When booking the consultation with Nick Panay, the earliest available date was 2 months in advance. I was required to pay the full £395 under pressure at time, being told that the consultation would be lost unless I paid by 5pm. My understanding that this appointment would be for specialist, in-depth input tailored to a complex clinical history. Given that context, I was disappointed that the consultation felt limited to a reiteration of guideline-based recommendations, with little opportunity to explore causation, individual nuance, or the specific questions I had prepared. At several points during the consultation, I felt that my questions were closed down rather than explored, and the overall tone felt more directive than supportive. Given my long and complex medical history, I had hoped for a more compassionate and collaborative approach. Instead, I left the consultation feeling unheard and dismissed, which was distressing. I had hoped for greater depth and collaborative discussion, particularly in light of the significant upfront cost. I was given no additional value beyond what I already knew and was told in any case, that I required a further consultation to finalise a treatment plan. I have been in contact with the practice and explained that the consultation did not meet the reasonable expectations set by the cost, structure, or positioning of this service. I appreciate that since, I have received a considered response from the Practice Manager and the consultation and fee are being reviewed.

I had been suffering with severe swelling in my leg caused by varicose veins for over two years. Having explored various options, I landed on Spire and found Dr Jeddy. As soon as I met him for my initial consultation I felt relaxed and felt as though Dr Jeddy understood me, my lifestyle and the need for results. The procedure on the day was flawless and I was home by 5pm that day. All the follow ups with the nursing team to change bandages and with Dr Jeddy at the 3 week mark were flawless as well. 3 weeks and all the small incisions are healed, I have no swelling and I am back training for my Ironman in 2026. As a 57 year old i needed to have my 20 year old implants removed and replaced......not only were they encapsulated but too large for my body frame lso requiring an uplift ..with lots of info and another consultation decisions were made to replace and uplift...i fully trusted Mr Krupa to make the right decisions during surgery. My surgery was 3 weeks ago today and ive had my final check up and i cant thank Mr Krupa enough. The results are more than I could hope for ....Mr Krupa is an excellent surgeon Thankyou

I am transformed! I came to see Mrs Langton Hewer because I had suddenly gone completely deaf in one ear. She listened to me when I explained my anxieties and then examined my ears. She diagnosed otis externa which was causing pain and there was water behind the wax causing deafness. She then very carefully removed wax and debris from my ear and my hearing was immediately restored. I am so grateful that this was diagnosed so expertly and then sorted out immediately. I would strongly recommend her for ear problems and for removal of ear wax. Thank you.
