Waited for a while to be seen. Once seen, there was a feeling of being rushed and getting the consultation over with which was so dissapointing and not something I was expecting, after waiting for over a month for the session. I kept asking questions and follow up questions to keep the session going, but got basic and unsatisfactory answers. I have heard of other consultations lasting at least 40min from friends and family but I got barely half of that, after getting the impression the Doctor wanted me gone. The most shocking part of the consultation was the Googling of my symptons and condition and reading out advice found on the internet. How is that acceptable from a paid service? I can research and Google my symptons myself which I have already done and a Doctor searching for answers so obviously, was shocking to see, especially from someone who is meant to be a professional in their field. So dissapointing and such a waste of money. I feel cheated and the medicine given to me on prescription was the second choice after me protesting that prescribing medicine shown in Google results and stuff I have tried already is not going to work. I was hoping for professional advice and recommendations, sadly I never got that. Just verbal internet results. Even the medicine proscribed can be bought over the counter without a prescription. A waste of a trip, so dissapointing.

I cannot recommend Mariah, Bradley, Koushiki, and Dr. Sarkhel enough. From the very first session, they made me feel welcomed, understood, and completely supported. They went out of their way to accommodate my full-time job and parental responsibilities, which made a huge difference and took so much stress off my shoulders. Every session, they made sure I was comfortable and cared for, creating a safe and compassionate space where I felt able to be honest about my struggles. Their kindness, patience, and genuine empathy were evident in every interaction, and it was clear that my wellbeing was their top priority. What also made my experience truly special was the opportunity to have thoughtful, intellectual conversations about the clinical and therapeutic field. As an aspiring psychologist myself, I found these discussions incredibly enriching and inspiring, giving me new perspectives and insights that went far beyond my treatment. Mr Calleja is absolutely superb. I found him to be extremely professional with a calm, caring manner. He explained everything clearly and concisely, and his explanations and the information given were so thorough that all my questions were answered without me having to ask them. I left the consultation feeling confident and reassured. He had taken the time to read my notes before I went in to see him so was completely up to date with my health situation and therefore able to focus directly on me. It was beyond amazing to have a consultant sitting face to face talking to me, not at me, and not focused on a computer screen. He was running slightly late, which apparently is because he gives patients as much time as is needed - a refreshing change. I cannot praise Mr Calleja highly enough and I can thoroughly recommend him without hesitation.

I recently attended Spire Little Aston for a follow up with Mr Balega after my hysterectomy in June. As always Mr Balega was wonderful, I feel very fortunate despite my diagnosis to have Mr Balega looking after me. His bedside manner is incredible, he is so kind, patient, understanding and always has time to explain everything and answer any questions. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and such a lovely person too, I cannot thank him enough for everything that he has done for me so far.

Everyone was very friendly, helpful and consoling when things didn’t go quite how I had hoped. . Having been given a date for the operation very soon after my initial visit to see the surgeon, it was held up by blood test results and the op had to be postponed. Otherwise everything else seemed to go smoothly. I am very pleased that persevering with the exercises in the early stages when my knee was really hurting, has paid off. My walking has certainly improved greatly.

I’m a very nervous patient and the treatment I received from the dentist was horrible, made me feel really bad about my teeth and didn’t care about how I felt about not being able to eat if I had my teeth out that she wanted to remove ,then have a 3 month wait for dentures so in the meantime I’d not be able to eat, then wanted to deep clean one tooth when she knows it’s taken me 6 months to organise a deep clean as I’m extremely nervous. Mr Ahmad’s skill and expertise with robotic surgery was incredible. My gallbladder was completely disintegrated having been perforated by a large gallstone resulting in parts being adhered to my duodenum. Somehow he managed to remove almost everything in a very challenging operation.
