Very slick process. Quick check in to my room. Which whilst very basic, was clean and had a well appointed en suite. Saw the anaesthetist and surgeon and was in surgery and out within a couple of hours. Sandwich in a box was adequate - would have been nice to have a window but overall was a good experience.

Staff are polite and friendly. Frustrating that part time doctors don't cover for each other so it takes a long time to get results. It seems like slow progress!

Pleasant environment but I was worried about patient confidentiality as nurses were openly discussing cases in the waiting area within earshot of everyone waiting.
