Given the complexity of my medical history over the past two years including Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis, prolonged hospitalisation, and recent major spinal surgery , I approached the cardiovascular review with understandable anxiety. Your calm, methodical approach and the way you explained each investigation and result in clear, balanced terms made a significant difference. The reassurance provided by the CT coronary angiogram, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and blood results was immensely valuable, but equally important was your clinical judgement in rationalising my medications and recognising that my blood pressure had moved into the low range. That adjustment has already made me feel more confident about my recovery trajectory. I also appreciated how carefully you considered the wider context of my health, recovery, and long-term wellbeing, rather than viewing the results in isolation. My experience with Quen was exemplary - at the time of first meeting him, my humerus had been fractured for 2-weeks & I was in pain, so he very speedily made himself available for a call to discuss the procedure, and once this had been done, booked me in for surgery the following week. On the morning of the procedure, he once again came to see me to discuss the procedure and let me ask any questions I had, which really reassured me. He then came to see me the morning post the op too, to discuss next steps. Ever since the operation, my arm has steadily been on the mend and this is no doubt down to the great care that Quen & the team have showed throughout. I've also seen Quen for two follow-up X-Rays where he has discussed the progress with me, and with this, I've been able to become more competent & confident in carrying out my day-to-day. I couldn't recommend Quen enough - not only has he been brilliant throughout but he's also a thoroughly lovely man.

After having an initial consultation and X-rays Mr Holton recommended a bilateral hip replacement in 2 stages . Both operations were successful with little or no pain/ discomfort. I had good mobility in as little as 4 weeks which was well above my expectations. I believe this was not only due to Mr Holton’s knowledge and expertise but also the. Mako Robotic Arm technology that I was offered on my initial consultation after Mr Holton explained the benefits . I can only say that the surgery has transformed my life and I am active again! Needed a routine hernia operation, didn't want to wait 4–6 months, chose Royal Free Private Patients based on surgeon's online profile and because profits go to NHS; also I have been an NHS patient at RF. Was seen quickly for initial consultation and got surgery appointment when I wanted it. Mr Iype did a tidy job of the surgery, I am now recuperating with no complications so far and very little pain. Anaesthetists were friendly and efficient, and Severo my nurse in my ward was helpful, reassuring and friendly. I had a ward room to myself, which my wife could stay in while I had the surgery. It was clean and roomy, though a little cold – take extra blankets. The lunch I was given after surgery was pretty good, and they were able to get a sandwich for my wife too as well as teas and coffees. All in all, went very well.

Great! Excellent overall experience. Facilities in general good, room, cleanliness, staff and procedure. I really am a fan, and if necessity arises would return with a lot of confidence that things would go well. Two small items of feedback : Negative - situation of the centre is not ideal and some patients get a view of a dingy disused courtyard . This is a minor point ! Food could be a little more interesting. Positive - its both reassuring and positive that the whole experience, especially the excellent staff, are so personal. The patient feels that care is tailored specifically to them. Little danger of removing the wrong leg! Warm human interchanges throughout, which is very, very good!

From start to finish Daye is intuitive and easy to use. I’ve done many online health tests prior to this but nothing compares to the level of service Daye provides. For clarity I did the full screen and purchased the 30 min nurse call. The sample is beyond easy to take and post. The results came back fast and were clear to understand, on top I was sent a beautiful kind email and was also offered a free call to over my HPV results. I didn’t use this but my 30 min call with the nurse was invaluable. I would have been happy to pay triple the price for the service I received. I will be 100% using Daye again and have already recommended to friends.

I have been under Mr Charalamous's care for around 3 years. I have always found him to be easy to talk to & he explains things in a way i can understand. I had a botched knee replacement at Kim's in Maidstone which was very painful. After a few meetings to discuss what could be done we agreed a procedure. I have to say i am over the moon with the results. The recovery time was extremely short, after the insert replacement i was up & walking with no sticks inside 2 weeks. Mr.Miles performed partial knee replacements on both of my knees. Both procedures were faultless, and the persistent and severe pain that I had in each knee (apart from the expected post-operative swelling) disappeared straight away. I had been in so much pain prior to each surgery, and painkillers only took a slight edge off of the pain. I was unable to walk any distance, sleep properly and it was affecting my work. But Mr.Miles’ interventions literally gave me my life back. One of the partial replacements is 12 years old and the other is 10 years old - but I’m still pain free. Thank you Mr.Miles.

I didn't fancy having to sleep with a machine and mask and after a couple of nights forgot I was wearing the mandibular device. I had severe sleep apnoea and my Somnowell is a life saver.
