My experience at the Fitzrovia private maternity suite at UCLH was exceptional from start to finish. The room's were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and calm - exactly what you hope for during such an important emotional time. The food was genuinely excellent, with a great variety of choices, which made a real difference during recovery and long days on the ward. Most importantly, the staff were absolutely amazing. From the midwives and healthcare assistance to the catering team, every single person was kind, caring and professional. The midwives were extremely knowledgeable and always on hand to support and reassure, no matter the time of day. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What truly stood out was the continuity of care even after discharge. The midwives remained available to support me with breastfeeding and post cesarean aftercare, which was invaluable and made me feel supported well beyond my stay. I cannot fault the Fitzrovia private maternity suite at UCLH. The standard of care, compassion, and attention to detail where outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering private maternity to care.

Dr Charlotte Frise is an excellent doctor. Despite the multiple complications I had, she had time for me even when she was off duty. She saw me through until I sailed through. I was never afraid at any point even when I couldn’t breathe and had oxygen of 80% on room air, I was motivated. Her smile was always soothing and reassuring, it felt like family. She treats patients like family and it’s heartwarming in difficult times. I begin to tear up when I express how I feel about the care she gave me. Am very impressed and grateful for her services. The NHS is blessed to have doctors like her.

Incredibly long wait times, and very poor communication. Repeated requests for infiormation I've already given them and they kept changing which "portal" they wanted to use. The diagnoses for one condition came as an email, with no human touch, no next steps, no follow-up. Was just left to fend for myself. The diagnoses for the other condition was by video call, with a very disenterested practitioner who clearler didn't take on board the severity of my struggles.

I attended the private hospital for an ultrasound and consultation, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I was very nervous on arrival, but the staff were incredibly friendly, reassuring, and immediately put me at ease. Communication throughout was fantastic, with everything clearly explained. The facilities were modern, extremely clean, and well maintained. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend the hospital.

Mr Menezes recently undertook an umbilical hernia repair on me and the whole process from initial consultation to the operation itself and the follow up was excellent. Mr Menezes has such a lovely, calm, caring bedside manner and always explained everything you needed to know and answered any questions I had. Post op i have a tiny scar and and pain afterwards was minimal I would highly recommend Mr Menezes.

He was as always, extremely pleasant and took his time to explain the results of the scan and the like for like to a previous scan in November. The dentist was very good. Friendly and professional. The hygienist felt as though they were trying to sell additional products and if I hadn’t asked the right questions I’d have been caught out, just like someone who was paying in front of me was. The Saturday receptionist was friendly and helpful The weekday receptionist was a little abrupt and less customer service oriented
