Unfortunately my high blood pressure caused some problems and delayed the first cataract operation to my left eye, after 4-5 weeks weeks I had surgery on my first eye and 5-6 weeks later my second eye was done. Without exception all of the staff I met at Newmedica were friendly, helpful, and very caring. The consultant who carried out the procedure on both eyes (Mr. Kamran Khan) took the time to explain the procedure and answer my questions. During the procedures he was reassuring and calmly explained what was happening. Both procedures were carried out successfully and my sight is so much better now. I had a great experience at Cyprus ivf hospital. Aman was our coordinator and she was immediately responding to all our worries and questions. It is a clean and well equipped clinic. The prices were fixed and no extra expenses were placed. They let you now about the price from the beginning and you now as the procedure goes on, when and how much you have to pay. Transfer of the embryos took place only when the doctor was sure everything was ready. No rushing. They followed the correct protocol for my case and were always there for us any day any time! However the staff went out of the way to make me feel comfortable, with a particular shout out to Bruce who was calm, funny, knowledgeable and held my hand throughout the procedure. Mr Ainsworth was warm and kind, it was good to meet him before the surgery. The whole procedure was explained and was over so quickly. It was a very personalised experience and my recovery has been quick and straightforward. I cannot recommend Newmedica highly enough, particularly for nervous patients.

Dr Al- Dadah has been very helpful and kind every step of the way. I had a meniscus tear. He did the MRI and shared informed alternative course of action. We agreed to do a steroid injection to manage the pain and booked a surgery to “tidy up” the meniscus. The Dr team was very kind and answered promptly all my questions ( pre op jitters), giving me amazing reassurance. The operation ran smoothly and 2 weeks later I got the stitches removed. Almost 95% mobility back already and pain free.

Dr Enwere explained everything in a manner that we both understood. He do not rush and was very kind as well as being frank and this was very much appreciated.

Extremely disappointed with Harley Mind Care. Terrible patient communication, no accountability for mistakes made, I had to chase up and argue regarding every appointment for my daughter. Assessment appointment was cut short and when I raised a complaint to my insurance company Harley Mind lied about this. I do not feel my child was given adequate opportunity to discuss her concerns that led us to seeking an assessment in the first place. I would not recommend this clinic.

Diverse Minds Clinic provided me with an excellent experience. Dr. Cappai, the consultant, has extensive experience and has diagnosed me with ASD and ADHD. It was a challenging and time-consuming assessment, but Dr. Cappai and the team at Diverse Minds Clinic were quite helpful in completing out the documents. The rooms are comfortable and the location is very nice. I cannot recommend enough!!!!
