My name is Charles. I am a recently retired 59 year old living in London (previous buisness owner). For several years my body struggled with many issues. My energy levels are constant, I never feel hungry and almost never desire to snack between meals. Whilst the numbers are nice and compliments from others lift my ego, they pale in comparison to the relief I now have that my body is cared for and that I am in the driver's seat. Oh, and that silly mail-in dna test I took was totally false. I have zero food intolerances. I only need to ensure that my body is well nourished with the vitamins and minerals unique to me. There are so many fad diets out there. Injections, pills and other “quick fixes” are all over the internet. I can say without reservation that Rachel and the DNA Dietician team are exceptional. She truly cares about your progress and helps to design a program that isn' t a quick fix, but ultimately one that’s transformational that allows you to enjoy the foods you eat and the life you aspire to live. From the moment I arrived at the hospital early in the morning, I was met with such warmth and professionalism. The receptionist who checked me in was friendly and reassuring, setting the tone for what turned out to be an incredibly positive experience. Went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe, comfortable, and cared for. The hospital itself was spotlessly clean, calm, and welcoming, which made such a difference to my peace of mind. The nursing team truly stood out: they not only provided excellent care and attention during my stay but also took the time to share their own experiences of the same procedure, which helped to reassure me more than words can say. The recovery nurses were so gentle and attentive after my procedure, and the discharge nurse made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. Every person I met without exception deserves a five-star rating. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion made what could have been a daunting experience feel calm and positive from start to finish. I had a number of visits over a 2 and a half month period. Some visits were primarily for urine tests but as and when I needed to ask Mr Muir or his PA anything they were always available and welcoming. I think sometimes the explanations of my condition didn't always sink fully in because I was generally a little bit anxious about the prospects of me fully recovering. But in the end I was convinced and happy with Mr Muir's prognosis that all was well and I could carry on as normal. But was also advised that should I ever have any concerns I could get back in tough to discuss, which was a great comfort to know.

I had an appointment for GBS test on Monday bit disappointed really on the website it said we take 2 swabs also said we can book with someone to take the Sab, which I did, but on the appointment, I was only given tools to do it myself. As being heavy pregnant it's really difficult to do and main reason I went private, paid extra and travelled all the way so, someone will do it for me accurately ( if I had to take swab myself, i would have ordered home kit, reduced so much hazel / money/ time). .

When arrived at the Hospital, easy parking. The reception was friendly And efficient with a short wait to be taken through to a private room. Clean and comfortable apart from the heating it was a bit chilly, but when commented on a mobile heater was brought in. Staff was efficient in their duties. A longish wait but that is inevitable according to the number of patients. Overall it was excellent and the nurse Paul was very attentive and professional.
