I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr Dudhniwala for the outstanding care, professionalism, and support throughout my treatment and surgery. I underwent an L5/S1 microdiscectomy with decompression after struggling for many months with severe nerve pain, numbness, mobility issues, and significant difficulty walking and carrying out normal daily activities. From the very beginning, Dr Dudhniwala took my condition seriously, explained everything clearly, and made me feel reassured and confident in the treatment plan. Going into spinal surgery can naturally feel frightening, but Dr Dudhniwala’s calm, professional, and knowledgeable approach gave me complete trust and confidence. Although recovery naturally takes time, I have already experienced significant improvement compared to the condition I was in before surgery, and I truly feel that my quality of life and future mobility have been protected thanks to his expertise. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Dudhniwala to anyone struggling with similar spinal or nerve issues. My advice to other patients would be not to live in fear for too long, but to trust your health in experienced hands and seek the right treatment when needed. Over the past 18 months, Dr. Farooq has provided outstanding care during a very serious period of ill health. Following a scan in early 2025, he promptly identified a significant issue and personally contacted me to arrange immediate hospital admission, which I believe was crucial to my treatment. Throughout my care, he organised extensive investigations, including cardiac monitoring and imaging, and arranged a LifeVest following my discharge. When I subsequently developed drop foot, he also ensured I was referred for specialist assessment. At every stage, Dr. Farooq has been professional, thorough, and highly attentive. His follow-up appointments are comprehensive, and he provides detailed reports to both myself and my GP, ensuring continuity of care. His explanations are clear and reassuring, delivered with both expertise and a welcome sense of humour. I feel extremely fortunate to have received such a high standard of care and would highly recommend Dr. Farooq to others.

I can only thank Mr. Goriainov for his utter professionalism in helping me with an issue relating to detached muscle tendons. From the first time I met him, (about 3 years ago in his NHS capacity) I was impressed by his genuine concern and the attention paid to me as a patient. Possibly like many people I've had experience of medical professionals who are "distracted" by their phones, computer monitors or notes. Not so with Mr.Goriainov. At the time you're with him you are his sole concern. My procedure was carried out as a day patient and as seems the norm, I saw him before and after the operation and at a follow up about two weeks later. I also asked to see him again, following a physiotherapy session, as I was a little concerned with one aspect of my recovery but was re-assured at that requested appointment. I will be needing a knee replacement some time in the relatively near future and Mr. Goriainov will again be my requested surgeon.

I contacted Dr Constantinou's secretary to enquire about a 'self-funding' initial consultation. She was amazing, talked through all the aspects of the assessment, the cost, 'hidden extras' and even phoned me back to answer one of my previous questions. I felt reassured and not intimidated by venturing into the 'private' healthcare sector. Dr Constantinou welcomed me and my husband into her consulting room, took a brief history, talked to us with empathy about what was going to happen, examined me, told us of her initial findings and referred me on for more tests checking discreetly about what we were expecting to pay. She saw us again after the tests to confirm the results and reassure me further. She talked to us as equals answering all out queries. Thankfully my outcome was positive. I am extremely grateful for her outstanding compassion towards us both. Thank you to all who contributed to my excellent care that morning.

Prior to making the decision on which psychiatrist I should use, I did some research. I decided to go with Dr Sri Perecherla, and am very pleased I did. I phoned to enquire, and spoke with the practice manager. She was extremely clear, patient, and answered all my (many) questions. I completed the forms, but as I have a very bad memory I kept forgetting to add information; the practice manager was supportive, and allowed me to provide further information at ease. As for Sri - he is a very calm person, and a very good listener. He had clearly read my reems of information! Each time I meet with him, it isn't only about my medication, it is mainly about how I am and he gives me extremely useful activities to help me manage as well as food for thought. I rarely have a feeling that I am not being judged, and importantly for me my whole experience with both the practice manager and Sri was of no judgement.

Josh’s manner and approach was extremely professional and calming, explaining everything as he went along. I had the shoulder hydrodilation and steroid treatment and whilst a little uncomfortable not too bad at all and totally worth it to get rid of the pain I had been experiencing in my shoulder.
