Phoned was very pleased got an appointment very very quickly was very pleased .great friendly staff x surgeon was very nice man was pleased am now on the NHS waiting list to at least get one of my hips replaced.i have worked all my life since I’ve been 16 yr of age my left hip is bone on bone .i have been throu cancer but because am on morphine to help kill pain I had to come off my cancer tablets can’t sleep at night my physio says my hip is the worst he has ever seen . I wd even take a cancellation. I can’t hardly walk far sit to cook can’t do much house work . I have went from someone that used to walk 6 miles a day going to work every day x night to having to retire from my work loved I worked for Musgrave centra x they have been very gd to me . Am on blood pressure tablets but everytime they take my blood pressure am ok . Anyway thank u for yr time I wd just love to get my life back to normal . Thank u 🙏

It really was 5 out of 5 Stars, appointment. Monday 20th Oct 2020 Reception staff have endless patience and good manners dealing with the more demanding. Offered tea or coffee and don't underestimate what a cup of tea can do to calm down someone more demanding. Gave appointment time 5 stars as yes consultations running a bit late but told my receptionist and had worked it out myself as my view is always someone else needs that extra time. Actual consultation was brilliant as have been through a lot this past year and really was listened to and asked all the right questions with follow up action above and beyond. I really can't fault any of the staff I met or talked to and waiting felt comfortable and saw other staff giving the same standard of care and consideration. A simple thing but a smile goes a long way & they had them, many thanks to all.

Generally my experience was positive. The exceptions were the pre -op appointment when I was left waiting and then felt the nurse was patronising. I also decided not to stay in after my operation as I was left without pain relief. I asked for some about 5 hours after the procedure and they agreed it but left me without it and my husband had to chase it. The pharmacy team visited me within a few hours and left a bag of medicines but offered no guidance. Otherwise, everything else was really good. The reception team have always been friendly and helpful. The male nurse who prepared me for the operation was absolutely lovely as were the anaesthetic team. The physiotherapist gave me lots of very helpful information and visited me a couple of times. Her care was excellent. My Consultant was fantastic.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had some issues with the online portal specifically in relation to forms it was unclear what forms we needed to complete. We were coming for a couples fertility not however there was a form called egg reserve which at the very beginning asks what you would like to happen with your eggs. As we weren't doing ivf we didnt complete this form only to be notifed much later that we needed to but ignore that question. Would be better if this form was renamed and the questions reworded. The system also continues to email me daily stating that I have outstanding tasks when I have completely everything and asked to be no longer notified.

My journey with Moorgate Andrology started in may of this year 2025 , the full works basically, length & girth & scrotalplasty and penile anchoring, i choose the surgery route for girth and its more permanant than fillers , fantastic results no issues fully recovered , recent zoom meeting with David mills and Dr Djakovic and early next year surgery for circumsion & extra girth , thank you to all the moorgate team , Dr Nenad Djakovic a expert in penile surgery , thanks to David , Scarlett, pauline , Debra , one last thing Harley street London where my surgery was performed is Top class , thank you .

I recently had a partial knee replacement as advised by my consultant rather than a full knee replacement. At first I was apprehensive about only receiving a partial, however with the reassurance and guidance of Dr Bhattacharyya I opted for this option. On reflection I am glad to have only had the partial as I have had a great recovery experience and back to full mobility and movement within 6 weeks post op. My wound has healed nicely and I am delighted with all my follow up. With his expertise and good bed side manner I have overall had a very positive experience.

I had attended the appointment with orthopedist... Im absolutely satisfy. He had confirmed what I was thinking it may he wrong. I had excellent explanations and given options how to deal with my issue. I got referred further to do some scans. I definitely recommend to use all services available. Im a returning patient and can not fault it at all. Of course its private and expensive but you owe to see a doctor fave to fave and you get personal centred one to one help. Short time! Via NHS it would be cheep but minimum 6 months waiting. Best customer service.

Besides confirming I had not torn my Achilles tendon the Specialist gave me virtually no information. He sent me for an MRI which I now hear from my brother a retired Radiologist and the physios should really have been a ultrasound X-ray which is the gold standard for tendon and muscle injuries. I was not told what exercise to do, whether I should rest the leg. nothing I am very disappointed. they are quick to charge but just not up to scratch to be honest

This supportive and understanding care continuing through regular checks and reviews so that our sons medication was adapted in accordance with his educational needs. Our only upset being that once our son became an adult he could no longer be cared for by Dr Bester.

Miss Tressa Amirthanayagam gave me a clear explanation of my damaged right shoulder which will eventually mean considering major surgery due to loss of muscle and general arthritic damage. . I hope to be able to soldier on for now but accept that eventually surgery will be the solution. I found that Tressa gave me the rather bad diagnosis in a kindly manner.
