My experience of the hospital was very good. The staff were amazing especially Jayne on Day surgery and David at the ward at night. The only downside that came to my attention is being told that there was no lactose free milk for my tea. The lady, I did catch her name, told me that she wasn’t aware of my overnight stay. She asked me if I was aware that I was staying overnight and I replied ‘yes’. She then went on to ask if I had put it in my forms prior to attending and I said yes. She kept on going on it wasn’t her fault she had been told. A bit of advice would be that she overshared. She clearly sorted the problem as the following morning someone had picked up the milk and I had it with my tea.

I first saw Professor Finlay as an NHS patient in January 2025 and one of the first things he said was that he could definitely improve my heart arrhythmia and improve my quality of life. He was right. He explained everything clearly without a lot of medical jargon and listened to my concerns. He is down to earth and doesn’t sugar coat things. He has seen me regularly for consultations and carried out another procedure when it became necessary. In these days where it’s sometimes difficult to trust people, I can honestly say that I trust Professor Finlay 100% to do the very best for me. I feel great and at 82 looking forward to travelling to Cairo next month.

Dr Bhatti was the perfect doctor for our pregnancy & birthing journey. We felt so comfortable the whole way through our pregnancy which was entirely due to her tremendous expertise & competency. She was incredibly thorough in making sure my wife was in tip top shape prior to the birth and the procedure itself was seamles. She managed to cater for both my wife’s very relaxed nature and my highly strung one (!) which is no easy feat. Finally the whole healing process has been a dream, barely a mark on my wife following her Caesarean section and she has had a very straightforward and painless recovery. The treatments were effective, the exercises were practical, and I noticed real progress fast for an injury I had at my neck . Professional, friendly, and truly invested in patient recovery (great humor and very knowledgeable was a bonus!). I also used his services for a lower back problem and also recommended him to a family member for his knee too. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

The staff seemed very friendly and efficient in what seemed to be quite a busy little private out patient's department. I had to have quite a few test's and checks but didn't have to wait long in-between different department's. When I got to see the consultant he was very professional and explained to me exactly what my condition was, how it was affecting my vision . He then explained how he proposed to try to correct the problem, the likely time scale for the procedure, and the cost. I also felt that he was very clear to manage my expectations when the procedure does go ahead.

I had surgery in May 2025 for a ruptured cruciate ligament in my right knee. Dr Anand was excellent from the first time I met him to my most recent consult where I was signed off He was always transparent with everything, my care and the financial side of things as well He always responded very timely to emails when I was needing reassurance. His secretary was also brilliant. Everyone at Nuffield was amazing, very caring and clear. The porter i had who brought me back to the ward after my surgery snd down to xray was so funny and kept me at ease throughout.

Highly recommend. Online booking process for a GP appointment was easy and so speedy. Lots of parking and no wait times to be seen. My appointment with the GP was so refreshing, he took time with me, was interested and gave me a proper check up. I was prescribed some medication and it was dispensed there and then in the practice. Dr Rouhani is knowledgeable, efficient and has an air of quiet confidence. She made the experience easy and was also very open to seeing if I had any other dermatological issues unrelated to the one I presented with, as she was happy to look at those too. Everything was explained by diagrams...Mr Patel listened to me and responded appropriately. He examined my ears and said everything looked healthy which was good. He said I could have an MRI if I wanted to....it was kind of him to say not to have another consultation just let his secretary know if I have thr MRI. I am still deciding on this, however.

The online system was very straightforward and the doctor I saw, Dr Jennifer Lamond was just lovely, very professional and gave me clear plan of action to deal with my symptoms. The whole process was incredibly easy. The appointment was quickly made and all the information I received was very clear. Dr Campbell was very nice and reassuring. The Endosign procedure that I had was very quick and completely painless. I suffered no after effects. I completely recommend this service
