I had my fifth planned C-section with Dr. Sotiris Nicholas, and understandably I was quite stressed going into it. From the very beginning, however, he did everything possible to put me at ease and truly made the experience positive and reassuring. He was incredibly attentive and thoughtful—for example, he avoided me having to endure a double needle prick when the lady came to collect the baby’s cord blood. Throughout the procedure, he explained every step clearly, letting me know exactly what he was doing and what to expect, which helped me feel calm and in control. As a lovely bonus, he also took beautiful photos for us in the operating theatre, which we will treasure. I am extremely grateful for his care, professionalism, and kindness, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for such an important moment.

I feel lucky to have found Mr Natt in London everything was above and beyond my expectations, especially the skill with which he carried out my successful coblation tonsillectomy. In the initial consultation he was sympathetic to the methods I had already tried, clearly explained the cause of my issues, and how the recommended procedure would be carried out. On the day of the surgery he and his team did a great job to calmly guide me through everything, naturally I was nervous however looking back I feel like it couldn't have gone better. Jeremy has been my dentist for 25 years and I am not blessed with teeth or gums so have had a fair amount of treatment . Filings , crowns and recently added a second implant to the first which was about 8 years ago. The two implants are side by side and Jeremy has gone above and beyond to ensure the best fit of these “new “teeth., including removing them both last week to send to the brilliant technician and find a better way by moulding them as a pair, so as to sit with less gap at gum level. It’s an easy recommendation. Nicky his dental nurse is empathetic and Dorota as the face of Bliss Dental is worth her weight in gold. Thank you one and all.

My first visit was a number of years ago now and I regularly visit for follow up appointments to discuss any issues. I’d definitely recommend your clinic but was a little disappointed today by the lack of sympathy from the sonographers when I went for my 6 week 4 day scan. I explained that the pregnancy wasn’t viable (I’d had a blood test at your clinic on Saturday and learn by HCG only increased 8% in 48 hrs) and this would be my third miscarriage in 12 months from my IVF pregnancies and I didn’t receive any shock or sympathy for this. It wasn’t a big deal but if the practice wants to be even better some additional warmth and sympathy would go a long way.

I was “plagued” with psoriasis on my elbows and forearms for the last year or so (I am a 60 year old male). I never suffered from psoriasis before. It was getting me down and I wouldn’t wear short sleeves. I made an appointment with Dr Rosy and she examined me and gave me a prescription and hey presto my psoriasis has “gone” after 4 weeks usage of prescribed spray. As per Dr Rosy it will come back but I should use spray as required when psoriasis returns. I am absolutely 100% confident now of wearing short sleeves. I am so thankful 🙏

Friendly staff at Main Reception who gave clear directions to Imaging Department. Department staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Radiographer was great - clear with his questions and explanations. Changing room was a good size, but would benefit from redecoration and coat hooks/hangers would be useful. Overall, a good experience, but would have liked the report to have been sent to the referrer quicker.

I had a knee replacement carried out by Mr Haslam. The whole experience from the first consultation to the final discharge was exceptional. After only 3 months I am back walking my usual 20,000 steps a day. The reception staff were also very friendly, helpful and polite. I would certainly recommend Mr Haslam and Coriel Clinic should you need to undergo any surgery or procedures.

I was so happy with every aspect of my treatment at the Spire Alexandra hospital. Every member of staff was very professional and took great care of me. My knee has recovered very well and it has not been a bad experience at all. I was terrified before the operation but I was reassured by the anaesthetist that I would be fine. The consultant has done an amazing job on my knee.

I had been experiencing problems with my thumb and knees, tried various things including thumb splint. Saw Dr James Thing and must say the experience start to finish was excellent, pinpointed problem areas and carried out scan and targeted areas that were problem and treated, now no longer need splin or pain relief. So much more movement in knees too. Would highly recommend.

I was comfortable throughout and the nurses talked to me and held my other hand. Before I knew it, it was done, no pain and finished.
