Having finally decided I needed to do something about my bunion I was referred to Miss Lauren Thomson. She was clearly focused on finding the best solution to match the way I live my life, which includes walking and exercising regularly. She explained very clearly her recommended surgical approach which immediately made me feel I could trust her entirely to operate in my best interests. She spent time to explain exactly what the procedure would entail, how to prepare for it and what to expect regarding recovery. There was plenty of opportunity to ask questions. The procedure went exactly according to plan and at every step I felt very confident that Miss Thomson was doing a great job with her combination of professionalism, knowledge & experience alongside her ability to communicate and connect with me as a human being. I wish now that I had had the bunion attended to earlier as I had put up with it until the point where my right foot was virtually unshoeable and my gait was causing pain in my right knee and hip. 8 weeks after the operation I am getting back to normal activities and wearing shoes without discomfort.

My experience with the Newmedica clinic Cheshire Oaks and its staff was of an exceptionally high standard! It offers a high class customer service! The clinic is very modern and very clean. Easy to travel to. From the receptionist to the specialist ophthalmologist team to the Consultant are all very professional, very friendly and caring. The waiting time is very quick and the atmosphere is very calming. The hot drinks offered are plenty and a biscuit is a nice touch too!. The pre-op assessment, the consultation and the surgery to the aftercare was excellent and professional. Every step of the procedure is explained clearly. The staff all put the customer first. You feel very confident and reassured by their care and support for a very delicate operation. I would highly recommend Newmedica Cheshire Oaks. Thank you to you all for looking after me!

Being assessed and diagnosed with ADHD as an adult wasn’t easy emotionally, but they handled everything with real professionalism, patience, and understanding. I never felt rushed or judged, and they took the time to explain things clearly so I actually understood what was going on rather than feeling labelled. Since the diagnosis, I’ve felt more clarity about myself and my wellbeing, and that alone has been hugely valuable. Everyone I dealt with was great overall. The experience was good aside from a couple of mistakes which then lead to long delays. One of the assessment calls didn't work and I had made time to sit through it. They did try to rectify this quickly but it still took another few weeks which after such a long time was frustrating. Sometimes when I would ring up the person who would answer would be short and I didn't feel so comfortable speaking to them. Otherwise, I would recommend this service up to diagnosis - I am yet to try the medication and services beyond here. I wish there was more the NHS or RTN could provide to offer support post diagnosis. The recommendations are useful but I would like a little more.

We received an excellent level of care and support. The doctor was able to assess my daughter and provide a diagnosis on the same day, which brought us much-needed clarity and reassurance after a very difficult few weeks. They were incredibly supportive, gentle and sensitive with my daughter, taking the time to explain clearly what was happening in a way that she could understand without feeling frightened or overwhelmed. We felt listened to throughout. The offer to support us further, including attending a video call with her school to help plan her return, was above and beyond what we expected and made us feel we were not navigating this alone.

I was called in to see the dentist 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, which normally doesn't happen. It was the first time I'd seen this dentist and she was lovely. Very thorough and gentle too. Her assistant was a little rough with the suction tool and I had to get her to stop a couple of times, as my teeth were cleaned. Overall though I was very pleased and have re-booked with the same dentist.

I was really struggling when I first saw Dr Creer and frustrated that I was not making progress with the NHS. He immediately provided me with a likely diagnosis. After various tests the diagnosis was confirmed and I was sent for physiotherapy which has been very successful.. Dr Creer has a brisk manor but he was very good at explaining things and I am very grateful for his diagnosis.
