I had a broken wisdom tooth that I had issues with removing at another dentist with local anaesthetic. This meant I had grown anxious about it being removed and was causing be long term issues, I then swapped to a different dentist some time later and was referred to Dr Tanvi for the extraction via sedation. We had a consultation meeting at first where it was inspected and the plan was laid out clearly as to the plan for removal, reassuring me along the way. All potential outcomes and risks were also explained to me which helped me understand where I stood. The extraction took place a some weeks afterwards and it was an extremely smooth process. Dr Tanvi and their assistant were calming, kind and professional. The sedation was easily done and before I knew it the tooth had been removed. The aftercare was very clearly laid out with instructions to take home, following these meant I had next to no issues the week following the treatment. My pain was very minimal, and a week on I can already tell things are starting to heal really well. Dr Tanvi has followed up with me to ask how things are going, which again is a nice touch as you feel like you wasn't on your own in dealing with it, and this proactive approach could be useful for some people who may be too worried to contact the dentist if they feel they are struggling. Overall a really smooth visit, I've had this broken wisdom tooth for years, so it really feels like a weight lifted to get this finally resolved.

I don’t tend to leave reviews but feel this is necessary. I think a lot of women out there can resonate with me when I say it can be difficult to be heard and or taken seriously when it comes to Gynecological issues we may face in our lives. Being constantly gaslighted, being told it’s just a heavy period, the pain is normal, lets do a watch and wait, prescriptions given to mask the underlying issues. For me, to describe my past medical experiences regarding this area as both difficult and testing prior to meeting Mr Muglu is an understatement. I decided to try one more time and hopefully someone would take my symptoms seriously. And I am glad I did, as I was blessed with meeting Mr Muglu. From day one, Mr Muglu listened to me when I began to give up hope in finding anyone who would, he took my symptoms seriously, was respectful, made me feel at ease as it was clear he is an expert in his field, was extremely professional and approachable. I also could see that he cares for his work and his patients which is reflective in his results. He is the very definition of excellence within his field and I will only be seeing Mr Muglu in the future where I need a gynecologist. I couldn’t recommend him enough and words cannot describe how grateful I am in relation to the surgery he did. Thankyou Mr Muglu.

I can't recommend Mr. Inzerillo highly enough. I chose Mr. Inzerillo because I found I still had another 6-12 months on the NHS waiting list. As I had the problem explained by my optician and certified by the NHS, Mr. Inzerillo agreed to do my examination and treatment at the first visit which saved me doing a difficult trip twice! He has an excellent manner when making you feel at ease and can explain the problem and treatment in easy layman's words. The treatment was efficiently done and a follow up visit was also a pleasure! I had a query about the drops I was given and typed the query to his secretary on a Sunday, expecting a reply on the Monday. I was astonished to get a reply from Mr. Inzerillo via his secretary on the Sunday! Now that is care! Any future eye problems and I am back to this consultant. I rate him excellent plus.

Matt Frost was terrific. I'm surprised he wasn't a senior ages ago! But congrats all the same! He's worth every bit of it. Interestingly my hearing had improved slightly from last year and I seriously wonder if this was because I had complete confidence in him. Others always good but Matt inspires confidence in a special way. He also explained the most recent Phonak model clearly so that despite my age and life expectancy, I'm going to give it a try despite the cost. Finally he adjusted my current aids and there is notable improvement. in my hearing. Thanks Matt - and all of you in the office who are always helpful

I met Dr David Annan today for a neck scan, I have to say I have never met a doctor who is so caring and understanding in my whole life He made me feel so comfortable as I was nervous, he kept asking if I had any questions and answered all my questions, he even asked my son if he wanted to ask anything which was such a nice gesture, Doctors like Dr David Annan really make you feel there are nice and caring people still out there, his happy personality really shines through Keep up the good work Dr David Annan and all the best for the future If in the future I ever need to see a Dr for my neck will only be you

I made an online appointment to see Dr Lach which was a very easy process. Dr Lach was very professional and listened to my concerns. Dr Lach was kind and explained every detail fully and ran some tests. Dr Lach came up with a treatment plan which had put my mind at ease and I am very happy with. The surgery is the 2nd cataract operation I have had in 3 months. It is painless and the outcome is unimaginable. Mr Shafiq is a highly skilled surgeon, he has literally turned my vision back to my late 20's before I was required to ear glasses. The facility is far superior to your average NHS hospital. The staff are dedicated, friendly and professional. They are patient and nothing is too much trouble if you have questions or need reassurance. This has been an amazing experience

The experience overall was good once seen by clinical staff. Had to wait 15 minutes after planned appointment time, 30 minutes in total after being told to be there 15 minutes before appointment. I understand than clinically time may run over, but there was no communication which would have been useful. I wonder if specific reception staff for the vein clinic would be helpful. Waiting area would also benefit from coffee machine for relatives waiting.
