Her communication was outstanding throughout. She frequently went above and beyond, even calling outside of office hours to make sure I had the information and support I needed. That level of dedication is incredibly rare, and it made an enormous difference during a very stressful time. I have never experienced such thoughtful, proactive, and considerate care from a consultant. Miss Syed is an exceptional clinician and an extraordinary person. Sarah is a super friendly and helpful physiotherapist. She designs my plan, demonstrating and then watching me do the exercises to ensure I am doing them correctly. She also determines the correct weight for each exercise which I would not have had any idea about. My lower back sciatic type pain is improving as is my strength. The MoveHealth App is excellent and I can log my progress there and see videos of each exercise to check between reviews I am doing them correctly. The location is perfect for me and each review session has been helpful for my progress. There is no pressure to have a review - only when it seems appropriate. Very happy and grateful for Sarah's expertise and guidance.

This is my second surgery in the Cleveland Clinic and once again It was without fault and without equal. All the staff from the nurses, surgeon, anaesthetist, porters & dinner team are so friendly, kind and display genuine care to patients/my family. My surgery with Dr Nikolaos was easy, quick and surprisingly a nice day despite circumstances of my health! He is an amazing professor with a keen interest in rib problems which is rare in itself but he was also very bubbly, reassuring and friendly i look forward to seeing what he publishes next on all things slipped rib syndrome as this painful condition has been very challenging to me and he was the one to fix it! I first saw Professor Finlay as an NHS patient in January 2025 and one of the first things he said was that he could definitely improve my heart arrhythmia and improve my quality of life. He was right. He explained everything clearly without a lot of medical jargon and listened to my concerns. He is down to earth and doesn’t sugar coat things. He has seen me regularly for consultations and carried out another procedure when it became necessary. In these days where it’s sometimes difficult to trust people, I can honestly say that I trust Professor Finlay 100% to do the very best for me. I feel great and at 82 looking forward to travelling to Cairo next month.

Reception staff were very helpful both on arrival and when leaving the centre. The medical staff were very knowledgeable & took time to explain everything that would be part of the procedures. The doctor and his team of nurses worked very well together, a well run team. I liked the idea that a nurse remained beside me throughout all the procedures, explaining things as they happened. The recovery room nurse was very attentive and very helpful in her explanation of the printouts following the procedures. The discharge staff in the discharge waiting room provided a very welcome cup of tea and a slice of toast. I had been fasting for over 24 hours by that stage.

Nick from Physio Jack Studios was really great. I had what I thought was a typical calf strain but all the standard treatments from another physio did not heal it. 4 weeks out from a marathon, I was unable to run 1km without pain. Nick went through a very thorough diagnostic appointment, corrected my diagnosis to an overloading issue at a specific calf/achilles muscle complex and guided me through multiple plyometric exercises and a progressive running plan to allow me to finish the marathon in 3hrs 40mins. Could not recommend him highly enough, super knowledgeable, detailed and passionate 👍

I sought a second opinion from Mr Tailor, because I had a large ovarian cyst on my left ovary. Mr Tailor was very reassuring and took time to fully explain my condition and my best options for treatment. He recommended that I have a bilateral Salpingo-oophorectomy. Mr Tailor carried out the procedure (via keyhole surgery) and I made a good recovery with very little discomfort. Mr Tailor was very kind and had an excellent bedside manner. It was very easy to communicate with him via WhatsApp or email and he kept me fully informed throughout my treatment. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dr Charlotte Frise is an excellent doctor. Despite the multiple complications I had, she had time for me even when she was off duty. She saw me through until I sailed through. I was never afraid at any point even when I couldn’t breathe and had oxygen of 80% on room air, I was motivated. Her smile was always soothing and reassuring, it felt like family. She treats patients like family and it’s heartwarming in difficult times. I begin to tear up when I express how I feel about the care she gave me. Am very impressed and grateful for her services. The NHS is blessed to have doctors like her.

Mr walls was down to earth, approachable, and actually quite good fun as well as being professianal, claire was just lovely, funny and caring too! I'm not planning on having anymore lumps removed anytime soon... but if I do, I will ask for Mr Walls! The receptionist was a bit of a sassy diva (I didn't catch his name, but I did catch all the eye rolls) he could do better... although it did not spoil my experience, so a fabulous 10 out of 10! For Mr walls and Claire... as for the receptionist, well. meh... I've been treated better at Edith Cavell, just saying.
