I cannot recommend Mariah, Bradley, Koushiki, and Dr. Sarkhel enough. From the very first session, they made me feel welcomed, understood, and completely supported. They went out of their way to accommodate my full-time job and parental responsibilities, which made a huge difference and took so much stress off my shoulders. Every session, they made sure I was comfortable and cared for, creating a safe and compassionate space where I felt able to be honest about my struggles. Their kindness, patience, and genuine empathy were evident in every interaction, and it was clear that my wellbeing was their top priority. What also made my experience truly special was the opportunity to have thoughtful, intellectual conversations about the clinical and therapeutic field. As an aspiring psychologist myself, I found these discussions incredibly enriching and inspiring, giving me new perspectives and insights that went far beyond my treatment. The team’s ability to combine professionalism with warmth, compassion, and intellectual engagement is rare and remarkable. This is the third procedure I have had done under Mr Lohana and would not dream of going to anyone else. I recently underwent breast reduction surgery performed by Mr. Lohana, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care and expertise he, once again, provided throughout the entire process. From the very outset, Mr. Lohana was incredibly kind, attentive, and compassionate. He took the time to truly listen to my concerns and understand what I needed and hoped for. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and he made sure I felt completely at ease while deciding whether this was the right step for me — and it absolutely was. I was suffering from neck and shoulder pain along with a lack of confidence due to my large chest. The results of the surgery have exceeded my expectations. I am more than happy with the incredible work he has done, and I now feel a renewed sense of pain free confidence in myself — something I owe entirely to him. Thank you, Mr. Lohana. on arrival everything went well and the service was very quick. It was also very busy Unfortunately, on meeting the Doctor, it appeared that he was telling me what I had learned from a meeting four days previously. On checking he found the appointment had been replicated. I thought that I was appearing to hear from the surgeon who would be carrying out my operation and I was very disappointed to hear that I was not I had just made a 20 mile journey to arrive which turned out to be a complete waste of my time and the Doctors. I asked him how long it would be before I would receive a date for my operation and he suggested it would be probably be between sin and eight months. I left with no apology and on leaving somebody else was “ thanking” the department for wasting her time. I wondered how often this happened and whether it was a private hospital trying to get patients to perhaps consider going private instead of waiting for such a long time. I would not want it to be taken up with the doctor in case he is the person who carries out my op!

What really stood out to me was his warmth, in a field that can sometimes feel clinical or diagnostically rigid, Dr. Sarkhel brings a human, compassionate touch. He allowed me to share my experiences safely and helped me navigate them with care and empathy. His approach was both professional and deeply personal, making a real difference in my journey. I am incredibly grateful for his support and guidance, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Had appointment for ear wax removal. Arrived at wrong address as was unaware that location had moved, luckily spotted new location across the road. Receptionist was not welcoming and was more interested in arranging diary on computer with her colleague. Was informed during my ear examination that there was inflammation in one of my ears and that report would be emailed to me for my GP, never received report. Audiologist was very pushy on when my last hearing test was and had keep repeating that I just want ear wax removal. I have been coming to Ruislip ear care for many years but none of the staff that day were familiar to me and when booking there was no choice of practitioner. No sign of Jo Jolly or Paul so maybe under new ownership?

Listened and was kind. the examination she gave to me answered more than I’ve ever had answered and with compassion and eagerness to get me well said would be there from now on until surgery. Ms kapur is such a kind consultant and truly cares and has made me feel less alone even in my current state which is very ill day after day. I attended as I had felt a lump that needed checking out. All staff members I crossed were all respectful, introduced themselves and spoke to me with a kind and caring manner. I was aware the appointment could take some time but i was only there an hour and 20 minutes which was good. I also witnessed all staff treat other patients with kindness and respect despite being busy.
