I saw Dr Naziat on the 30th as a Private patient due to being referred to her from Dr Shamali who was concerned about a few things he saw on a CT Scan.. I've been with Dr Naziat for a while under the NHS so I am used to seeing her.. As Always I have a great appointment with Dr Naziat as she is professional not just as an NHS Dr but also on the Private side.. I see no difference on how she dealt with the appointment.. She arranged for bloods to be done on the following week.. I had 2 visits one on the Monday for bloods to be taken at the Pre-opo Assessment Dept and that was done without an issue at all.. I forgot that evening due to not having great nights sleep for about a week to take my overnight suppression tablet.. On calling the next morning to explain I spoke with Marie the Nurse who organise me to do the bloods on both days.. She re-arranged my Tuesday bloods to be done on the Wednesday morning in The Meadows and not Pre-op for 8am.. I took my tablet on the Tuesday evening and arrived at Great Western for before 8am to make sure I was there in time.. The receptionist informed me that I had to return to the Pre-op Assessment people to have the bloods done as it was the location had changed.. On arriving at Pre-op it was closed so the Nurse I saw in the corridor so kindly sorted it out for me to enter and wait.. I little of an issue on what was going on as I think their computer system went down and they weren't aware of what needed to be done.. They were waiting on the Private nurse to arrive and the paperwork to do it but in the end they took my bloods.. I went back to The Meadows and explained to the Receptionist what had happened and that 2 tubes of yellow and 1 tube of Purple was taken and if there was an issue and I have to return to make contact.. Fingers crossed everything is ok as I've not heard anything.. Apart from the hiccup my end for not taking the tablet and causing an issue having to reschedule a new appointment.. It all was sorted and bloods taken for the test.. I can't fault anything apart from the slight hiccups that were quickly resolved.. Can't have asked for a better bunch of people looking after me.. Dr Naziat and her team have always given me excellent care when having to deal with them via the NHS and I had the same care given as a Private Patient... So overall an awesome experience despite the little hiccups

I am VERY physically active and have run frequently since the age of 14; I was operated on ~1 month before my 50th birthday. I have also inherited osteoarthritis, but in hindsight, I seem to have managed this better than my dad, who had his first arthroscopy before he hit 40 years of age. Mr Whittingham-Jones performed arthroscopy on my right knee because there were several sizeable loose bodies in there, which caused my knee to 'catch' in such a way when I walked that it would buckle on me; there was also fleeting sharp pain when it did so. In addition, MRI scans showed a 'flap' of torn posterior horn medial meniscus that needed to be tidied up/excised. Mr Whittingham-Jones removed the loose bodies, and I have rehabilitated well, with a lot of effort*. However, the flap of meniscus still causes my knee to catch from time to time. * I feel that there should be much better information provided regarding the 'rehab journey' for patients, broken down according to age, history, pathology, etc. There is scope for someone to make a LOT of money providing this as an online service...

I was seen by Mr Pydisetty this morning in clinic for a post operation follow up. The operation went well and the follow up care was great. Full examination and images shown of my knee pre and post procedure. Mr Pydisetty had also carried out a unicompartmental knee replacement on my other knee over 22 months ago which also was successful. I would highly recommend him because he genuinely cares for you. He takes time to listen to your issues, fully explains scan results and gives informed choices on what options are available. Nothing is too much trouble ! I had a fall earlier this year and landed on my replacement knee causing some discomfort. I contacted Mr Pydisetty, and was seen within a few days. A CT and MRI scan was carried out to ensure no damage had occurred to the recent replacement. The after care I have received has been remarkable. Mr Pydisetty is great! I was seen at Renacres in Ormskirk as a NHS patient.

We recently returned to Dr Jog after 2 1/2 years due to our daughter experiencing constipation again. The first time we saw Dr Jog was during March/April 2020 and we were desperate to seek help for our then 7 year old who was in chronic pain and experiencing constipation. After previous appointments with other drs who had dismissed our daughter’s pain as nothing to worry about, Dr Jog’s approach was a breath of fresh air - she was supportive, took out daughter’s pain seriously, really listened to us and our daughter and swiftly organised tests and was able to successfully help and cure our daughter’s condition. We’ve returned to Dr jog because we trust her and know that everything she does is for the good of her patients and she listens to the children and takes what they are saying seriously so that she can effectively support their medical needs. We are very grateful to Dr Jog and trust her explicitly.

Over the past few years I have seen Mr Shah on numerous occasions.Intially for an assessment , then intra articular steroid injections into both hips.Finally a total hip replacement for both hips .The first one in March 2025 , the second in August 2025 .
