Finally Got Answers! I'm a student in my twenties and had been struggling for ages, suspecting I might have ADHD but not really knowing where to start. From the moment I contacted London Trusted Therapy, the onboarding process was smooth and reassuring - they made what felt like quite a daunting step much easier. Dr Mahen was brilliant throughout the assessment. I'd been worried it would feel clinical or judgemental, but he was so warm and genuinely interested in understanding my experiences. The interview itself felt more like a proper conversation than an interrogation, which helped me open up about things I'd found difficult to articulate before. The outcome has been really validating. Getting a proper assessment and understanding what's been going on has been such a relief. Dr Mahen took the time to explain everything clearly and discuss next steps, which made me feel supported rather than just handed a diagnosis and sent on my way. Mr Awad has been absolutely amazing throughout my mother’s treatment. She’s been seeing him for around 4 months for a lower eyelid growth, which was both invasive and extremely painful. Mr Awad has been so warm, kind and professional at all times and has been so reassuring. My Mum had the growth removed and eyelid reconstruction on the 18th Dec by Mr Awad and the results are truly fabulous. Mum is already mostly pain free and the surgery is so discreet that it’s hardly noticeable. We cannot praise Mr Awad enough and we would also like to say the same for his team in surgery, recovery and clinic. I injured my ankle in March playing football, had an x-ray with the NHS an they said I had been lucky, waited for 4 weeks for a referral to the fracture clinic. I was going away in the July an needed the process to be hurried along so I initiated contact with Andrew Molloy. Explained the circumstances to him, he got me an initial consultation, MRI scan & had surgery all within 10 days. I am so happy I made contact and that I had him as my surgeon. He has since been spoken very highly of by my physios who all say he is the best in his field. Can't thank him enough for what he has done and enabling me to get back to normality. If you have anything wrong with your foot/ankle go and see him, he is superb and will have you fixed in the best possible way.

I spent 3 days at the Royal Free PPU as an in-patient following major surgery and I have nothing but praise for the treatment I recieved from start to finish. My surgery was scheduled speedily, the operation went as well as hoped, and all of the PPU team members who took care of me - Consultants, Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Housekeeping - were professional but at the same time, kind and reassuring. I was really anxious about the surgery and for me, the care that I received as an in-patient, made the whole experience so much less stressful.

Friendly staff at Main Reception who gave clear directions to Imaging Department. Department staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Radiographer was great - clear with his questions and explanations. Changing room was a good size, but would benefit from redecoration and coat hooks/hangers would be useful. Overall, a good experience, but would have liked the report to have been sent to the referrer quicker.

excellent experience, my second! prof Griffin is amazing. but all the staff were fantastic. i would like to particularly mention, the 2 staff nurses who looked after me. One was spanish and i think the other was a bank nurse from Romania . both were reallly excellent as a retired nurse myself I recognise skill and expertise.
