Redan från början kändes dock hela processen lugn och välorganiserad, vilket verkligen hjälpte mig att känna mig trygg. Personalen var vänlig, tillgänglig och visade ett genuint engagemang för min återhämtning. Behandlingen kändes personlig och aldrig stressad, och för första gången kände jag mig verkligen lyssnad på och förstådd. Den lugna miljön gjorde det lättare att fokusera på mig själv och mitt tillfrisknande. Jag åker härifrån med mer självförtroende, klarhet och praktiska verktyg för vardagen. Jag skulle absolut rekommendera Castle Craig till alla som söker stöd, även om det innebär att resa från ett annat land.

After many months of difficulties prompted by the sudden loss of my husband, I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. Communication with Kernow Psychiatry has been very responsive and I booked an initial appointment to discuss my mental health difficulties. Dr Reid welcomed me into a comfortable room at the wellness hub, she immediately put me at ease and took care make sure I was settled and ready to start. After the hour, Dr Reid summarised what she saw as the key priorities to getting me back on an even keel, suggesting a clear approach to addressing my intersecting issues. I am looking forward to my follow up appointment and the start of my recovery treatment plan. I only wish I’d followed my instincts sooner and booked in months ago.

I first saw Professor Finlay as an NHS patient in January 2025 and one of the first things he said was that he could definitely improve my heart arrhythmia and improve my quality of life. He was right. He explained everything clearly without a lot of medical jargon and listened to my concerns. He is down to earth and doesn’t sugar coat things. He has seen me regularly for consultations and carried out another procedure when it became necessary. In these days where it’s sometimes difficult to trust people, I can honestly say that I trust Professor Finlay 100% to do the very best for me. I feel great and at 82 looking forward to travelling to Cairo next month.

Dr Friedmann is not only so professional and knowledgeable but utterly reassuring. We first visited him for my daughters acne and he put her at ease immediately, explained everything clearly and the problem was solved within weeks. I recently went to his new clinic at Festival House in Cheltenham and was blown away by the space, the gorgeous reception, friendly welcome and huge practice room. It was five star. My concern was dealt with with kindness and understanding and the options were laid out clearly. He is an outstanding practitioner who I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. I would give him 6 stars if I could!

In my opinion, this is the best pediatrician in the world. I have been visiting this doctor for over 15 years, starting back when the clinic was still located in Greenford. She is an incredibly professional, kind, and warm person who has successfully treated my children from the time they were infants all the way through to their teenage years. She has a wonderful approach to both children and parents, making everyone feel at ease and well-cared for. Her medical knowledge is a true treasure, and she always rises to the challenge, no matter the situation. I cannot imagine a better doctor for my children. Highly recommended!

Dr Charlotte Frise is an excellent doctor. Despite the multiple complications I had, she had time for me even when she was off duty. She saw me through until I sailed through. I was never afraid at any point even when I couldn’t breathe and had oxygen of 80% on room air, I was motivated. Her smile was always soothing and reassuring, it felt like family. She treats patients like family and it’s heartwarming in difficult times. I begin to tear up when I express how I feel about the care she gave me. Am very impressed and grateful for her services. The NHS is blessed to have doctors like her.

Mr Jonathan Larholt

I would highly recommend Mr Larholt for surgery. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of my options and the procedure clearly, which made me feel confident and reassured throughout the process. The surgery on my foot itself was excellent, the incisions were very neat, the stitching was precise, and scarring has been minimal. I am very pleased with the results and the overall standard of care. I will absolutely be using Mr Larholt again in the future when I need further surgery on my other foot.

Spire Harpenden Hospital

The only area for improvement is the check-in process - quite often there is a queue of people waiting at reception and the vehicle registration screen is separate to the check-in form, which isn't very efficient. The waiting area and exam rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and helpful. I prefer coming here despite it being a longer drive than my nearest private hospital because of the great experience I've had previously.

I met Rishi as I had a frozen shoulder from a previous dislocation. He was totally professional and explained about the cause and possible treatments. He booked my procedure within the week, completed it without any pain or discomfort and referred me for Physiotherapy. The hydrodistention was a complete success and instantly fixed my shoulder. I am now recovering and sleeping properly again. I can not thank him or recommend him enough!

Lovely helpful doctor, didn't feel rushed, was listened too. Only reason no 5 star was hard to get through to reception and the inconvenience of being sent a letter for telephone appointment instead of agreed face to face appointment and not being able to get through to reception until the 11th hour to confirm and endure we had the correct appointment. Hospital was clean and looked well kept and staff were very friendly and attentive.

Mr. Agrawal was professional and also open and friendly. He gave information in simple and clear terms and was open to discussion about my particular needs around my treatment. I had both hips replaced and recovered very well from both surgeries; my scars have healed very well. I would definitely ask for Mr. Agrawal again if I had any other orthopaedic issues, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

My oral hygienist visit with Megan went smooth, there’s always the anxiety of going but as soon as I was there she did all her checks swiftly, cleaned my teeth and advised me on cleaning. Techniques. Megan even helped calm my nerves when asking about my next appointment which a root canal would take place, she assured me everything will be smooth and pain free. She did great!
