I recently visited John Flynn Opticians for my 2-yearly eye exam. Dr Janjua is always incredibly thorough in the eye exam, explaining each step and answering all my questions with patience. He takes the time to discuss my prescription in detail and also the variety of lens options available such as anti-fatigue, blue light reduction and anti-glare. I work in the computing industry and having the right eyewear makes the difference between a good day and one where you’re severely tired at the end of it. Dr Janjua’s expertise and attention to detail makes sure you’re confident it will be a good day. Dr Janjua is also supported by an amazing team. Everybody is welcoming and professional, making the entire process seamless and comfortable. I only needed new lenses this time which will be fixed to my existing frames, but when new frames have been required they’ve helped me choose the perfect frames that not only suit my style, but also feel comfortable. What really stands out is the personalised care and attention I received. Dr Janjua and the team genuinely care about your eye health and it shows. I highly recommend Dr Janjua and the team to anyone in need of eye care.

I am at Kingsbridge Hospital for partial knee replacement surgery. Surgical Ward 1 - 28/11/2025. I am writing to express my deepest and sincere thanks for the outstanding care I am receiving during my stay at Kingsbridge Hospital, Ballykelly. The professionalism and kindness I am receiving during my care is outstanding. Sarah, Kerry, Laura & Kim (night staff) from Ward 1 have all been wonderful, nothing was any trouble and I want to thank them for going above and beyond to ensure my well being. Unfortunately, I can’t remember all the names of the staff on ward 1 when I booked in, but again these staff were amazing (Keavsa/luke). I have felt very at ease during my stay and that has come across naturally from you all. You deserve recognition for all your hard work and care you have provided. I visited Chapter One with my 4 year old child, we both had an appointment with Ashley. The practice is immaculate, beautifully designed and feels more like a luxury spa than a dental practice. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we were made to feel welcome and relaxed. Ashley was charming, instantly putting us at ease, involving my daughter with everything she was doing and making it a fun experience. With regards to my appointment, Ashley was very informative, ensuring I had time to ask questions and I left assured I was in highly capable hands. All the equipment was state of the art and I now have ultimate confidence in my dental routine. Easily the most professional and positive dental visit I have had, I would thoroughly recommend Chapter One and will be signing up to one of their care plans for my family.

She listened attentively to our concerns regarding our son and promptly arranged all requisite scans, tests, and evaluations. I have been suffering from stomach issues for more than a year. Plenty of tests but no answers. I was even told by some doctors it was all in my head. I went to Dr Siddiqi and he was great. He started from the beginning listening carefully to all my symptoms, writing down everything and reassuring me that it was not all in my head and we were going to get the bottom of it . He is the first doctor that has given me hope and I know it’s early days but I am looking forward to the future. Thank you Doctor you do not know how much you lifted my spirit today. This was my 2nd visit to the Women’s Hormone Health Clinic at the One Hospital Ashford. I thought that at 67 I was too old to take HRT having been fobbed off 25yrs ago & so just battled on but I bravely made an appointment with Lexi Minter. My well being has changed in so many ways in only three months from starting an HRT course tailored for my age and concerns. My skin has improved so much & doesn’t feel it’s going to fall off. I have my energy back in spades & im advised my bones will also benefit. It goes to show it’s never too late to start HRT & I know I’m getting the best guidance.

Was a little confused and concerned with all the last minute changes for surgery, then to be told and left waiting in a room for surgery to then say ur appointment was not the appointment time when u came in on our computer so they did change my appointment time! Other than that surgeon was fantastic brilliant and friendly After Care - as given a bag of meds and a latter and cards for the doctor with no sore dressings for wound area.

I'm sure it was being decorated when I visited 6 months ago. Still is. Before appointment they send forms to be completed online. No problem with that except one is for COVID asking if anybody on the family has been to a country on the government red list or been told to isolate by NHS. Neither of those things happen now. I raise it every time and nothing changes. Almost as if nobody reads the reviews. So much for "quality"
