I've been seeing Erin at PSM since March 2025 - she is by far the best physio I’ve ever worked with. When first starting treatment, I had no idea of what was wrong – just a feeling of being ‘uneven’. By November, I’m pain-free and have a far better understanding of my body and how to look after myself for years to come. I was referred to Erin by another member of staff at PSM clinic who said she was one of the best – and they were absolutely right. From the start, she took the time to understand how I was feeling, carried out detailed tests, and quickly identified the root of the issue. Over the past six months, we’ve worked together to strengthen my shoulders and back through a tailored mix of gym and mobility exercises. Erin has gone above and beyond to adapt my programme as I’ve progressed, and I genuinely feel the difference. Whilst Erin was on holiday, she arranged cover with Cam, who was brilliant at answering my questions and fine-tuning my programme – his knowledge was greatly appreciated. The wider PSM team, including Morgan and Ellie, have also been fantastic – always welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful, especially with my medical insurance.

I had the most wonderful experience with Dr Sotiris who looked after me for my c-section. From the moment we met him, I felt fully reassured that I am in the best hands. He has the most calming and gentle approach and I felt that he cared deeply about my wellbeing during and after the procedure. He explained in details what to expect prior, during and after the surgery which provided me with lots of reassurance. I also really appreciated that he came and visited me the next day to check on me and make sure that I am recovering okay. Next to his outstanding medical skills, he is also an excellent photo/videographer :) who captured long lasting memories for us during the birth of our baby. His actionable balanced guidance was easy to understand; including steps for diagnosis, potential treatable actions that may be required; including on how best to manage my symptoms with a holistic approach and being proactive. Prof Tony Kochhar grasped my future needs as I am proactive rather than reactive person and he focused on solutions with me to make positive changes. He is also in tune with ethnicity and linked with possible causation on musclo- skeletal problems. For this I’m very grateful. I’m very impressed and I definitely recommend Prof Tony Kochhar for any one who suffers with shoulder issues or any musculoskeletal-skeletal problems.

As a family our experience of Luxe Psychology Practice has been excellent. Jade developed instant rapport with my daughter who initially needed help for separation anxiety. My daughter really engaged with Jade during her weekly sessions and we were able to apply a number of practical coping strategies that were child friendly. Jade was able to put my daughter at ease and make the sessions both fun and practical whilst teaching emotional regulation strategies. Over the course of my daughter’s sessions Jade has always been professional, supportive and has always made to time to ensure we as parents know exactly how we can best support our child. I would highly recommend Jade and Luxe Psychology Practice.

I saw Dr Eleanor Beddoe today for the first time as I usually see Dr Alice Scott. I would like to say that the level of service was exemplary. Dr Eleanor is every bit as warm, friendly and approachable as Dr Alice. Super understanding and very clear in their explanations of proposed treatments. I am absolutely delighted with EPD, I do recommend the HRT clinic to all my friends- even though it might make it slightly more difficult to get an appt- but now I just rebook for the next time, so it's perfect. It's incredibly annoying that not everyone can afford access to such great care, I just feel fortunate I am able to. Thanks so much for the wonderful job your team do.

Fit2function is the best physio clinic I have visited. As a sportsman, physio is an important part of my routine for both rehab and prehab. Many of the clinics I have attended don’t accommodate sports and return to play. My experience at Fit2function was great. I saw Harrison, who is an ex athlete and understood my needs well. The equipment is modern and top of the range, and the philosophy is very aligned to returning to sport and having the best possible outcome. I would highly recommend them.

I had a raised spot on my arm which was diagnosed as actinic keratosis- precancerous cells. GP recommend cream but didn’t want to use due to side effects. Dr Gupta was very professional and had a very caring and kind disposition. She used cryotherapy on the area which was only mildly uncomfortable for a few seconds and then checked the rest of my body for me. Thoroughly recommend and have booked my husband for a body check! Thank you ☺️
