I am now six months post-operation and feel it is the right time to share my experience. I had been seeing Dr Khazalli for two years due to endometriosis, adenomyosis and cysts. These conditions severely affected my quality of life, both as a mother and professionally. I deeply appreciated Dr Khazalli’s honesty from the very first MRI – while difficult to hear, it gave me clarity and trust in the path forward. Although I initially cancelled my surgery out of fear, Dr Khazalli and his team were nothing but supportive and patient. During the year I explored other options, specialist nurse Leandri was always available, kind and helpful. When those treatments eventually stopped working, Dr Khazalli carefully guided me through my options again, balancing honesty about the risks with reassurance about the potential for real improvement. The wider team, including Florence, Emma and Tamasin, went above and beyond to prepare me for surgery and support my recovery. Dr Khazalli’s expertise, combined with the dedication and compassion of his team, made an enormous difference to my experience. Six months post-op, my life is completely different — and I am incredibly grateful.

I came for a complete tight hip replacement. Staff were all friendly and answered all my questions. Was taken t my room, unpacked got dressed as required. Put on my dressing gown and then read my book. Was taken into pre prep surgery, chatted to the anesthetist and other nurses. Was then moved into the surgery. Operation went well, I was kept up to date during the procedure. I was listening to music throughout. No pain at all, at the end met the surgeons and chatted with them. Went to the recoveryward for about and hour, chatted with the nurses and relaxed. Then taken back to my room and relaxed.

I had a wonderful experience at my most recent visit with Dr. Salvia at Dr Benn’s surgery. My baby had been unwell, and the clinic was able to see us quickly, which was such a relief. Dr. Salvia was calm, reassuring, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to check everything carefully and explain what was going on in a way that eased all my worries. Her kindness and gentle approach made my baby feel comfortable, and I left feeling confident and supported. I’m so grateful for her prompt attention and the genuine care she always shows. I can not recommend this clinic enough. My partner SA was one of the last steps of our fertility. When the results came in at first we were confused and full of anxiety (and went into a deep Google black pit) - the consultation with Suzanne gave us the biggest sigh of relief and reassurance we needed with a plan of action to help boost our chances. Don’t rely on the internet to amp your anxiety, book that consultation after your SA to speak to someone who is an expert and can give you the “medical hug” you need.

Mr Shafafy was able to diagnose my problem with a trapped nerve very quickly and arranged a subsequent spinal injection. within a couple of weeks. The treatment worked well and I now have my life back. He additionally spotted potential osteoporosis by watching me walk allowing me to undertake further investigations and arrange treatment.

There was a lack of clear simple explanations as to what actions I had to take on the day after seeing the consultant. The waiting area is near reception and staff were noisy and quite intrusive. I was sent to St Olaf’s for an ecg. The technician was excellent. As I walk over yet another HCA registration arrives for that appointment.
