I had a consultant review with Dr Shaikh for the re-initiation and titration of medication for a pre-existing ADHD diagnosis. I chose Mentis Clinic as it was the most affordable option I found during my research, particularly considering that their service includes consultant review, medication titration appointments, prescriptions, and a shared care agreement. My previous notes were reviewed promptly, and I was offered an initial consultant appointment within a week, followed by a titration appointment the following week. Dr Shaikh was very attentive and took the time to understand my circumstances and reasons for seeking re-initiation and titration of medication. There was no waiting list, which meant I was seen extremely quickly. The pharmacy also handled my prescription efficiently, with medication delivered in a timely manner. After the initial consultant review, I received my clinic letter very quickly and was given the opportunity to request amendments, which were dealt with promptly. I was provided with comprehensive information about medication options and was also given a letter of support for education and employment without even having to request one, which was something I genuinely needed. I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received from Mentis Clinic and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking assessment or ongoing care for ADHD.

I recently saw Mr Abdul Gaffar Dudhniwala for treatment of a herniated disc, and I was extremely impressed with the level of care I received. His bedside manner was excellent — calm, reassuring, and genuinely patient-centered. Before my nerve root block procedure, he took the time to clearly explain what would happen, what I should expect, and how the procedure would help. This communication made a huge difference, and the procedure itself went very smoothly from start to finish. What stood out most was that he did not push me toward surgery, unlike previous experiences I’ve had elsewhere. Instead, he offered straightforward, sensible advice on how to best manage my condition and the steps I could take moving forward. Overall, Mr Dudhniwala provided outstanding care, and I would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with spinal issues.

Staff at both the receptions were welcoming , No waiting time . Saw the specialist regarding ongoing issues with my knees and toes, and the he was extremely helpful and informative. He took the time to clearly explain what was happening, walking me through the MRI images in a way that was easy to understand. He also clearly explained what was going on with my ankle and how it can get better, having done a number of tests to pinpoint the issue. It would have been better if someone could have talked though the procedure while it was being carried out. Laying awake on the operating table for 2 1/2 hours not knowing quite what was happening was quite frustrating. While knowing what was going to be carried out, knowing each step as it happened should have put my mind at rest.
