I recently had bilateral cataract surgery. From start to finish the treatment I received was excellent. The patient liaison manager was really helpful, friendly, incredibly supportive and a welcome calming influence. I was amazed by the state of the art optical equipment that was available to ensure that my lenses were perfectly suited to the dimensions of my eyes and my prescription, as well as the care that the technicians took while taking the measurements. The optometrists I saw were caring and informative, ensuring that I knew about the different types of intra ocular lenses available and what I may expect from them. They carried out my eye tests with care and patience. The eye surgeon was incredibly experienced and very skilled, and carried out the procedure very efficiently with great care. Now, six weeks post-surgery, I am very grateful of the care I received and the quality and clarity of my lenses; both aspects easily surpassed all my expectations. I would highly recommend Freedom Vision, Chelmsford to anyone considering cataract surgery.

After trying to get my varicose veins sorted for years, (and unfortunately them getting worse over those years) I finally decided to get treatment from UK Vein Clinic in Manchester. I have had both legs treated using both ablation and foam therapy. The whole process was fantastic. I was treated so kindly by my Dr and the lovely nurses. They explained everything and took great care of me, ensuring I was comfortable. The process was very quick and I felt little discomfort. I was informed of everything happening and lots of aftercare tips. I am so glad that I chose UK Vein Clinic for treatment, their care has been fantastic right from booking a consultation to now, just after treatment. I’m still in my stockings but I am looking forward to the progress over the next few months. Thank you so much.

I had a dental hygienist appointment. When it came to booking a further six monthly appointment I was asked to pay £35 in advance! This would be deducted from my bill in six months time. I declined to do this and cancelled my next appointment. I presume that at the next appointment I'd be asked yet again to pay £35 in advance, which basically means that this is just a way of charging a one off payment over and above the actual cost! I have never been asked to pay in advance for any private care, dental or otherwise. I think this is very sharp practice. By all means have a cancellation policy and charge the customer for not attending, but don't just take £35 well in advance! I may have to change my dental practice if this continues.

I was extremely happy with the hospital and the level of care I received. From the moment I arrived, all of the nurses and staff were kind, professional, and incredibly attentive. I felt genuinely well looked after at every stage before and after surgery. The nursing team made me feel comfortable, reassured, and supported, always checking in on me and making sure I had everything I needed. Their calm and caring approach made a big difference and helped me feel at ease throughout my stay. The hospital environment was clean, well organised, and very reassuring, and the overall standard of care was excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending Prof. Frampton to others. He recently carried out a successful inguinal hernia repair on me at the Nuffield hospital in Guildford. He has an excellent bedside manner and displayed a level of professionalism that is rare to find. Mr Fady Sedra went above and beyond to make sure I was well cared for. The X-Ray of my neck should be in an art gallery as it is truly a work of art by Mr Fady Sedra. I highly recommend for any complex spinal work.
