good except stairs at the end of corridor now closed so need to go upstairs much sooner along lower corridor

I was welcomed with courtesy on arrival at the Heart Clinic, and helped to feel comfortable during the short wait before being shown into Dr Swallow’s surgery, for the follow up consultation. As before, I was immediately able to relax under Dr Swallow’s ability to inspire confidence in her knowledge of my condition in advance of, and during, the appointment. Checking up on my medications previously prescribed by her, she invited my views and discussion, and so mutual agreement on any slight changes towards further progress in treatment of my condition. Assuring me that I can get back to her at any time, she ended the consultation showing interested care of my husband’s ill health, and on leaving the Clinic, I was safely escorted by hospital wheelchair to the appropriate exit.

My appointment was for 12.30pm but was quite a bit later before I had my tests. However the staff carrying out the tests were excellent ie friendly and efficient. My consultation with Dr. Kodoth was excellent, reassuring and I couldn’t have wished for a better result with the follow up procedure.
