I cannot rate the hospital highly enough following my recent operation. From the moment I arrived I was looked after by a number of staff members, all of who could not do enough to ensure I was comfortable, informed and had everything I needed. In particular nurses Damian, Sonia, Cindy and Salmon were wonderful, also the catering lady who's name i didn't catch, Steve the pharmacist, Mr Murray the anesthetist, and Mr Lewis the surgeon. All the staff were very friendly and relaxed which helped me settle in a situation I could have felt very uncomfortable and nervous in. Even though this procedure was covered by insurance I would not hesitate to self pay in the future if needed to have this level of care again.

Dr Alex Hadley carried out implant procedures on me. He took the time to explain what was going to happen and reassured me when I had questions. I found him to be very caring and I am pleased to say the final result is absolutely amazing.. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anybody that needs dental work, he will clarify and calm your fears to give you confidence in having your dental work. I found all the staff at Facemed welcoming, friendly, caring and efficient. The appointment system ensures you are seen promptly and the treatment starts on time. My procedure was on the 7th November 2025, with an overnight stay, before being discharged. I can honestly say that it's been a life changing procedure. It's been a journey, before the procedure my life was depressing, up at night waiting to urinate, dripping before flowing and not emptying. Also I had two retentions both over 2.5 litres. Now I have a good flow, my bladder emptying, it's been a challenge to were I am now. Sleeping all night, still improving slowly . More confident in going out with friends and driving long distances without accidental urine embarrassing discharged.

I met Dr Adamczyk for a review following a surgery late last year. There was a lot of endometrial tissue which had blocked my ureter and required additional support from the urology department. Dr Adamczyk has always been very thorough in explaining what has been done during the surgery and the plan going forward. I was also recommended exercises to strengthen my pelvic muscles. I am so glad for the last surgery and removal of the endometrial tissue as this has really enhanced my quality of life and I feel more like myself again.

I am so glad that I got Mr Sahemey as my Surgeon at both Solihull and Good Hope Hospital. He clearly explained the procedure, risks and the thought process behind the choice of prosthesis. Unfortunately, after the second joint replacement, I developed an infection. Mr Sahemey and his team had me seen within 2 days and constantly checked in and supported me until It had healed with the agreed antibiotics. I could not have had a better experience throughout these surgeries and it has renewed my trust in medical professionals.

I came for a wisdom tooth extraction that was a bit more complex and I was extremely nervous but everyone was brilliant. Thank you so much to the lovely nurse who held my hand throughout and to the dental surgeon who kept me informed and as calm as she could throughout as I was in the chair for about an hour overall! Ringway is such a lovely dental practice to visit and actually very affordable with the monthly plan - and much nicer than my previous surgery which was more expensive!

I receive my chemotherapy at the London Clinic, the staff are very friendly, caring and helpful. They always explain and check the treatment they are providing. They make sure I’m comfortable as my treatment can take all day. The Doctors / Nurses are knowledgeable and listen to your concerns or queries. I feel well looked after on the day of my treatment.
