Beautiful facility. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our consultant was very knowledgable and identified the issue with ease. Only slight issue if I'm being very nit picky was the "enter" sign on the consultants door wasn't working so was showing green "enter" all the time and as such another patient came into the room whilst I was in there, which could have been embarrassing if my son was undressed at the time but luckily he wasn't.

Appointment was not rushed and I felt listened to, hopefully treatment will start soon. Building under refurbishment but everything clean and tidy. parking was less than normal however I found a space within a few minutes and got to the appointment on time .
