I can’t recommend Dr Singh highly enough. Both my husband and I have been under their care for different conditions,myself for Fibromyalgia and my husband for Polymyalgia Rheumatica, and the support we’ve received has been exceptional. From the very first appointments, Dr Singh took the time to listen carefully to our symptoms and concerns. He approached each of our cases with compassion, patience, and deep expertise. In my case, he has helped me to navigate the complexities of Fibromyalgia, offering not only a clear diagnosis but also a comprehensive treatment plan that included both medical and lifestyle recommendations. For my husband who had been very unwell, Dr Singh quickly recognized the signs of Polymyalgia Rheumatica and started an effective treatment that brought him relief within days. What truly sets Dr Singh apart is their holistic and empathetic approach. He never made us feel rushed or dismissed, which is unfortunately common with chronic conditions. Instead, we felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. Thanks to Dr Singh both my husband and I are managing our conditions so much better and have regained a sense of control and quality of life. We’re deeply grateful and would recommend him to anyone in need of a knowledgeable and compassionate rheumatologist.

My experience with Mr Wong was fantastic, at my first appointment, he explained everything clearly and calmy and I found that I had time to ask as many questions as wanted as i didnt feel rushed. He explained all the surgical risks. When it came to my surgery,l was pleased to find that i would be staying overnight and would have a drain inserted, after research I found that this isn't always common practice with thyroid surgeries but down to the preference of the surgeon. (I could be wrong, but i beleieve this is the case as i was upgraded to overnight stay) It gave me confidence that Mr Wong is thorough and professional, not only for the procedure but also after-care too. in my opinion, my scar looks very good post-op and is neat and there has been no signs of infection. minimal bruising or numbness. I believe he is a very skilled surgeon-he managed to precisely put the incision in an existing crease in my neck whilst also avoiding a tiny mole that I wanted to keep. l'm no surgeon, but I do think that requires a certain level of skill. If I require any future thyroid surgeries, (hopefuly not!) given the choice,l will not hesitate to go back under Mr Wongs care again.

Was brilliant! For a few of days I was having worsening pain in my ear - I couldn't get a GP appointment, and the pharmacist wasn’t able to do anything as couldn’t look in my ear or prescribe. By Saturday morning I was having horrendous pain / infection / bleeding from the ear. Was not appropriate for A&E or UTC. I couldn’t wait for the GP to open Monday, and being a single mum to a 2 year old I just needed something desperately. So on Saturday morning I went online and found this place. I phoned and had an immediate appointment sorted in minutes. Drove to the Doctors lounge, seen straight away. Brilliant Doctor, really understanding and helpful. Took a history, examined me and prescribed me what I needed. She was also really patient with my 2 year old (even let her listen to her toy giraffe with her stethoscope). When I left, I went straight to get my prescription and it was all sorted. Started taking the medicine right away and the relief was huge. Also just felt really reassured that I had been seen by a professional about this as was staring to worry. Can’t fault it at all. Will absolutely use this Doctors Lounge again if needed.

I’ve been waiting for spinal decompression surgery in the NHS for over 3 years now I decided after some research to look at what I could do and afford financially to ease my constant pain both in my lower back and left leg I chose St Giles Physiotherapy .On first visit I was seen by Melissa who was very welcoming and explained my options along with taking a comprehensive review of my problems Following this I decided to go ahead and sign up for a treatment plan relevant to my needs I can say it was one of the best decisions I made From the actual treatments given and from Melissa knowledge and individual home based exercises via the app supplied with detailed videos of execution of the personalised plan the lifestyle suggestion to her caring manner throughout I may not be totally pain free but can honestly say the level of pain and discomfort I have suffered for so long has made such a difference to my health and general wellbeing I have no hesitation in recommending the services of the clinic

I was a little nervous about visiting the clinic as I had never been to a private practice before, but my experience was excellent from start to finish. The receptionist was very approachable and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease when I arrived. The health practitioner who saw me was calm, professional, and attentive. He took the time to discuss my previous health conditions and was able to pinpoint some of my concerns while offering clear, helpful advice. The health assessment itself was quick but thorough, and I felt reassured throughout. What impressed me most was how well everything was explained, from accessing my results to the range of other services available, including mental health support. I was also given practical guidance on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Overall, I left feeling very reassured and impressed by the high standard of care. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff were supportive, and I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

Very friendly place set in lovely ground The detoxification process is individualised and the medical aspects very well management However the nurses are limited in their prescribing eg to make simple changes in timing as they require an email to a GP who may take as long as 48 hours to respond A prescriber either a pharmacist or nurse would be ideal. All clinicians were friendly and knowledgable. Food was excellent and varied and rooms were kept clean. I particularly enjoyed the structured group sessions and the programme gave a good balance of structured sessions related to alcohol and sessions and others to help the mind and body. I had a lovely group of friendly residents and we supported each other. There are a few rules but understand the need for them. Overall positive.

Very professional and competent nursing and room staff, room was clean and comfortable, and the food was actually good. The Surgeon gave my case very personalized medical attention of the highest quality. My particular health needs were treated with respect, giving me great confidence in the care i was about to receive. I knew the procedure was very difficult, yet it was executed with great skill, and the improvement in my vision and comfort of my eye was perceptible immediately after the surgery. The convivial conversations with the surgeon and anesthetist before, during and after the procedure put me completely at ease. I started working with Sophie before gallbladder surgery. I have a colostomy and Sophie is the best in the sector when it comes to understanding and managing diet with a colostomy. We had two objectives, pre op to have a ‘match fit’ diet and post op, to build up my confidence and reintroduce foods back into my diet that had been limited. Sophie is amazing, with her years of experience and reassuring calmness, she takes time to understand and offer a confident approach to achieve any client’s objectives. I can't thank Sophie enough for working with me on this journey, she has built up my confidence in a controlled way and has given me the belief that I can eat and enjoy food with a stoma and without a gallbladder!

I am pleased with the surgery and care I was given. However, my scar did leak and bleed slightly and OSD arranged for it to be looked at and a dressing was applied. I needed some more Movicol for which I was charged £10. I was given an appointment to have my scar checked and was given 2 more dressings which I was horrified to be charged £40!!!! I have since purchased the same from Boots at the cost of £3.20 for a box of 3 dressings. I am very disappointed with this after care expense and am looking for a refund of the £40 I have been charged.
