My original appointment was with Mr Kamran Saha, as it was thought that I had a which Mr Saha confirmed it was not but rather a cyst. As this was not his expertise, he referred me to Miss Swan Kang who confirmed it was a cyst and arranged an excision. During the procedure Miss Kang noticed a second cyst next to the big one which she also removed and sent both off for biopsies. Amazingly 6 days later there are no visible signs of any incisions apart from some slight redness in the area. I am super happy with the results and grateful to Mr Saha for referring me to Miss Kang. I was also very impressed by Robyn for taking care of all the underlying preparations for both consultations and the minor op which took less than 2 days to complete!!! Kudos to Robyn for managing everything so swiftly and efficiently.

I had micro-TESE surgery with Mr Alnajjar and the entire experience was exceptional. He successfully retrieved sperm for us, which has now given us the chance to move forward with IVF next year. What stood out most was how personal and reassuring his approach was. We had met him a few times before the procedure and he always made both me and my wife feel calm, confident, and fully informed. The follow-up care has been outstanding — nothing felt rushed, and every question was answered clearly. His PA and the communication throughout have also been first-class. Dr Lerman went out of his way, many a time to explain exactly what he was going to do, what he had done and the next course of action. On no occasion did he rush my consultation or limit these to the standard ‘15 minutes’ for me and, on one occasion, after a procedure, he rang about late at night and rang me twice to ensure I was not experiencing an adverse reaction to a procedure, that may have required admission. I was pleasantly shocked and impressed at Mr Lerman’s standard of care and attention towards me, and would absolutely recommend him as a 5-star doctor for gastroenterology care.

Overall an efficient and excellent course of treatment. Because I have hearing loss occasionally hearing explanations was challenging.. The first time I have had a urethral catheter. Looking at the catheter passport information it recommends a catheter securement device similar to a Velcro strap. Unfortunately I was offered no such device and had difficulties with the tubing since it extended almost as far as my knee cap. Using plasters etc was not helpful since it had to be removed when urinating.

I had rynoplasty 2 years ago by prof Erol . I was initially happy with the nose results , later my nose grew and became like a beak nose . I had revision rynoplasty by Erol and now am very happy . The reason my nose grew was found to be cysts in my skin . This cysts were shaved in my operation and I had a very good result . I recommend prof Erol for rynoplasty surgery . Unfortunately don’t think the doctor had read my notes or referral before appointment he kept mentioning possible arthritis but my referral was because I had trapped nerves between my discs he mentioned swimming and Pilates I can tell you now there’s No way I can get on the floor and certainly couldn’t sit on any floor!!!!!the specialist who did the referral in wye sergers maybe he needs to read it AGAIN!!!

Mr Barksfield carried out my first hip replacement and has just completed my 2nd. The professionalism and care has been second to none. I visited this clinic as I had terrible sciatica down my right leg and lower back pain. The osteopath was brilliant.
