I've seen the Joint Injection doctor twice, had two injections, and both were very helpful. The first visit was after I suffered some tissue injury to an arthritic knee and had some fluid removed and a cortisone injection, which gave me immediate relief and was the catalyst to me returning to exercise. I was having ongoing stiffness in the same joint and returned six months later. After consultation I chose to have a hyaluronic acid injection. This made a big difference to the pain, stiffness and function of my knee and has meant I am able now to properly rebuild strength on that side. Dr Thing is easy to talk to, and I felt he really supported what I am trying to do, which is to stay highly active and delay the point I will need surgery for as long as possible. He is very well informed and explained clearly the pros and cons of various approaches to managing arthritis of the knee. He is also skilled at what he does, the injections are ultrasound guided to ensure correct placement and both injections were painless.

I could not recommend MUMs and Miss Pradhan highly enough. Right from my first phone call, the team were so accommodating, they understood and heard my concerns and provided availability to get me seen within two days. Miss Pradhan herself is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and empathic and immediately put me at ease. She was able to explain everything and I was able to ask all the questions that were causing me anxiety. I walked away from the clinic feeling totally reassured and knew that there was an action plan in place to ensure I was on the right medical pathway. They listed a promotional 10% discount on their website using a coupon code if your total purchase is more than £30. However, at check out when you try and apply the code, you get a strange error message asking you to have at least £30 worth of items in your basket even though the basket total far exceeds the £30 threshold. When I e-mailed them to alert them to this error, the "customer service" agent provided a cold dismissive response, without so much as an apology. Rude staff. Suffice it to say, I did not receive the discount.

I didn't find the hygienist very supportive when I struggled to breathe during the appointment. I had to signal to her to stop several times because the fluid in my mouth meant I couldn't swallow and made it feel like I couldn't breathe. When I said this, she just said, 'aren't you breathing through your nose?'. She also didn't offer any apology for not having the diamond airflow polishing available, despite me saying that I was really disappointed about this as it was my main reason for booking the appointment.

I went in for a carpal tunnel operation on my right hand . Mr Christopher James explained in detail about the operation he made me feel at ease. I was looked after by 2 excellent nurses there names were Esther and Sri they also made me feel at ease. During my operation Mr James was telling me all about what he was doing and even showed me what he was doing. I couldn't ask for a better surgeon and nurses a excellent team. My experience was a 10 out of 10.

I had my first Osteotomy on my right leg 7 months ago and what a difference it has made. The pain literally reduced by around 90%. Just over two weeks ago, I had the same procedure on my left leg. If it gives me the same result in a few months time I will be absolutely delighted. The scar on the right leg is now virtually invisible. Mr Vachtsevanos has been amazing from start to finish and I would highly recommend him.

From the 1st Visit Dr Ng filled me with huge confidence. The surgery was said to be more complex than normal due to metal work I already had. This wasn’t an issue for Dr Ng who professionally carried out both the 1st surgery (ACL, meniscus and cartilage repairs). Then a second surgery to remove some meniscus after I damaged it again during rehab.
