home if we needed help or were worried about anything.

It was average. £380 for a 30 min appointment in a Knightsbridge mansion... Disappointing not to be offered any water or tea/coffee whilst waiting and being told to arrive 30 minutes before. Was expecting a high-end service. Felt very basic and outdated, but I cannot fault the clinical service and everyone was friendly. Just feels like a complete rip-off and completely out of proportion cost.

Before the operation I was unable to put sock on my left foot with movements reatricted so much. Pain before hand was bad and required to take pain killers after running. This is about six weeks and now I can put my socks on. I am looking forward to running gain. For those who are thinking of having hip done - don't think twice, just get it done.

Shoulder surgery, acj repair, told to be there at 9am with a 10am start. Surgeon and anesthetist didn't show until 1120, surgery was at 1230. No explanation or apology was given. Since I'm a type 1 diabetic this was especially stressful. It's lucky I'm able to control my blood sugars or I could've been in danger, or had to cancel the surgery.

Really good smooth visit. They struggled to get blood but I had drank nothing due to the instructions in the letter saying small amount of food and drink eg tea and toast. Clearer more personal instructions would have perhaps prevented this.
