Being diagnosed with breast cancer was one of the most frightening moments of my life. Everything felt overwhelming — the uncertainty, the fear, the endless questions running through my mind. But the moment I met Miss Iqbal, something inside me shifted. She brought a calm, gentle reassurance that instantly put me at ease. She spoke to me with kindness, understanding, and total honesty, and from that first meeting I knew I was in the safest hands possible. Throughout every stage of my treatment, Miss Iqbal treated me with dignity and genuine care. She didn’t just explain things; she made sure I truly understood them. She listened to my worries, answered every question, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. She treated me as a person, not just a patient, and that made all the difference during such an emotional and challenging time. As for the surgery itself — I am still in complete awe. The results have been absolutely amazing, far beyond anything I could have hoped for. The precision, skill, and detail in her work are mind-blowing. I am so pleased and relieved with the outcome. She didn’t just operate on me; she helped give me back my confidence, my comfort, and a sense of myself that I thought I might lose. I will never be able to thank her enough for that. What stands out most about Miss Iqbal is not only her exceptional surgical expertise, but the compassion and warmth she brings to her work. She made me feel strong when I felt weak, supported when I felt scared, and cared for when I felt alone. She carried me through one of the hardest chapters of my life with kindness, patience, and unwavering professionalism. I will forever be grateful to Miss Javeria Iqbal and her incredible team. Jess delivered our baby via C-section in March of this year. We opted for the full maternity package, and we had an excellent experience. Jess is very calm and knowledgeable. Her approach filled us both with confidence. Her care was comprehensive and personal; we were able to contact her with any queries throughout the pregnancy. We could book our appointments well in advance. This was especially helpful as we live over an hour from London and both work full-time with busy work schedules. The professionals that Jess works with and knows of are exceptional. She was able to recommend an expert in antenatal hydronephrosis and Jess works with a wonderful anaesthetist. The doctors she recommended were not only experts in their field, but they were also incredibly warm and friendly. When it came to the delivery, the day couldn't have gone any smoother. Jess had prepared us in terms of understanding exactly what would happen on the day and what to expect. All the professionals closely involved with the birth introduced themselves to us before we went down to theatre. If we are lucky enough to have another child in the future, we will be contacting Jess without a doubt.

I decided to go to the Spire after such a Slow response from the NHS, I Chose Doctor Ramakrishnan after looking through the Specialist in the line of IBS. He was very self Explanatory, he explained everything in detail about My Condition which according to the NHS I have High Grade Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma. After 6 Sessions of Chemotherapy I feel as though my Body has been Wrecked. I Can't control my Bowels ,after having something to eat I have to go to the Toilet to move my Bowels. Hence that is why I went to the Spire, for some advice and Dr Ramakrishnan was very helpful. He asked for a Stool Sample, which nobody has asked for that in all the time I've been poorly. It came back that my Pancreas was Damaged and that is why I have lost so much Weight, he advised me to take a Tablet called CREON Which cost me just over £36 for a weeks Prescription. And thanks to Dr Ramakrishnan the Tablets are working and Helping me to control my Bowels.

I have been receiving treatment following ACL reconstruction (with LET and meniscus repair), and I am genuinely impressed with the level of care and professionalism I have experienced. Lee consistently explains each exercise clearly, checks my progress carefully, and adjusts my programme so that I always feel safe but challenged. His encouragement and attention to detail have made a noticeable difference in my recovery and my confidence. During one of my session, Lee even took me to the gym and guided me through three leg machines, explaining how this next stage will help me progress. His support and reassurance that I’ll start seeing big improvements mean a lot to me. I truly appreciate the time, patience, and expertise he brings to every session. I feel well supported and motivated, and I am very grateful for the high-quality care he provides. I am very much looking forward to continuing my recovery with Lee.

I reached out to Nadira at one of the hardest times of my life and literally had no support/help from her whatsoever. As she continually reminds everyone she is a full time mother and a full time NHS GP I don’t understand how she thinks she has the time to open a menopause clinic as she has shown me. Takes weeks to reply to any correspondence. Also she certainly has NHS GP mentality on any HRT. She has no up to date knowledge and is very nervous and unsure whilst in a consultation with her. She quoted lots of things that were wrong and outdated as new evidence has suggested. I would not waste your money and go to Menopause specialist who is only doing this full time.

From the moment I walked into her clinic, she made me feel safe, understood, and truly cared for. Her expertise is undeniable, but what makes her truly special is her kindness and the way she makes you feel completely at ease. I left my appointment feeling reassured, supported, and deeply thankful. Ms. Laura is a genuinely outstanding doctor, and I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

However, at check out when you try and apply the code, you get a strange error message asking you to have at least £30 worth of items in your basket even though the basket total far exceeds the £30 threshold. When I e-mailed them to alert them to this error, the "customer service" agent provided a cold dismissive response, without so much as an apology. Rude staff. Suffice it to say, I did not receive the discount.

Took wonderful care of him, and gave us the most generous discount, because she felt he had been traumatised enough! We will certainly recommend your service. After I got a PCO in my left eye I needed laser surgery. I had not been told this was common after Lens replacement by the opticians who did did that surgery so I was very worried about my sight. I contacted Cathedral Eye Clinic who assured me it was common and was easily corrected. They made an appointment and in less than an hour my sight was restored. I was dealth with by very friendly and professional staff and would happily recommend Cathedral Eye Clinic to anyone .

In general, their service is excellent and easy to navigate. The only minor inconvenience is a small systems organisation issue. Data collection forms are sent as soon as follow-up appointments are scheduled (6 months in advance), and so the information would be out of date if completed at this stage. A workaround is to email for a new form link shortly before the appointment date, and to their credit they are always happy to comply with this.
