I had ALT phallo with Mr Nim Christopher and was admitted for 5 days post-op, and I cannot thank the nursing staff enough for the care I received. Every nurse I encountered was professional, compassionate, and genuinely attentive. They consistently checked on me, explained things clearly, responded quickly whenever I needed help, and treated me with kindness and respect at all times. Their reassurance and calm presence made a difficult hospital stay much more comfortable and less stressful. It’s clear they take great pride in their work and truly care about their patients. The morning Nurses Kate and Erisa were extremely wonderful even though at one point there were so many patients and only 2 of them to take care of all of us, they were encouraging and they set a positive tone for each day. The night shift nurses Mo and Aliesha were reassuring and kind and always present when things felt hardest. Of course ai cannot leave out Alina who was always caring and compassionate throughout my stay. Last but certainly not least I would like the thank Mr Nim for his excellent care and support and Dr Patil for the amazing anesthesia he delivered. They were all like family to me. I’m deeply grateful for everything they did for me. Your professionalism, kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed.

When I arrived for my initial consultation I was very impressed with how much detail we went into, about myself, what I wished to achieve, why and how it would potentially affect my lifestyle and even possibly my vision going forward. Will has a lovely persona and I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. I was given plenty of time to ask question and there was definitely no feeling of being either rushed, or pushed into the procedure. The procedure itself was great. I felt no pain and it was over much quicker than I had anticipated. Once home the bruising began but I had no pain at all and no need for any painkillers. I’m being treated by Naomi Murray, who closely follows the latest international research on Achilles injuries, which is very reassuring. The rehab plan has always been clear, progress has been excellent, and follow-up is very responsive whenever I have questions. Her patients’ recovery and long-term outcomes are clearly a genuine priority for her. The facilities at the Lansdowne Club are also outstanding and make a real difference to the quality of the rehabilitation. I would definitely recommend Physio Remedies.

Had an appointment with Mr Ofinran after a routine test found irregularities that needed to be checked. Mr Ofinran was great at explaining my initial results in more detail which gave me a better understanding and clarity that things weren’t as bad as I’d interpreted. I had a follow on procedure where Mr Ofinran took biopsies. He was considerate, explained the process whilst he was doing it, and gave me some great follow up advice about what to expect. My results consultation followed form - Mr Ofinran took his time to explain the results of the biopsy and made sure if I had any questions these were answered. I would recommend Mr Ofinran.

I’ve had the TURP operation and felt extremely well looked after for the whole process. I am very pleased with the whole procedure, thank you. The only small gripe is that neither me or my wife can remember being told I would need two weeks off, after the operation, or that I shouldn’t lift anything particularly heavy for 4 to 6 weeks after. This felt a bit embarrassing to have to then tell my employers. Although I am extremely glad I have these two weeks to recover. Other than that, lots of information emailed to us and we felt thoroughly looked after throughout the whole process. Thanks again

From my initial enquiry about Refractive Lens Replacement surgery, through my surgery and aftercare I have had excellent care from Vision Scotland. Everything was clearly explained and the surgery has left me with the desired result, 20/20 vision with no glasses needed. The only (slight) negative difference here is a greater need for good light when reading at night or close work. The procedure was pain free and I have had no complications. I visited the clinic to discuss removal of a lesion on my eyelid. Having spoken to the consultant Mt Murray I decided to have it removed. I returned two weeks later to have the surgery. All the staff were very supportive and took time to explain the whole procedure to me. In particular Jenny took great care of me and made sure I felt as relaxed as I could be.
