I met Professor Ben Miranda at the Spire Wellesley hospital in Essex. He was very approachable and I felt comfortable explaining my condition to him. He showed genuine interest and we discussed my options. I was booked in for surgery very quickly and the communication from his office was prompt and concise. On the day of surgery I felt completely at ease. We discussed the procedure again and I was excited to start! We chatted throughout the procedure, it all felt very calm. Before I left the hospital, I knew about the aftercare, what to expect in terms of recovery duration and my follow up appointments were all booked in. The whole experience was so much easier than I thought it would be, it's been a total pleasure being in Professor Miranda's care, I genuinely couldn't be happier with this whole process. Would highly recommend him for your surgery, he's not just a great surgeon, he's a very warm and considerate man.

I was seen by Mr Pringle this afternoon, for nearly half an hour. From the outset his attitude was one of calm professionalism. He took great care to explain to me in layman's language what the problem was with my left eye. He employed several complex-looking machines with which to examine the eye, and was comfortingly expert in the way that he described exactly what he was doing at each juncture. He seemed to understand my nervousness at having large machines very close to my injured and vulnerable eye. He was able to put me at my ease; and, he managed to keep me at my ease - which for a nervous soul like me, was just so important. At the end of the session I felt I knew what my problem was, and I understood what the prognosis and the likely timescale were. In conclusion, I can't rate Mr Pringle too highly.

Mr Srinivasan was recommended to me by a friend who had recently undergone breast augmentation. I immediately trusted Mr Srinivasan and knew that if I was to go ahead with the procedure I wanted him to do it (I was apprehensive). He listened to what I wanted to achieve from the surgery and was honest about what was possible and how my desired outcome could be achieved - I had tubular breasts which were different sizes. He also explained the potential risks etc of implants. Following the procedure the results have far exceeded my expectations - I now have the volume I desired and my breasts are equal sizes. I could not be happier.

Mr Chin recently carried out my Septoplasty and Turbinate surgery at Ross Hall, Glasgow. From the initial consultation through to the procedure itself, he has been an absolute gentleman. From my initial enquiry about Refractive Lens Replacement surgery, through my surgery and aftercare I have had excellent care from Vision Scotland. Everything was clearly explained and the surgery has left me with the desired result, 20/20 vision with no glasses needed. The only (slight) negative difference here is a greater need for good light when reading at night or close work. The procedure was pain free and I have had no complications. I am looking forward to enjoying the results for (I hope) many years to come. Thank you to all staff involved with my care.

I went to Dr. Nijjer as I had some symptoms I was unsure of, having recently done sinus surgery, whether they are cardiac or sinus, to make sure I was fit for my forthcoming skiing trip. Dr. Nijjer, as always, took the tome to listen to my concerns and provided me his rational expert opinion, as he always does whenever I visit him. He also ensured my GP practice provide me with the most optimal medication for which I am really grateful, as it took convincing from Dr. Nijjer for my GP to provide me with a repeat prescription for that medication.

It was a challenging and time-consuming assessment, but Dr. Cappai and the team at Diverse Minds Clinic were quite helpful in completing out the documents. The rooms are comfortable and the location is very nice. I cannot recommend enough!!!!
