I see Dr. Lil, who is absolutely amazing. She spent 30 minutes just listening to my history and my frustrations before ever laying a hand on me. I was so impressed with my results and Dr. Lil's gentle, knowledgeable approach that I even brought my 12-year-old son in for some sessions. She was fantastic with him—explaining everything in a way he could understand and making him feel comfortable and involved in his own health. I saw Alex Townsend for a running injury on my foot/ankle via Bupa. He was very professional, provided great care, and was excellent at communicating his thought process as he inspected my injury. He was efficient and determined in getting me the necessary follow ups booked timely when I told him I had an upcoming race. He referred me to Dr. Burdon who was also very professional and provided great care. After our follow up, Alex provided me with useful training resources for foot taping and running. He performed walking and running gait analysis on me. It was insightful to hear his analysis, and it formed the basis for him to refer me for additional foot physio appointments to strengthen my foot and minimize chance of future injuries.

It was such a brilliant experience. I had treatment for my frozen shoulder and the staff from the receptionists to the consultant to the assistant to the nurses were absolutely brilliant. The recent visit was very informative. Mr Hawary explains the results concisely and at a level a none medical person understands. All the meetings have been informal, even noticing when one of us had a worried look. He explained the diagnosis, showing us the results and explaining what they ment alleviating any concerns. He also explained what I should be doing next, ie pelvic floor exercises and sent a link to the document that explains how to do them; which is very useful. I am extremely happy with all the consultations we have had with Mr Hawary.

At the Breast Centre, everyone I have seen has been very nice & professional, especially Ms Lobo & Ms Patel. I had a very positive experience visiting the menopause doctor. The only criticism relates to payment policy. I was required to pay the full amount for my next appointment six months in advance, which I felt was a little harsh. I completely understand taking a deposit to secure the appointment - perhaps 50% would be more reasonable - but paying in full so far ahead of time does feel quite steep.
