Mum was almost blind wearing really thick glasses, and couldn't see at all without them. She had a few complications with her eyes but Dr Stewart and team endeavoured to give her as much sight back as possible, even if just slight. After her cataracts surgery on the 'good' eye, she is like a new woman. At nearly 78yrs old, mum doesn't need to wear her glasses for the first time since she was young. She can see clearer and further away. Close up is still difficult but we trust that after both eyes are done, and potentially glasses again with alot less prescription, she will be able to see so much better. She's had no pain or anything. The drs were brilliant and we can't thank them enough. This is the best thing to have happened to mum who was petrified to get her eyes done. She says he is the best Dr I have ever seen and I'm so happy.

I was a bit nervous on this surgery because of other people’s stories but my experience was so smooth! Everyone was lovely and explained it so clearly to me, the surgery was so quick and I’m barely in any discomfort, and more importantly during the surgery Mr Adeel made sure to watch my teeth (veneers) which was a lovely touch as working in that area both the surgeon and anaesthesiologist it’s very difficult I can imagine! But to still take the time to be careful around them which was another worry of mine so all round cannot fault the surgery or the entire experience. Thank you Mr Adeel and the team for looking after me so well!!

I was extremely nervous having had a bad cataract surgery experience previously. However the staff went out of the way to make me feel comfortable, with a particular shout out to Bruce who was calm, funny, knowledgeable and held my hand throughout the procedure. Mr Ainsworth was warm and kind, it was good to meet him before the surgery. The whole procedure was explained and was over so quickly. It was a very personalised experience and my recovery has been quick and straightforward. I cannot recommend Newmedica highly enough, particularly for nervous patients.

Appointment on 31/01/2026- 1. Poor mobile network at the reception area, irrespective of mobile network provider. 2. Staff at reception does not know who visitors can log to use wi-fi. In my case I need wifi to access BUPA app to provide treatment authorisation code. I had to walk outside in the rain to be able to get network. 3. Staff at reception gave the wrong consultation room. 4. Waited past appointment time and when back to query. Told appointment at a different consultation room. Always had issues at reception

Dr. Goel was very knowledgeable and gave me advice that I wasn't expecting, and she made it make sense so I am pleased with the plan she's put in place. I only wish that I had gone to see her before I wasted my time at Randox; the information I was given before I met her was not correct, and worried me unnecessarily. Thank you very much.

I was delighted to get an appointment with Professor Anand Saggar as he is an expert in hEDS. I travelled from Ireland to see him. He was professional and courteous. He was knowledgable but explained everything clearly. He ensured that I could ask any questions I wanted. Before a physical examination he asked if i wanted a chaperone. I have seen many consultants in the past two years and I can say that I was highly impressed by my visist with Dr Sagar.

Diverse Minds Clinic provided me with an excellent experience. Dr. Cappai, the consultant, has extensive experience and has diagnosed me with ASD and ADHD. It was a challenging and time-consuming assessment, but Dr. Cappai and the team at Diverse Minds Clinic were quite helpful in completing out the documents. The rooms are comfortable and the location is very nice. I cannot recommend enough!!!!

But I must say everyone was very nice and friendly and made the delay bearable. . It’s not clear where the private department is (or any other) as no reception desk at hospital entrance (only a security man on other duties). When in 2nd floor private area do not expect trappings of luxury or flashy equipment. You do get kindness, attentiveness and skill and efficiency. Came out with problem fixed. No cafe.
