The support and treatment I had from Dorset Heart Clinic could not be faulted. I was fully informed regarding the treatment plan ahead of my appointment and any questions I had were answered fully. On arrival on the day of my procedure I was shown to my room and introduced to the nurse who would be caring for me over the course of the day. Everyone involved in my care introduced themselves with everyone taking time to explain their role which helped to put me at ease. I felt very much part of rather than the subject of my procedure. My procedure started on time and I had excellent post procedure support including a lunch that exceeded my expectations having been given a choice prior to admission which given the need to fast was very welcome. My room had a TV, air conditioning and an en-suite shower room and there was excellent WiFi service.
The staff were really friendly and attentive, plus gave very clear instructions and feedback. Special shout out to Juba - she was awesome!
