My family and I have known many clinicians over the years who I would describe as brilliant or compassionate or even outstanding, but Dr Gohil stands above all others. When you hear the terrible words like "rare" "cancer" and "incurable" for the person you love most, over the phone from a cold brutal NHS doctor, the world collapses. I count our blessings everyday that Dr Gohil was recommend to me by a dear friend and I would urge anyone to do what I did, call his outstanding secretary and book an appointment. Dr Gohil has outstanding experience of helping people with all rare blood cancers, he has outstanding clinicical and research experience, outstanding knowledge of clinical trials, outstanding abilities to manage complex multi disciplinary cancers by finding and working with colleagues of equil excellence and outstanding patience answering a million questions. However, above all he is a beyond outstanding as a man of huge compassion, genuine kindness, tireless work, deep empathy and the ability to give hope when you think all hope is lost. My other half and I have worked in hospital's all our lives and I can honestly say I have not known a clinician who was so humble of their talents, who praised and accredited their whole team as much, who fought for so hard for their patients and who would personally call, email and contact patients at all times just to check on how they were feeling or if they had any concerns. Dr Gohil is a man for whom no length or trouble was too much to achieve the best for his patients. I now know that incurable does not mean untreatable, rare does not mean there are no experts, and cancer does not mean no hope. This gentleman is a blessing to the world, he is a true healer and a beautiful soul.

The administrative processes are not always easy to naviagate but the staff at the hospital are professional and helpful. Staff on reception seem well briefed on what information is needed from patients. Clinical staff - both on the wards and in the CT scanning teams were professional and reassuring. It would be useful - for people accompanying a patient for a procedure - to have some information about facilities available to them. I was at the hospital for 12 hours and the only way to get something to eat was to go out of the hopsital to buy it. It would have been helpful to have some catering available on site - if only by machine.

Matt Frost was terrific. I'm surprised he wasn't a senior ages ago! But congrats all the same! He's worth every bit of it. Interestingly my hearing had improved slightly from last year and I seriously wonder if this was because I had complete confidence in him. Others always good but Matt inspires confidence in a special way. He also explained the most recent Phonak model clearly so that despite my age and life expectancy, I'm going to give it a try despite the cost. Finally he adjusted my current aids and there is notable improvement. in my hearing. Thanks Matt - and all of you in the office who are always helpful

I met Dr David Annan today for a neck scan, I have to say I have never met a doctor who is so caring and understanding in my whole life He made me feel so comfortable as I was nervous, he kept asking if I had any questions and answered all my questions, he even asked my son if he wanted to ask anything which was such a nice gesture, Doctors like Dr David Annan really make you feel there are nice and caring people still out there, his happy personality really shines through Keep up the good work Dr David Annan and all the best for the future If in the future I ever need to see a Dr for my neck will only be you

Dr Tsui Chin Ling

I’m so glad I decided to go private and saw Dr Ling. I was suffering with a bad flare up of Eczema which completely took over 50% of my body and tried steroid cream and lots of emollient with no improvements. Once I saw Dr Ling she prescribed me a steroid cream which GP had not tried and immediately after a week I noticed improvement and after a month the rash had cleared. She also referred me for light therapy with NHS which I have already started. She was friendly, helpful and understanding. My experience was 5*. Thank you Dr Tsui chin Ling.

I’d definitely recommend your clinic but was a little disappointed today by the lack of sympathy from the sonographers when I went for my 6 week 4 day scan. I explained that the pregnancy wasn’t viable (I’d had a blood test at your clinic on Saturday and learn by HCG only increased 8% in 48 hrs) and this would be my third miscarriage in 12 months from my IVF pregnancies and I didn’t receive any shock or sympathy for this. It wasn’t a big deal but if the practice wants to be even better some additional warmth and sympathy would go a long way.

Dr Jog is clearly very knowledgable but she also communicates this knowledge well. Instructions are very clear. She is very good at identifying the root of your concern and giving precise additional advice specific to that. There is no doubt her primary concern is the welfare of her patient above anything else, she has a lot of compassion but there is no compromise there, which I found very reassuring as the visit related to my young child’s health.

Mr Raghuram Boyapati

Mr Boyapati has seen me twice, once for an initial consultation and then for a final follow up after an X-ray which he arranged for me. Both times, he was very professional, caring and respectful. I was pleasantly surprised about the efficiency of Newmedica Worcester. I had only used NHS services prior to my NHS Newmedica appointments for cataract removal on both eyes. I was seen very quickly after referral by Specsavers Malvern. Each appointment went flawlessly. I also had laser treatment in my right eye. All staff were friendly and professional and I am very grateful to be able to see clearly once more.

I underwent a HoLEP operation carried out by Mr Brewin and his team. Both the operation and my recovery have been excellent. Due to potential complications, in the event there were none, the operation was carried out in Salisbury NHS Hospital. Again the staff were friendly and helpful but circumstances at the time in the recovery ward resulted in the washroom facilities being less than acceptably clean.

Excellent experience from start to finish for my CT guided nerve block injection. All staff were extremely professional and demonstrated high levels of empathy. Even though the doctor was delayed, the staff kept me updated and ensured I was feeling comfortable. Mr Boshnaq was excellent. He was extremely friendly, not only polite but I also felt that you I could have a joke with him where appropriate. He explained what was wrong and more importantly, he was prepared to take his time and explain things when I had questions. I wasn’t made to feel I was taking too much time, and I felt that I could ask any relevant questions.

NLM Clinic in Doncaster provides you privacy of consultation. It is located quite central, however not on the main road, which means that the privacy is maintained at all times. The environment is calm and comfortable. You are offered a drink on arrival and the consultation room, despite being small is welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommended.
