I had my surgery on Tuesday and all the nurses were amazing, they took care of me helped me prepare myself for the surgery and then the after care was also amazing. The nurses came in every 10 minutes to check if I was ok, if I needed any food or water, or simply help me to the toilet. They stayed right to the end until I left. Thank u so much to all the nurses that cared for me that day. The room was very clean. My doctor, Dr Kelvin Chong was the best, he listened to what I wanted, advised me for the best option for me. He made me feel comfortable which was what I felt I needed as the surgery was very personal and I needed to feel safe which Dr Chong made me feel. He stayed until I was fit enough to go home. My experience here at One Stop Healthcare was just perfect.

I can’t thank Mr Devalia and his team enough having had a breast reduction on the 24th January. From the initial meeting he explained things clearly and managed my expectations. His manner is lovely and reassuring. He even met me at the theatre door when I went down to theatre to reassure me as I was nervous. The aftercare from the team on the ward was great and nothing too much trouble. Jess was great at changing my dressings in out patients and answered my questions. They work as a team to ensure everything is covered. I would highly recommend. If I had to do it again - there is only one choice Mr Devalia.

Much time was taken up by being told things I already know I didn't feel heard . To be fair I didn't say unambiguously upfront what I wanted, a prescription for raloxifene which is the only treatment I'm interested in trying, having thoroughly researched this with information from the ROS and discussion with my GP who is aware of my overall health and medical conditions. I had however checked in advance that raloxifene was something Dr Dubois would consider prescribing. She did not tell until the end of the consultation that she has never prescribed it.

From my first outpatient appointment, the administrative staff were efficient, welcoming and well organised, making the process smooth and stress free. On the day of surgery, the ward staff were kind, professional and incredibly reassuring, ensuring I felt comfortable and fully informed throughout. Everything ran to time and I felt genuinely cared for at every stage. The high standard of teamwork and communication complemented Mr Gudsoorkar’s excellent surgical care and made the whole experience outstanding.

My second visit to Clinic and Dr James Thing. This time for issues with ankle. Dr Thing asked questions regarding the ankle and a few exercises to ascertain problem areas and carried out ultra sound and explained this to me. Best option forward was injection which was pain free and advice on what to watch out for etc. Also recommended a follow up with podiatrist at portobello too. Great service for start to finish special mention to Luvena who was most helpful and professional.

Came for a pre op, lovely staff and lovely pre op Nurse, however I was sent for bloods, I wasn’t asked if a trainee could take them, she tried twice which was painful, before the nurse then took them on the third go in my other arm. Totally understand the need for training however, I had made it known that I hated needles and was not a good person to practice on, I unfortunately got up feeling very dizzy and sick, which for me was unnecessary.

Highly recommended clinic for anyone with a busy schedule. The booking system was amazing very professional and accommodating and I received SMS reminder before my visits. I was seen exactly on time and Mr Ayoubi took his time to listen to me and answered all my questions. I went ahead with the CO2 laser treatment 2 weeks after. Now it’s been a month since the treatment and I am super happy with the result.
