I recently had a laparoscopy with Mr Okaro and I couldn't be more grateful for the care I received. From the very beginning Mr Okaro was very professional,kind and took the time to explain everything clearly which immediately put me at ease with his knowledge and experience . The procedure itself went very well. Mr Okaro not only removed my fallopian tube as I was referred for but also treated my endometriosis at the same time. After the surgery he was patient and happy to answer any questions which I truly appreciate. I feel very fortunate to have been under his care and I would happily return to him for any future gynae concerns. I would highly recommend Mr Okaro to friends and family without a doubt. I also want to mention Justina who was my first point of contact before I made the decision to see Mr Okaro. Justina gave me the reassurance and explained everything I needed to know. I had an upper and lower Blepharoplasty in August. I’ve been wanting this operation for over 10 years now. Once I had my consultation with Dr. Oliver I knew right away he was the surgeon for me. Dr Oliver is such a lovely guy and I felt so confident in going ahead with my surgery. Everything was explained to me thoroughly. The operation went smoothly , no pain whatsoever. The hospital staff were amazing. So friendly and welcoming. The food in the hospital was amazing , felt like I was on holiday. I’m so pleased with my results, wish I had done it years ago. It has given me so much more confidence and I owe that to Dr Oliver.

I was seen exactly on my appointment time. Dr. Ratnavel was extremely friendly, engaging, and thorough in his explanation. He immediately identified the issue on my ankles and explained everything clearly and reassuringly and prescribed the right treatment. I also had some concerns about pigmentation on my face and on my tummy, but he reassured that there was nothing to worry about and explained what they were. The whole experience was smooth, quick, and very positive. Dr. Ratnavel has a genuinely welcoming and professional manner, and I left feeling completely at ease. I would highly recommend him to friends and family, and I would not hesitate to see him again in the future. Overall, a wonderful experience with a fantastic team and environment.

He talked me through the procedure and explained everything thoroughly. I knew straight away that I could put my trust in this surgeon and I would be in good hands. The day of the procedure went seamlessly and I was back at home within a matter of hours. Pain was minimal and I'm so pleased with how faint the scarring is and it's only been a few weeks.

I had to swallow a small capsule with a camera, along with a blood test and an MRI scan, and everything was explained clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. Dr Campbell made me feel completely comfortable, and the procedures were done quickly and with great care. My initial appointment was to have a checkup to explore the feasibility of having veneers placing over my existing top row of front teeth. I was so impressed with everything that was done from the first visit to the finl fitting visit. Everything that was done was explained to me in fine detail. The owner of the practice, Stephen Dodd, is the ultimate professional. I guess you would call him a Supreme Dental Technician!!! His staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I was so so pleased with the end result of visits and I would highly recommend the prctice.

I had an upper blephoraplasty and lower pinch operation on my eyes. From the initial consultation through to the operation and follow up appointments all of the staff have been amazing. They are friendly, professional and very reassuring, which is essential when you are a nervous patient. Nothing is too much trouble. The clinic is spotless and has a very calm and welcoming atmosphere. My surgeon, Professor Miranda, fully explained the procedure and is friendly and approachable. Lewis who is the surgical coordinator is an absolute gem and a pleasure to talk with. Overall, I highly recommend the clinic

I arrived with a little time in hand, and was pleased to be given the relevant eye tests right away. These completed, I had only a few minutes before Mr Strouthidis himself shook my hand and invited to his office, where he carried out his examination. The results were good and I was able to settle my accounts without delay. Everyone was polite, friendly and helpful. One of the eye tests was rather ucomfortable, but that seems to be par for the course.
