From my very first consultation, she took the time to truly listen to all my insecurities about my breasts — they were large, heavy, and made me very self-conscious — and she reassured me that she could help. Throughout my entire journey, from pre-op to post-op, she made me feel completely safe, heard, and cared for. Ms. Breahna explained everything clearly, checked in on me regularly, and offered so many helpful tips to support my healing. Before surgery, she was so kind and calming. I have a bleeding disorder and had never undergone a major operation before, so I was very nervous, but she worked closely with my haematologist and kept me fully updated on every plan and precaution. Her professionalism, empathy, and dedication have been outstanding from start to finish. She has truly changed my life — I finally feel comfortable and confident in my own skin and can wear what I like without feeling self-conscious. I could not have asked for a better surgeon and would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone considering breast surgery.

This was my second operation here but unfortunately not a great experience. I never met my actual consultant before or after the op. The anaesthetist wasn't very re assuring as I was very nervous. He was abrupt and very rough and the epidural was dreadful compared to my first one which I never felt. The nursing staff were excellent which was lovely when you're feeling rough but I'm afraid the experience this time was totally different and quite disappointing. I had retention of urine problems following the op and numbness still across my lower back. After finding a hip replacement forum apparently many people have bladder problems following the operation. I find it strange that this is not mentioned as a possibility before the operation. After my very successful knee replacement I was hoping for the same this time however this was not the case which is quite upsetting considering the cost.

I rate Dr Hawary very highly. I was referred to him for a TURP operation and from start to finish, he has been exceedingly professional, efficient and charming. Dr Hawary explained everything very clearly in terms of what was happening, what would be involved in the operation and what potential side-effects would be, together with expected outcomes. By the end of our first meeting, I was much more confident about the whole procedure, even though I wasn't particularly looking forward to it. The operation was a success and Dr Hawary visited several times while I was recovering in hospital to check how I was progressing. Dr Hawary has a strong work ethic but a great beside manner to make his patients feel comfortable and at ease. Fantastic.

I saw Dr R. Patel at Spire Hospital Leicester this evening and was extremely impressed. He was welcoming, reassuring, realistic, and very thorough throughout the consultation. Dr Patel had clearly reviewed my CT scans in advance and was already aware of my current health situation, which made me feel confident and well looked after. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and gave a straightforward plan for the next steps. Professional in all aspects of the procedure from initial discussion through to post operation care. A very calming presence ,who instilled confidence in both patient and my wife. He remembered my wife on the atrium and gave a full reassuring accoun̈t to her which was important in the context of her being reassured as well as myself. It was a highly complex procedure which obviously required a high level of professional ability and skill , and the surgical team worked seamlessly under the direction of Dr. Strange. Both personally and professionally Dr. Strange is confident and I felt lucky to be under his supervision.

Went in with our 14 week old for a tongue tie consultation as the NHS wouldn’t see her as she was over 12 weeks. Mira explained everything thoroughly and in a way non medical people would understand, she was also amazing with a tired, hungry, grumpy baby. She diagnosed the tongue tie within seconds of looking in her mouth and cut it there and then with the help of the nurse. Baby cried understandably but next to no bleeding and was feeding with 5 minutes. Mira has worked a miracle and it’s like having a different baby. Thank you so much from one very tired, emotional breastfeeding mother, you are amazing!!

I arrived on time at 10.55 for an 11 am appointment and 40 mins later than my appointment I asked if Mr Patel was running late. Staff checked and came back to me saying it was a 40 mins delay and I was next. It's really noisy in the waiting area so I felt I needed to pay attention for my consultant to call my name. Could you have an electronic board to help visually with who is next and for information about running late etc. I had another appointment so I was pretty stressed about getting to it. I also was wanting a drink from the cafe but felt I needed to stay out in case I was called.

My experience with Mr Bhangoo was faultless from start to finish. From initial consultation where he told me based on the laxity test that my ACL was almost certainly torn, through pre op meetings, surgery day and then all post op meetings he has been calm, knowledgable and totally professional through out. Ensuring I knew what was happening at each step and putting my mind at ease when I was worried about anything. I wouldn’t think twice about going back to Mr Bhangoo (although I hope I don’t have to!)

We received a warm welcome to the clinic, as we had a long drive and arrived early...we were offered as many drinks and biscuits as we wanted whilst waiting for my sons appointment on comfy chairs. The clinic was clean and tidy. The consultant who did my sons ultrasound was very friendly, asked questions, spoke to my son directly and made him feel comfortable. The ultrasound was done and spoke to us about the results giving clear instructions and advice. Excellent practice! Would recommend.

I have little to add to my overall rating. I have only given 4 stars for bedside manner because, in the nature of these things, Mr Sullivan was not at my bedside for long. Having said that his initial consultation was informative, the operation went well and the post-op consultation was again very helpful in making me aware of what I could do and expect in the coming weeks. I would recommend Mr Sullivan to anyone looking for a surgeon to perform a hip replacement.

I really felt like Mr Carter listened to me from the start. He explained how he was going to help me step by step, arranging for non invasive treatments (braces etc) before operating. The treatment received at Spire hospital was excellent. The booking procedure however was not. Booking via Vitality led to my details not being set up and me having to call a central call centre (which did not have a clue) to arrange follow up treatments. I actually raised a separate complaint about this as the process was clearly not working as well as it should which is a shame as the hospital itself is good.

I have had a very good experience at PSM, everyone there is very professional, understanding and friendly. I have been seeing Erin who has been an excellent physio, very understanding and skilled.
