Made typos on my medical documents several times regardless of me flagging they require updates Can’t schedule simple appointment times and check with people if they are available instead sending random meeting times which clash with my work On 3 occasions now I have tried to join a meeting to have no one there Even if I am having problems connecting and 2 mins late someone should be in the allocated slot waiting especially given the people you are meeting with are disabled All this titration has done is add extra stress to my life instead of helping anything I am now going through medication withdrawals because I have been unable to meet in my titration meetings regales of me flagging several times that these timings do not work with my work commitments and now I have extra stress and pressure on my life at an extremely stressful time Would not recommend this to anyone it’s taken me a whole year since my diagnosis to even get to this point and I am still being messed around

I was very apprehensive about my diagnosis and procedure but Dr. Pareek was so reassuring and make me at ease . He is so skilled and and clever that what he said at the clinical consultation was correct and I am so impressed. The procedure was quick . I didn't know even a thing .From the moment I arrived , I was so impressed by the professionalism , kindness and efficiency of staff. The nurses and the support staff were so compassionate and attentive. The ward environment was clean and welcoming and I appreciate the five star care given to me and I noticed this for other patients too while I was wating. Please extend my thanks to everyone involved in my care . Dr Pareek and the team dedication and commitment to patient wellbeing made significant difference to my experience . Thank you again to every one in the unit. I do also think there is a good leadership behind the scene to make this happen in good patients care and the well run unit.

Guitar has been an integral part of my life since I was 12 and my inability to hear pitch, intonation, harmony and to play with other musicians had not been overcome despite purchasing expensive Phonak digital hearing aids from a well-known high street retailer. I have had two appointments with Matt Frost at Harley Hearing and will have at least one more. Matt took a full history of my issues, explained clearly the physical causes of my hearing difficulties along with a detailed description of how it might be addressed. His desire to listen, to understand the nature of my hearing loss and its profound effects upon my life, allied to his incredible enthusiasm, made me feel hope for the first time in a decade. I feel so lucky to have found him!

I found Dr Hadavi to be very patient and an excellent listener. I didn't feel that he rushed me at all and he took the time to listen to my long and somewhat complicated medical history and symptoms. He asked lots of questions and I felt he was very comprehensive in his consultation and thorough in his examination. I suffer with anxiety and find medical environments very triggering due to previous negative experiences with medical professionals, but Dr Hadavi made me feel respected and at ease and I felt reassured at the end of the appointment. He was also very quick to respond to my queries over email. He has referred me for tests and I feel confident that he will be able to help me get the answers and treatment I need.

Dr Hari and the team are truly amazing and we couldn’t imagine our journey without them at every step of the way. Their level of service is unparalleled, cancer throws you curve balls constantly and at random times and we’ve been desperate for expert advice and I always get a reply promptly and even out of hours. We wanted to add in re purposed meds to our chemo regime with someone guiding us for safety and not following random internet protocols. Highly recommending Dr Hari and Lucio Health doesn’t even get near to the feelings I have for this team. Simply outstanding.

I was very happy with my treatment with everyone especially Wr Kamran Khan who I can’t recommend enough, he was friendly, assuring and also the lovely nurse who looked after me after my op. Sorry I can’t remember her name but she was so caring. Anyone going for a cararact op this place is brilliant and everyone I came in contact with both times I was there I feel I couldn’t have had better. Someone calls you the following day to check that you are okay so everything perfect. Thank you all.

Reason for the low rating on wait time is that I reported for admission at 1300 as requested but didn’t end up going to theatre until 2030. This was in part due to earlier procedures taking longer than expected but it was a very long time to wait and a long time to not eat. Perhaps a 3rd admission slot later in the afternoon would be a good improvement on busy days. But other than that everything else was very good.

I decided to have laser correction done privately after finding out the waiting time for NHS treatment was too long. My cataract operations and laser correction on one eye were done at Chec and I have nothing but praise on the way I was treated by all staff, clinical as well as administrative. Based on this I had full trust in using Clarity, knowing that I would be treated by the same caring consultants.

I have a narrow right ear canal and so was somewhat concerned as to how difficult the 'procedure' might be - but I need not have worried; it was totally pain-free with no discomfort whatsoeve and, as a result, I would not hesitate to recommend this practice. Very kind and polite doctor. The problem was getting an appt. Leave two messages with his secretary and she never came back to me. Tried to book online but came to end of booking and it wouldn’t finish. Then phoned the hospital general number. Twice rang and after a while was cut off. Finally got through and sorted an appointment. Everybody at the hospital was very polite and helpful.
