When an initial ultrasound didn’t match her own clinical findings, she didn’t simply close the case. She pursued further investigation to ensure nothing was overlooked, and that level of diligence gave me enormous confidence in her judgement. She also made sure I had full access to my results, providing printed copies and emailing them to me so I could review everything afterwards. It was clear she wanted me to feel informed, empowered, and in control of my own care. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Saad to anyone seeking breast care. I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for at every stage. She is an exceptional surgeon and an exceptional person.

I first met Mr Salih at Nuffield Health (Brentwood) in December 2019, as I had two very large sebaceous cysts on my scalp that were growing at an alarming rate. I was understandably a little nervous, but he quickly put me at ease by clearly explaining the procedure and the options available. The procedure took place just one week later under local anaesthetic. Mr Salih kept me calm and fully informed throughout, and it was over very quickly and completely painlessly. My hairdresser has since commented that she is amazed she can no longer see where the cysts were, as the scars are barely visible. He is an excellent surgeon and someone I trust implicitly, so I have no hesitation in recommending his services (I paid privately). In fact, I recently returned to have a further three cysts removed and once again received an excellent level of care.

We got a private referal to see Dr Khan after being treated very badly by the NHS system. They had failed to identify after many tests my condition. Dr Khan immediately set about finding the root cause of the problem and thereby decide on treatment. Thanks to him installing the latest hi-tech diagnostic monitor It was quickly established that I needed a pacemaker, which was subsequently fitted successfully. Through all my consultations and treatments Dr Khan has been reassuring,, knowledgable, gentle and very kind. He has given me peace when I was in a state of extreme anxiety not knowing what was wrong. I owe a great deal to Dr Khan and regard myself as very lucky to have been under his care throughout my experience.

All staff, from reception to nurses and surgeons, I found to be friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. I was generally rather nervous about the whole process, this being the very first time I experienced any form of surgery or a stay in hospital. However, I was treated with the utmost respect and understanding and felt well advised at all times, allowing me to make informed decisions at my own pace, without being pressured. I had to wait a bit longer than I had anticipated for surgery but by comparison to the NHS, it was efficient and slick. It is early days to comment properly on my shoulder replacement but things are progressing well although slowly and I am hopeful for the future.

I went to the clinic for egg freezing procedure. From the beginning everyone in the clinic was kind and responsive. My medical coordinator Karin, she was amazing, always very kind, and responsive. If you don’t speak Spanish, you don’t need to worry Karin speaks English perfectly as well as Dr Voskuilen. Dr Voskuilen is an amazing professional, she is kind and she made sure to explain everything very well to me. Dr Voskuilen made sure the dose of hormones was best suitable for me and I had regular scans to check the progress of the eggs. The procedure went really well without any complications. I am glad I chose Reproclinic.

After a comprehensive investigation, we were unable to determine the root cause, so Ian referred me to other specialists; however, these consultations were also inconclusive. Following further discussion, we decided to proceed with exploratory surgery. This proved to be the best option, as Ian was able to identify the issue and release the affected nerve, fully resolving my problem. I am very pleased with the results and grateful for his proactive approach.

Though I prepared in advance for what expect in relation to parking and expected to pay on the way out, an usher directed me to another car park where there were options of paying on an app or using cash. I had time on my side luckily. Directions were almost right but I would have been better prepared if I had known the entrance sits at the back of the main A&E entrance. The staff were friendly and the environment was clean and calm. The doctor was incredible, attentive, patient, precise, clear and efficient. The experience was good.
