Overall the experience was great. Justyna was simply amazing, super positive, supportive and caring. I felt very looked after. Where things could be improved - better communication in terms of the order of surgery. My expectations was for a 2:30 surgery, but instead I had to wait for an elongated period without anyone communicating with me or my wife. I don’t think anyone offered my wife a cup of tea or other which would have been nice. Post surgery in the recovery room, the ladies began to inclune the bed before I was ready and to the point where I experienced a lot of pain at the surgery point. I found this very distressing and was not needed. A more progressive approach to inclining the bed would have been much better and I could have let them know I was at my comfortable limit, as opposed to being pushed passed it and into pain. I believe as a result of this pain, they gave me a heavy dose of morphine which kept me groggy for a long period into the evening. I would question if this was needed if they hadn’t pushed me past my comfortable limits.

I had a fantastic experience with Mr. White for a clavicle fracture. I actually went into the office not expecting to need surgery at all. Rather than pushing me toward a specific path, he took the time to walk me through my imaging and explain the long-term pros and cons of both surgical and non-surgical options. Because of that level of clarity and care, I felt empowered to decide on surgery, and I’m glad that I did. The outcome has been great, and my recovery has been on track. I also want to mention the PA, who was incredibly responsive and helpful with every follow-up question I had. I felt genuinely well taken care of by the entire team. If you want a surgeon who prioritizes patient education and respects your decision-making process, this is the place to go.

The physiotherapist seemed unconcerned by the pain I have been experiencing for nearly a year. He mentioned that I had full movement and so he was not concerned. He kept saying that he would not give me another steroid injection without acknowledging that I didn’t want one. He told me to do some exercises which he showed me how to do once and gave me no paperwork or YouTube link that might assist when I got home. I tried to ask how long I should wait before I made any further action and he said there is no more treatment. I felt like an inconvenience and wish I had gone somewhere else. I would never recommend anyone to see him again. He really made me feel small and insignificant.

Both occasions on visiting the practice have been fantastic. Having a fear of the dentist isn’t great, but the reassurance from the staff is absolutely second to none. Talking through the steps to give you an indication of what’s going on etc. checking in constantly to make sure everything is ok with the procedure taking place! The staff are professional and very friendly, the practice is probably one of the best I’ve ever visited. It doesn’t have a normal sterile dentist feel to it! Again a great experience for someone who isn’t particularly keen on visiting the dentist.

I always find the clinic to be like a little oasis - especially after getting off the tube and as soon as you enter the clinic, it is immediately calming and the location is very discreet. Dr Kathryn is very friendly and puts you at ease, fully explaining treatments etc. I also find Dr Kathryn to be very honest and she will always give good advice. I would also like to mention right from the start when calling the clinic and making an appointment, it’s a very easy and pleasant experience. I visited Dr Auger last month for a 6 month check up for a previous heart condition. She was punctual, well prepared and thoroughly familiar with my case. She examined me and made one or two perceptive observations, for instance that I was dehydrated. She answered my questions carefully and in detail. I appreciated her patience and expertise greatly. She gave me as much time as I needed, so I did not feel hurried in any way. I finished the visit feeling very reassured. In summary, I feel extremely fortunate to be in her care.

Went to see him with some genuine prostate concerns following an MRI Scan and left with a weight off my shoulders. Every stage of my procedure for my cataract operations (both eyes a week apart) went like 'a dream' from the excellent initial Consultation with Professor Luff, to the 2 excellently/professionally executed outpatient operations he and his excellent team carried out, to the excellent aftercare and not to mention the miraculous results!. If anyone (like me!) is petrified of such procedures I would highly recommend Professor Luff and his Sapphire Team.

Whilst all staff were friendly and professional from the reception staff to the dentist. My appointment was 10 o'clock but I was not seen until 10:25 without any courteous apology or advise of the delay until I was in with the dentist. I appreciate that delays can happens with the treatment of the customers before me but a courteous apology and advice of the estimated wait would have been appreciated as my car was parked in a pay and display area.

Mr Menezes recently undertook an umbilical hernia repair on me and the whole process from initial consultation to the operation itself and the follow up was excellent. Mr Menezes has such a lovely, calm, caring bedside manner and always explained everything you needed to know and answered any questions I had. Post op i have a tiny scar and and pain afterwards was minimal I would highly recommend Mr Menezes.
